Since I work with a backup-projectfile, premiere stops working reporting a 'debug event'

Hello,
Can somebody tell me what the next dubug event means and what to do about it...
'Premiere elements has encountered an error.
C:\PRE12\mail\MediaCore\audiorender\API\inc\audiobuffer/audioSubBuffer.I'
Because premiere stopped working a sudden moment I opened the backup folder and used - for the first time since I work with premiere - the back up file to work with. Since then premiere shuts down every time after a minute or so on this particular project.
By the way: it is a very small project so it cannot be the capacity of my (brand new top end ) lap top.
I work with the same settings, files, camera, laptop etc as always and this is the first time I encounter this problem.
So what to do?

Hi,
Can you try this simple step and see if it works:
Before importing the footage, go to File > Project settings > General and change the video renderer to Mercury Playback Engine software only. Select "Delete Previews" after clicking on OK. Then import the footage.

Genius says of both songs that not enough similar music appears to be available to refresh my Genius Playlists that Genius already made.
Anyone have a clue how to fix this???

Working with LUT's in Premiere

Hi,
What is the least power hungry way to work with LUT's in Premiere?
I have the Red Giant LUT buddy and there's also the Lumetri Looks plugin inside Premiere. Which do you prefer?
I've noticed that with the Lumetri looks Premiere hangs for 10-30 seconds when I apply the effect and when I change positions on the timeline. On the other hand playback can be on full quality with no problems.
The Red Giant LUT buddy however cant handle full hd playback, but it doesnt choke.

Not really a direct answer but I have a suggestion or tip that might help. After I've done all my basic edits and I'm ready to grade and finish, I will render my edit to an uncompressed or high res file. Then I will import that rendered output into a new project, create an adjustment layer and apply things like Lumetri to that adjustment layer. This has three benefits. 1) it's much quicker and more responsive since PPro doesn't have to resolve an edit stack prior to the FX, which leads to 2) I will have more system RAM available for the effect, and 3) I can tweak the opacity of the adjustment layer to blend or limit the effect if needed.

The Creative Cloud file storage could be used for video assets but speed and performance might vary based on location. I would suggest you testing it out yourself using your Adobe ID before subscribing. Performance would not change after you joined.

Since I updated, Firefox is crashing daily. The finger scroll feature on my PC works with other browsers, but doesn't work on Firefox. It is also very, very slow, but other browsers aren't. I can't use it anymore until it's fixed.

Since you have already done some sort of reset on your Airport Express, you might as well make sure it was a "hard reset" - follow the instructions for a hard reset found at:

Since your Mac is running Leopard, you need to configure the Airport Express using the Airport Utility found in the Applictions->Utilities folder. You cannot install the old software that was supplied on the CD you got with the Airport Express.
In future - if you do something bad with network settings on your Mac, do NOT try to fix it with the Airport Utility. The Airport Utility is only used to configure the Airport Express - and since the problem you have created is on the Mac and not the Airport Express, there is no need to be using the Airport Utility and especially there is no need to be resetting the Airport Express.

I too have the error 0x81000033 when running the full system image backup. I could not assign a drive letter to my 100mb drive with the Disk Management. So, I went into the diskpart and ran the following commands:
diskpart

I was looking into the issue you are desribing, and found a great article for troubleshooting wifi connections with iOS devices. It's called iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections and can be found here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ts1398.
Start with this section, and work your way down if needed.
Basic troubleshooting
Tap Settings > Wi-Fi and turn Wi-Fi off and then on again.
Verify that you are in range of your Wi-Fi router or base station.
Confirm that your Wi-Fi router and Cable/DSL modem are connected to power and turned on.
Check whether other devices (portable computers, for example) are able to connect to the Wi-Fi network and access the Internet.
Update your Wi-Fi router to the latest firmware.For AirPort Base Stations, refer to this article for information about firmware updates. For third-party Wi-Fi routers, check the manufacturer's website for details on updating your firmware.
Restart your iOS deviceHold the On/Off button until "slide to power off" appears. Slide to power off your device. When it is off, press the On/Off button to turn it back on.
