Since the ios 7.1 yesterday, the icons on my phone have lost their translucency . Is anyone else having this issue???

I did the software update on my phone yesterday and I think I might have glitched out, because the icons are no longer translucent. They all just look like a dark gray and you can't see the background when you have an app folder open or when you scroll the options at the bottom up. I have tried resent my phone, even going as far as a full system reset and nothing works!!!!

Check this setting: Settings > General > Accessibility > Increase Contrast > Reduce Transparency. If it's on, turn it to OFF (white side showing)
