Since the iOS7 update, my iPad mini keeps turning its self off every 5 minutes of turning on or so. What can fix this?
Since the latest iOS7 update, my iPad mini keeps shutting off and on by itself every 15-20 minutes. I've reset all settings and this has still not solved this problem. What can I do to fix this?
Try a reset first: Press and hold both Sleep/Wake and Home buttons until the Apple logo appears.
If the reset doesn't fix it, try a restore:

Since the ios7 update I can't sign into my itunes on my ipad or my iphone. It's prepopulated with an old ID, and I can't even view my account to fix it. At first the problem was that after the ios7 update my apple ID for icloud was prepopulated with my old ID. So after three days of trying to fix it, I finally just went on my mac and changed my ID back to the old one. I thought I solved my problems... I was able to sign into icloud on my ipad. Now today... my itunes apple ID is prepopulated with my ID I was using up until a few days ago. I am at a loss. I have no idea how to restart (or whatever) and just fix everything (icloud, itunes, and anything else that might prepopulate down the road that I don't even know about) ... I'm so frustrated! I'm glad the security is better but I wish there was an emergency code you could have emailed to you after answering extremely secure questions... or something. Please help. Thank you!
I had a similar issue. I was able to sign into iTunes but when I tried to view my account information iTunes repeatedly asked for my password in an endless loop. I solved the issue by unblocking cookies in safari: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3388

Modular747 is a troll with very little real knowledge of the iPhone charging systems (as evidenced by his uninformed comments in other threads).
It could very well be iOS 7 refusing to charge from "non-authorized" accessories. We have done A/B tests with the same accessory (in this case cables) with iOS6 and iOS7 and have seen the cable work with iOS6, then not work (i.e. not charge) with iOS 7. Same device, same cable. Only change was the OS.
Keep the pressure on Apple, folks. It is not OK to make working accessories unusable with a software update. -
Since the ios7 update I go to use my camera and switch to video and it won't switch ! ..why is this ? HELP
Thanks stedman1 for continuing to push this interface change news... I must have taken 100 photos last night (of my shoes) trying to switch to video (unsuccessfully). Very frustrating.
OTOH, like many Apple interface innovations, it is simple to learn and easy to remember.
Honestly, that's all we can ask for, there really ain't no intuitive. -
I have had photo problems since the ios7 update. everything was backed up to my icloud. went into store tech backed up but now when i go to icloud i can't find pictures or videos. 1300 pics and some video's . i am devasted.

i found out my prob!
here is what you do.
go to the "system preferences" on your dock.
click "software updates".
click "installed software"
if it shows something about a recent update about "EFI UPDATE, FIRMWARE, THUNDERBOLT" or anything like that, exit out of it.
go to mail.
click "mail" at the top.
click "preferences...".
find the account you are having trouble with, once you do, make sure its highlighted, then click the "-" at the bottom of the window (this will only effect that mail account, it will not effect your ical weather or not its synced thought that email account)
hit the "+" (right next to the "-") and add your accout back!

hi ive upgraded my itouch to ios 6.1.3 but it keeps crashing ounce i put my passcode in is there a way i can fix this? one of my friends mentioed downgrading it but the only way isnt supported by apple so i dont feel safe with it so plzz help me.
it has worked fine no problems till i updated it i tried restoring itwith my old backup but it doesnt move the ios back so it just keeps on craching when i try to unlock itTry:

Have a problem with Lightroom 5.4. Since the program crashed yesterday it won't launch, it comes up with the message "Lightroom encountered an error when reading its preview cache and needs to quit". " Lightroom will attempt to fix this problem next time it launches". Except that it doesn't, I keep getting the same message and the program closes. Does anyone know what I can do to repair it? Can't back up, can't do anything.

I am having a issue installing Adobe Acrobat XI. I am running Windows 8.1. When go to install it gets an error. The error is with transform in registry and will not install product. I am looking at how I can fix this registry problem.
I have tried to uninstall all Abode Acrobat installations but one file remains and refuses to be uninstalled. It gives me this error : Error applying Transforms . I have re-installed JSDK1.4.2_03, set the "path" variable to "C:\JSDK1.4.2_03".
When I compile using "javac" I get an error saying "javac" is not recognised.
When I compile using "C:\j2sdk1.4.2_03\bin\javac Freq.java" no error is thrown.
Every time I try to run a java file, I always get the NoClassDefFound error. When run with the -verbose option, files are loaded from C:\Program Files\Java\j2re1.4.2_03\bin - is this correct?
I have removed all previous references to java in the registry editor.

hi my iphone was fully charged and turned its self off, i have tried to turn it back on and reset it, but no luck so i have plugged it in to my pc and it displays the apple logo and then goes back off i have tried this a number of times with no success anyone got any idears?

Why can't I open and retrieve my files from iPhoto and my Address Book after importing the files from my Power Mac G5 to my new Mac Pro? I get a warning that says the new OS on my Pro doesn't open files from a Power Mac. Any idea how I can fix this?
For your addressbook, export the files to vCard on the PowerMac, then bring them over to your Mac Pro. For your iPhoto, copy the Users -> yourname -> Pictures folder to your Desktop on the Mac Pro, and open iPhoto on the Mac Pro holding the command and option keys. Select the library file from that Pictures folder and open it. It should import all the pictures into iPhoto as part of the rebuild process. I have bought an iphone 5 from cash converters. I'm waiting for a sim from my provider to arrive by post. I have left my phone on and twice it has turned its self off, is this right or is my phone seem faulty? I haven't been able to try the phone out yet as I didn't have a small SIM card. I'm worried as to why it would be turned off when I didn't turn it off.?.
