Since I downloaded iOS6.1 I can not hear my messages/phone calls/emails or any sounds when the phone is lock. It doesnt connect to bluetooth either. Any setting I have to change?
My sounds settings are ON and my side mute button is NOT pushed down to orange.
When the phone is unlock all the sounds are fine, but as soon as it locks it goes dead silent mode!

Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore. Has any of this been tried?
It is possible that dropping the device has caused the issue.... regardless, it's unlikely Apple would do a warranty exchange since there is obvious user damage.
If basic troubleshooting does not resolve the issue, take it to an Apple store for evaluation... if determined to be a hardware issue and you ask nicely, they may be able to assist you, but they may also only provide the option of an Out of Warranty replacement.

There is no solution. You have to provide the ID and password. There is no way around it. If the person you bought it from can't provide it, return it and get your money back.

TS1630 I am not getting any sound. The phone does not ring, nor can I hear music. The ringer is on and the volume is up to the max. When I select a ringtone it only vibrates.

Try plugging it it to see if the screen comes on. If not then you're screen is damaged.

If the photos that you are wanting to delete are also in your Camera Roll then you can delete them from the camera roll

The nice thing about owning this overpriced POS is that Apple not only doesn't support it, but also doesn't want to hear about anything negative regarding it. So I spoke to the so-called "support" people at Apple who successfully screwed up my contacts beyond repair. I got a nice email from Apple asking me to rate the support I got. I was actually civil and described the issue tactfully. What do I get in return? Nothing. Not a damned thing!! You're luck you've got me by the short hairs on a 2 year contract but I'm still tempted to throw this POS through the front window of the nearest Apple store!!
