Since ios7 can't use 'not on this iPad' option to download music purchased on another device. What fixes please?
Since updating to IOS7 I cannot download music purchased on a different device using the 'not on this iPad' button within iTunes Store. Any fixes out there?

For more clarification;
I purchased my friend ipad with some applications that already downloaded before. I could use those apps & games easily but when i need to update any, i couldn't because i have to have an App account.
I created a new app account, now i can purchase & download any app but i can't update an old App that was purchased through my friend account.
Please take into your concederation that i don't want to delete the App & redownload it as i don't want to miss my data registed before.

You can't transfer purchases from one account to the other. Your friend had no right selling you the iPod with purchases on it made from his account. -
In my ipad the itune do not give me te options to download music,only podcast and i tune u.

My location services appears to be locked. They are in light grey and will not let me turn them on and off. New app requiring GPS i can't use due to this. How can i reset or fix?

If you are now in the US then you can only use the US store, so you should update the address on your account
Changing country : Change the country of your iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store, and Mac App Store account.
Had you copied the songs over to your computer's iTunes library, do they show in the Music section on it ? You can copy purchases that you still have on your iPad over to your computer's iTunes library via the File > Devices > Transfer Purchases menu option -

Besides setting the iTunes store to the US, you will also need
a credit card issued in the US with billing address in the US;
you also are supposed to be located in the US when using the
US store, and there are periodic software checks to verify that.
Simply changing the iTunes store to the US iTunes store will
not allow you to make purchases/download free apps without

Anyone doing anything like this? Examples somewhere? It's kind of like a job management console...the jobs are pretty complex and can take up to 45 minutes or more to complete, which is why we need to come up with a way to run them from the app server, but in the background, asynchronously from the user's website utilization. This obviously, because of the time some of these take to complete, can't be a request/response architecture...
Thoughts? Help? Anything greatly appreciated.

Ipad has songs in the "not on this ipad" tab that I can't download
Hi,
I have an iPad 3 and I have noticed there are now 25 songs in the "Not on this iPad" tab in iTunes. I have selected the download option but they still remain.
The songs appear to be in my library and on my iPad so how do I get rid of them from this tab.
The only reason I can maybe see is where I have downloaded 2 albums by the same artist and the same song is on both albums, could this be the case?

Geoff.Save your photo stream photos to your camera roll by opening the my photo stream album, tapping Edit, tap the photos, tap Share, tap Save to Camera Roll. Then you can import them to your computer using your usb cable, as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083.
If you want them streamed to your computer, you have to sign into your iCloud account and enable photo stream, as explained here: http://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/pc.html. However, you will only receive photo stream photos from the last 30 days as older photos are no longer in iCloud (even though they may be on your iPad). -

I've been having this problem too, but here's the catch: originally it was only with my dad, and only sometimes. Now it's dad and husband, every time! Pix go through, via imessage, to everyone else, and they go through to dad/husband if I "send as text" after it fails.
And the other annoying thing- the blue bar will run all the way, and it will say "delivered". So I close out of imessage. When I reopen it again, the "delivered" has changed to "not delivered" with the red exclamation point. I just googled "imessage not sending photos" and founds TONS of people with the same problem, but no solutions. (I have rebooted phone, reset network settings, with no luck. I even had to backup/delete/restore my whole phone the other day for a different reason, and hoped that would fix it, but now it won't send to my dad OR my husband (who is on not just the same carrier, but the same family plan as me) -

You will need to setup a new Apple ID for your sister. You have to have an Apple ID and iDevice connected and using that account to get an iCloud account.

Hello I am using Ipad 4 and its charger is not working while I was using it few days before and it was working properly now it says that the cable does not support this Ipad Please Help me out.
Try a reset:
- Hold the home button and sleep/wake button down at the same time. When the Apple logo appears release both buttons then try and charge again.
If issue persists try:
- Another known working cable
- Check the charging port for any damage or debris
- You could also use a dry soft bristle toothbrush and gently brush it on the port to clean it of any debris that could be in there
