Since last two days, I am unable to access my email at hotmail but there is no problem with gmail
my mail id is [email protected] Am unable to access this with Firefox but opens with GoogleChrome. Since I have been using Firefox for 10 years I do want to use it. Other pages and Bookmarks open with Firefox -- problem is only with my hotmail account. It is accessible from my ipad too.

We regularly use Cocktail by Maintain software. You run the whole gamut of options but the important one is in System - Databases - Rebuild launch services. Also in Files - Caches - then clear the lot.
This is just houskeeping really but there are so many 'links' in A/cad it needs 'cleaning' -
Since last two days I cant watch any online videos.. I can hear the voice but the picture is all scrambed and it keeps jumping up and down.

I created one apple I'd when I started using the iPad. After some days, I had to create a new apple id
as there was some problem with the first one. Now at some places still my old apple Id is appearing. Pls adv how I change this to my new apple Id.Anything you downloaded with the first Apple Id will forever be tied to it, and will always require it to update.
The question here is, why did you think you needed to create a new Apple ID? What was the problem with the first one?
To get rid of th old one, you'll need to delete everything you downloaded with it, and then sign out of the ID in several places around the iPad.
Go to Settings->iTunes & App Stores->Apple ID->Sign out.
Repeat the process, for Facetime, Messages, Mail and any other App you need to sign out of. -
As in the question, everything works fine, but there is a lag with the mouse pointer, latency issue. I have seen on other forums this has been an issue, but with different solutions, and some with no solutions. Matrox technical team have no solutions for me unfortunately, so any similar user experiences would be good.

Hi all,
From time to time (at least once a day), the following message pops up on the user's screen:
"There is a problem with the proxy server's security certificate. Outlook is unable to connect to the proxy server . Error Code 80000000)."
If we click "OK" it goes away and everything continues to work although sometimes Outlook disconnects. It is quite annoying...
Any ideas?

For the security alert issue, I'd like to recommend you check the name in the alert windows, and confirm if the name is in your certificate.
Additionally, to narrow down the cause, when the Outlook client cannot connect again, I recommand you firstly check the connectivity by using Test E-mail AutoConfiguration. For more information, you can refe to the following article:

Got the last two days my hotmail account on my iPad won't send e mails. Can still receive and my sky e mail account works fine too....any advice...message says.... 'sending message content to the server failed'. Incoming server is Pop3 and outgoing is smtp.live
I assume you're using Mail. I'm sure you've checked and re-checked but it is very likely something minor wrong with your smtp settings.
In Mail>Preferences>Accounts, click on your email account tab and from the 'Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)' drop down menu select 'Edit SMTP Server list. On the Account information tab make sure you have got the correct smtp server address. On the Advanced tab verify that you have the correct Authentication, that the Password is correct and that the User name is correct. I have various email accounts and some of them require the complete email address against User Name while others only require the part of the address before the @ symbol. Get that wrong and it could be your problem. -

I have seen that the uninstall/reinstall route is a posibility, but I can't find the Key Code i got with my copy, so not entirely sure I want to uninstall.

There a few things you could try. One, is to start up iTunes in safe mode by holding Shift-Control and the other option is to try opening in a new user on your computer. Check out the article below for more information and further troubleshooting.

I am using iphone 3gs since last 4 days. Till yesterday night it was working fine and i have connected this phone for charging . Morning there was apple logo in the screen and every 1mte (approx) it is blinking. I could not restart the phone.Plz help . Sounds like you have corrupt backup data, if this occurs from one phone to another. Try restoring the phone as a new device, without a backup. Try using for a day before installing any other apps, etc. See if that improves the battery life. Then try syncing back applications a couple at a time. Something seems to be locking in the processor which is draining the battery.
Do you live in an area where there are Apple Stores? If so, try making an appointment with the Genius Bar to have the device checked out. -
