What happened to my list? some of my music is gone since the last update the songs back?

It sounds like you are missing some songs you purchased from the iTunes Store. You can re download them with this section of the article named:

Did you fail to import your photos before updating? If so, then they are likely gone. You can try restoring from backup. If that fails then they are gone. You should regularly import photos to your computer, most especially before any update.
Did you fail to transfer any purchases on iphone ( that were not on your computer) to your computer before updating? If so, then you will have to redownload:

As you erased the drive and reinstalled Mac OS X, Time Machine detects it as a new OS X copy, so it's normal you can't see your old backups. To solve this, see > http://pondini.org/TM/E3.html

I have used my force9 emails for a few years with now problem on my laptop and also for maybee 6 months on my iphone4s but after syncing with itunes on my laptop i have lost all the emails & email setting of my phone.
I also back up on icloud and tried looking on there on my laptop but there is only my icloud emails and not my pop3 force9 emails . There are all my contacts there butwhy does it wipe my emails and settings and how can i get them back.

Often when people think they've deleted an application, what's really happened is that they deleted its icon from the Dock. In the Finder, select
Go ▹ Applications
from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-A to open the Applications folder. If the application is in that folder, drag it to the Dock (not to the Desktop or anywhere else.) The other Dock icons will move out of the way to make a place for it.

Since the last update, you have open your websites and they used to show a pic or website marker at the beginning of each website so you knew what it was, not its just a blank letter and its says something other than the website being viewed, annoying. So

Please fix the missing website detail pics in the tab bar.

I didn't want to step on your toes. No need to get personal.
Subpanels make some additional code necessary that hasn't got to do anything with the actual program. And I AM using subIVs as I wrote in my first post, which is exactly the root of the problem.
Nevertheless I now solved it in a way that comes close to what I wanted. I don't know if some of you meant your suggestions to be understood that way (at least I didn't ). The subVIs will now "insert" themselves (via invoke node) into a subpanel on the main vi, which they are given a reference of at call. This adds minimal aditional code, especially on the main VI which I want to keep as clean as possible. By clustering the panel reference into the parameters the subVIs are already given (not used in the example I attached below), there isn't even a change on the terminals of the subVIs.
I got to check now if this works well with event structures within the subVIs or if it can create the same problems like multiple event structures within a single VI.
So no global variables anymore and no writing values by property node. I don't know if this just wasn't possible in previous Labview versions I had a try at that (I guess it was 8.6 and/or 2009) or I just didn't come up with the idea back then.

So I plugged in my iPhone 5 to my computer for the first time and I accedentally pressed restore. My wife has a iPhone 4s and has plugged in her phone to the computer many times to sync. So when i restored i got all her photos and lost mine which were very very importent. So how do I get my photos back?

Unless your photos were backed up somewhere, they're gone. They were wiped off your phone when you restored it from your wife's data.

I switched off Contacts in iCloud and did not save the numbers to my phone, thinking that when I switched Contacts back on, it would resync and it does not appear to be doing so. Nobody in this forum can help you with a lost serial number, you only chance is to call AppleCare and ask them. Of course they might ask for some prove of purchase etc.

Since the last update, hotmail no longer automatically checks for new mail. How do I fix it?

Hotmail used to automatically check for new mail regularly. It no longer does that. I have to click on refresh to get new mail.

Have lost all my mail folders on Thunderbird, how do i get them back?

I lost my second search window for Thunderbird Mail so went to VIEW, TOOLBARS and selected all three options - MAIL, STATUS and QUICK FILTER. I got my search window back that enables me to search my emails for messages from a specific person. However, I then lost all of my folders (mailboxes) in my inbox - everything from A to Z bar two folders titled ALFIE and APPLE MAC EMAILS.
These folders contain everything email like from my clients that is relevant to my business. Each folder is a client name and each contains any number of emails and replies.
I clicked the REPAIR FOLDER option in order to try and do exactly that, repair the folders but so far that only appears to have been applied to the emails in my inbox, the ones that have not yet been filed in the individual folders.
I moved to Thunderbird because I was told it was a safe and easy to use system but I am struggling with this aspect of it.
Any help gratefully received!

No anti virus software running as far as I am aware, as in I didn't launch any before reinstating the search email function.
I was running a folder repair function on my inbox (which seemed to complete successfully for the emails in the inbox) when I noticed the majority of the mail folders had disappeared.

How were they syncing before; were they in iCloud or maybe in one of your email accounts?

I have lost my huubys contacts on his iphone3 how do i get them back...

i just received and iphone5 went and sync my phone on my itunes account which my husband had been using also.. Problem is i ended up with his contacts which i deleted off my phone and now he has no contacts...i plugged his phone back in to restore backup...it stays for about 30 seconds on his phone then deletes....pls help as its his work phone...
