Since I'm new to this, is it ok to use 2 Apple ID accounts?

I'm doing the maintenance for my wife's iPhone4 when signed in to HER SIDE (user account) of our Windows 8 desktop USING her Apple ID in iTunes.
When syncing my iPhone 4S I'm on my side (user account) using my Apple ID signed in to iTunes after logging out of iTunes and her user account.
Also when neither of the accounts are signed into iTunes the same music is there. When either iPhone is connected the music and photos TABS at the top show the same items prior to syncing either phone.
Can the 'sync only checked songs & videos' box and the 'manually manage music & videos' box BE CHECKED? Or is it supposed to be only ONE at a time.

If you authorize the computer for your Apple ID while signed into her computer login...log her out of iTunes...sign in using your Apple ID...then go up to Store>Authorize this Computer...then you log out & then log her back in, you can sync whatever you like to her phone. Just remember, to update the apps obtained with your account, you have to login using your ID to update them. Called Sharing & permitted under the EUSLA.

To sign out of your Apple ID
Go to Settings > FaceTime, tap your Apple ID, and select Sign Out.
Go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive, tap your Apple ID, and select Sign Out.

I'm having the same problem. It's not an issue with my TV, i've turned this feature off. I've tried playing with the ATV display settings but nothing works. When I stream netflix from my Samsung bluray player, I don't get the soap opera effect, but when I stream any video from the ATV, the soap opera effect is there. I'm thinking it's a choice that Apple made, but I really wish it could be turned off. Not a lot of people are searching for this, because it can be easy to overlook, but it's driving me nuts!

I got the new ipad this weekend and had problem with apple ID - thus resulting in 13 charges to my credit and debit card with itunes and nothing loading onto the ipad - does anyone have an idea as to how I can get this credited back to my accounts?

More update on y situation. Now on both the IPAD and IPAD2 I can not got to view my purchase History, it says it can not connect to the ITUNES store, but yet I can still d/l apps and can view my account etc etc etc.

If you had a passcode set on your iPad your data should be safe. The thief would have to force it into recovery mode and restore it in order to use it, which would completely erase it.
This shouldn't keep your daughter's device from accessing the iCloud account however. If you can no longer sign into the account on iCloud.com from your computer, contact Apple support for assistance.

Ever since moving to the cloud I have been unable to use the email account on my mac. I have now resolved the incoming mail issue but can't send anything unless I go to the cloud. My mac is too old to operate Lion.

Can anyone help[ me to reset the mail setting on my mac book. Ever since my move the icloud I can't send or receive mail from my account, only from icloud?

Lion is required for iCloud which is a bit of information they tell you when you do the migration from MobileMe to iCloud: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4759
Because you are using an older version of OS X, Mail is attempting to talk to the old MobileMe mail servers when iCloud is on a different set of servers.
You will have to reconfigure Mail to use the new servers.
Go to Mail > Preferences > Accounts
Click on the MobileMe account listed on the left.
Go to Advanced and remove the check mark for "enable"
Click the plus sign at the bottom left and add a new account
Enter in your full @me.com e-mail address and then the password
Hold down the "option" key on your keyboard and click the "continue" button (this allows you to manually enter e-mail server information)
For "account type" choose "IMAP"
Fill in the rest of the fields following http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4864
Assuming all your information is present and you can send and receive you can return to Mail > Preferences > Accounts and remove the old MobileMe account.

How can I link my iPhone with a new MacBook if I have apps on the iPhone from 3 different Apple ID accounts?

Since I live in three diffirent countries and I have 3 Apple ID accounts on my iPhone 4S. Recently I bought a MacBook Pro with Mountain Lion installed.
I am not sure that when I connect my iPhone with a new MacBook all my data (apps, music, podcasts, etc.) will be transferred from the iPhone to MacBook iTunes.
So what should I do to transfer all my data to the new MacBook and to sync the data with iPhone as usual?

You cannot transfer content between two accounts. The sooner you make the conversion, the better. Just pick the new one and start using it(buying music etc).
*A lot of people open new accounts when their email changes or they have a new email. You can just access your apple id account and change the primary email that you use to log in along with other details.

Delete them and then download them from the desired Apple ID. This may require repurchasing paid applications.

You are adventurous. Nothing wrong with your Mac. If I were you I would leave terminal and Console alone until you get familiar with your Mac. Even then unless you absolutely know what you are doing in Terminal you could end up with an expensive door stop. Play around with iPhoto, Safari Address Book, iCal. Read some Mac books from your local bookstore. Hang out at the forums. in short just have fun.
