Since downloading the latest version of the IOS sytem (6.0) I am unable to log on to facebook or my email carrier via their web address. Can anyone tell me why or how I can fix this please?
Press 2 times on the home button then quit these apps .
after that just open the app again or install it again

I have seen other users talk about this and make the same claim. Unfortunately, even if you didn't set a passcode, and the iPad is insisting that you did, unless you can successfully guess what the passcode is, you still have to follow these instructions and use one of the methods in here in order to restore your iPad which will then unlock it.

Just purchased CC2015 Lightroom & Photoshop following a 30 day free trial. All worked well during the trial but now I have subscribed to the plan and downloaded the latest LR version I am unable to zoom into the images and just get a constant 'loading' box and spinning circle. Also, the whole system is very slow - very frustrating! Any ideas? I am running it on Windows 8.

We downloaded the latest upgrade. Since then we have been unable to open emails. We followed instructions to change Privacy settings - but don't have any options available once we click on that. Privacy page comes up with Location Services (Off) etc. Any ideas how we can overcome problem ?
My daughter has had her Razr for about 9 months now. About two weeks ago she picked up her phone in the morning on her way to school when she noticed two cracks, both starting at the camera lens. One goes completely to the bottom and the other goes sharply to the side. She has never dropped it and me and my husband went over it with a fine tooth comb. We looked under a magnifying glass and could no find any reason for the glass to crack. Not one ding, scratch or bang. Our daughter really takes good care of her stuff, but we still wanted to make sure before we sent it in for repairs. Well we did and we got a reply from Motorola with a picture of the cracks saying this was customer abuse and that it is not covered under warranty. Even though they did not find any physical damage to back it up. Well I e-mailed them back and told them I did a little research and found pages of people having the same problems. Well I did not hear from them until I received a notice from Fed Ex that they were sending the phone back. NOT FIXED!!! I went to look up why and guess what there is no case open any more for the phone. It has been wiped clean. I put in the RMA # it comes back not found, I put in the ID #, the SN# and all comes back not found. Yet a day earlier all the info was there. I know there is a lot more people like me and all of you, but they just don't want to be bothered so they pay to have it fix, just to have it do it again. Unless they have found the problem and only fixing it on a customer pay only set up. I am furious and will not be recommending this phone to anyone. And to think I was considering this phone for my next up grade! NOT!!!!

Can't download the latest ios version 4.3 for my iphone
I have iphone 4.
itunes version 10.4.1.10
windows vista
verizon is my provider.
I have tried numerous time but everytime I try to sync my iphone up through itunes it says that I do have the latest version (4.2.10) and that it will check for new updates in a few day.
However, this is not the latest version it is 10.3. Thus, how do i get itunes to download 10.3 for me. there are several apps i want to use and can not because they need this lattest version.

BobIf it's a Verizon phone then 4.2.10 is the latest version for it - that is the Verizon equivalent to version 4.3.5 on AT&T (i.e. sim based) iPhones.

I'm not computer literate. It says contact your server administrator but I don't know what this means.
Your "server administrator" would be, for example, Google support for Gmail, Yahoo support for Yahoo mail, Microsoft support for Hotmail, your company IT support for work email, iCloud support for iCloud email, et cetera.
Quite likely, some setting in that email account is not quite right. Perhaps it got mangled during the update, or perhaps it is a coincidence. -
My new laptop came with IE installed. I downloaded FF and installed it without any problems. FF has crashed every time I have tried to use it. I have never had this problem before on either laptop or desktop and found that I could use FF most of the time, only switching to IE occasionally when a site worked better with it ... which wasn't often.

I have Windows 8.1 on my PC. Ever since downloading the latest version of i Tunes, it will not recognize any of my i Pods (3) and therefore am unable to sync any music from my i Tunes to the i Pods. I've tried all the obvious things like resarting the PC as well as the i Pods tried different patch cables but the i Tunes software will no longer recognize my i Pods. I have automatic sync selected, but I even tried to manually sync by clicking on devices under File but the sync icon is "grayed" out. When I look under Preferences and click on devices the serial numbers of my i Pods appear and are correct but again will not recognize the i Pod when plugged in to the PC. Bottom line I'm dead in the water....appreciate any suggestions....thanks

Hi, I don't know if this will help you but I have both an iPhone 4 and a iPhone 6 that would not work. In my case the latest version of iTunes is 12.01.035. I remembered having a similar problem on Windows 7/64 bit a while back and decided to reboot my computer go into the bios and basically disabled a bios setting called Intel xHCI Mode. This flag in the bios is used to turn off the USB 3.0 controllers. As soon I did that, and saved my system booted fine and it noticed both phones just fine. I tested this several more time on my system which is still fairly new having been build from scratch last last year. Each time when I turned USB3.0 back on, iTunes and Windows 7 for that matter would not notice my phones. If you do a search on that bios setting you will find the USB 3.0 has caused problems with many of the older device drivers and technology.

I've been working on this all day!!! I've tried everything I know of and can't get it to load either. Sounds like lots of people are having problems. Here is what I have so far...I have uninstalled EVERYTHING on my pc from apple and reinstalled itunes to no avail. I have tried all sorts of things I've read as fixes online. NOTHING has worked. Here is something interesting that i have noticed though. my main pc (which is the one i have always managed my itunes account with for years) is a 32 bit system running windows 7. Yesterday I installed itunes for the first time on my new netbook which is a 64 bit (windows 7) system and it works just fine. i have three other laptops (all window 7) in my household that are all 64 bit operating systems and ALL have updated to 10.5 and THEY ALL work fine. this is FOUR 64 bit systems ALL updated w/10.5 that work and ONE that is a 32 bit that will not. Can't get any help from apple. their suppot *****! I want to get someone on the **** phone or a live chat but cant. *** APPLE????? please let mw know if you find SOMETHING i can try next. I'm out of ideas and patience!

Ever since downloading the latest version of iTunes, my iPad (3rd generation) keeps appearing in the browser as if it's still connected. I eject it (even though I don't physically have it connected in any way). But it keeps reappearing every time I open iTunes. Is anyone else having this problem?
Do you have Sync over wifi enabled for this device?
Click on the device name, Scroll down the summary page to options and the second box is Sync Via Wifi. If you do not want this uncheck it and click apply -

That message is usually a sign that you tried to roll back to an earlier build of iTunes, but occasionally I've seen it connected to a new upgrade. This technique should fix things.
Empty/corrupt library after upgrade/crash
Hopefully it's not been too long since you last upgraded iTunes, in fact if you get an empty/incomplete library immediately after upgrading then with the following steps you shouldn't lose a thing or need to do any further housekeeping. In the Previous iTunes Libraries folder should be a number of dated iTunes Library files. Take the most recent of these and copy it into the iTunes folder. Rename iTunes Library.itl as iTunes Library (Corrupt).itl and then rename the restored file as iTunes Library.itl. Start iTunes. Should all be good, bar any recent additions to or deletions from your library.
See iTunes Folder Watch for a tool to catch up with any changes since the backup file was created.
When you get it all working make a backup!
