Since a few days i receive each e-mail two times, what is wrong and how could this stopped?

Did you resolve this issue? I finally upgraded my iMac to Mountain Lion and it has stopped connecting to my own website & email (same domain) via safari/mail respectively.
Yet, connecting to both on my MacBook Air on the same network is fine. Also running 10.8.4.

My IPad will not turn on despite charging all night and all day. The Apple pops on but then shuts off again. It does this over and over. How can I fix this and get it up and running again?

If iPad won't turn on, or the display stops responding
Follow these steps, testing after each:
1. Turn the iPad off and turn it on again. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on top of iPad for a few seconds, until a red slider appears. Then slide the slider. Then press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
2. Reset iPad. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If iPad still won't respond after you restore it
Follow these steps, testing after each:
1. If you receive an alert in iTunes while restoring your iPad, refer to this article for instructions on how to resolve common issues with updating and restoring.
2. If you cannot restore your iPad in iTunes, or if iTunes does not recognize the device, refer to this article for instructions on restoring using recovery mode.

Problem started after I unintentionally downloaded some adware 4 days ago. After lots of aggressive ads slowed down my browser I downloaded and ran AdwareMedic which seemed to do the job and browser was back to normal. Then, possibly a coincidence, everything on the computer started running slower. I've backed up everything and have run a EtreCheck report.
When you have the problem, note the exact time: hour, minute, second.
These instructions must be carried out as an administrator. If you have only one user account, you are the administrator.
Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad and start typing the name.
The title of the Console window should be All Messages. If it isn't, select
SYSTEM LOG QUERIES ▹ All Messages
from the log list on the left. If you don't see that list, select
View ▹ Show Log List
from the menu bar at the top of the screen.
Each message in the log begins with the date and time when it was entered. Scroll back to the time you noted above.
Select the messages entered from then until the end of the episode, or until they start to repeat, whichever comes first.
Copy the messages to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message by pressing command-V.
The log contains a vast amount of information, almost all of it useless for solving any particular problem. When posting a log extract, be selective. A few dozen lines are almost always more than enough.
Please don't indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.
Please don't post screenshots of log messages—post the text.
Some private information, such as your name, may appear in the log. Anonymize before posting. -
the amount of time it takes to load is so frustrating that i close firefox and use other methods 2 get onto the web. i would rather use firefox, but time is a commodity. please help.
Your MyWebSearch plug-in is the cause of many problems. Google for information and advice on how to get rid of it.

I have never had a problem downloading a casino. My firewall isnt on. My window pop up is disabled. It just wont run it. Not only does it not say error it says FORBIDDEN. That just adds fuel to the fire. This damn machine is sounding like some neanderthal man from goodness knowa when. Help me. I guess I could go to another site and try it there. Could be somethings wrong with their stuff. It's just that forbidden thing that is making me determined. Can ya help me, eh?

When I right click on a link "Open link in new tab" since a few days, it "jumps over" the tab to the right and opens in the tab next to that. How can I change this back to opening in the tab next to the page from which I opened as it used to be?
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.

5 days ago received email warning that iCloud storage was almost full & syncing betwn devices would stop when it reached 5GB.Bought 10GB more, to my amazement the storage only a few minutes later is 10.26 out of the 15GB available.How is that possible?
My daughter has had her Razr for about 9 months now. About two weeks ago she picked up her phone in the morning on her way to school when she noticed two cracks, both starting at the camera lens. One goes completely to the bottom and the other goes sharply to the side. She has never dropped it and me and my husband went over it with a fine tooth comb. We looked under a magnifying glass and could no find any reason for the glass to crack. Not one ding, scratch or bang. Our daughter really takes good care of her stuff, but we still wanted to make sure before we sent it in for repairs. Well we did and we got a reply from Motorola with a picture of the cracks saying this was customer abuse and that it is not covered under warranty. Even though they did not find any physical damage to back it up. Well I e-mailed them back and told them I did a little research and found pages of people having the same problems. Well I did not hear from them until I received a notice from Fed Ex that they were sending the phone back. NOT FIXED!!! I went to look up why and guess what there is no case open any more for the phone. It has been wiped clean. I put in the RMA # it comes back not found, I put in the ID #, the SN# and all comes back not found. Yet a day earlier all the info was there. I know there is a lot more people like me and all of you, but they just don't want to be bothered so they pay to have it fix, just to have it do it again. Unless they have found the problem and only fixing it on a customer pay only set up. I am furious and will not be recommending this phone to anyone. And to think I was considering this phone for my next up grade! NOT!!!!

Have lotus notes (mail) on my Ipad but since a few days I see on the left handside the header of the mails , if I choose one , in only get the header

Would somebody know what could be wrong??Try closing the Mail app completely and see if the email contents show when you re-open the app : from the home screen (i.e. not with the Mail app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Mail app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work then also try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot. -
Since last few days everyday whenever I start using Keynote its getting updated. I don't understand whether Apple is pushing updates everyday ? If no then why its consuming almost 400 MB data on this update ??
Delete Keynote from the Applications folder then install again from the Mac App Store.
