Since the update today to 10.0 my Norton has been knocked out! Help
Firefox updated to 10.0, Norton/systematic was knocked out, have no security!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I like my firefox but each update screws up my google and my security, so what do I do, this cost me!

Since the update today to 3.6.17 when I click to open a new tab it does not open

Since the latest update this morning, 8.1.3, my ipad 2 is not working. All I have is a picture of the iTunes icon and an arrow pointing to the connection. Nothing happens at all. I have tried switching of and on again and connected to iTunes but nothing happens.

I can't sign into itunes on my ipad (original) since the software update. Genius can't help-says its Itunes support I need, but they don't help either (tell me to reset password) which I've done several times. Can't update apps on my home computer either. Update made me change Apple id, so now it thinks I have two ids, but won't let me sign in for old one. I pad won't work at all. Frustrated beyond belief and get NO HELP from apple.

Anyone have ideas?No. The problem is that when you changed Apple IDs you did not update your Apple ID to reflect the change, so your phone is still associated with the old ID. This new update has been horrendous I have uninstalled multiple application to try and fix the battery issues with no success. I have read on multiple forums that this was known issue prior to pushing out the update to Lollipop when will this be resolved? I have to now keep a portable charger with me at all times which is very inconvenient.
We wanttoi do all that we can to ensure that you are able to enjoy your Galaxy S 5! Thanks for posting the troubleshooting steps that you have already completed. May I ask how long ago, in days, did you complete the update? It typically takes about 3-5 days for the software to settle. If it has been longer than 5 days then I would suggest a factory reset and use the device for a day or two without installing any apps. Once you have done so, please retest and keep us posted.

just tried to update my iphone 4 3G to ios 6 halfway thourgh got a messeag saying the update could no be completed now my i phone has jammed on the screen with the apple and update monitor underneath please help i can't go out withount a phone so need it back

I purchased CS6 in June of 2012 and have been using it without a problem ever since. I just purchased a new Mac however, and want to install my current version of CS6. I downloaded the installer from adobe.com and am to the point of entering my serial number. However, I am now receiving an error message stating that my serial number has been "revoked" and that I my product cannot be downloaded. I have the purchase receipt and can provide documentation of the serial number and order number. Will someone please help?

Ever since i updated my ipod to ios7, my battery has been going down quicky.
My brightness is down to a inch & i have the bluetooth off, i only have 5-7 apps for the notification center. HELP!!!!
Try:

I have a feeling my rechargeable battery pack was secretly swapped out by another user (whose battery had died) - left for vacation working computer, returned from vacation battery not charging. Is there any way to check (serial number, etc.) what battery came with the purchased computer? Any help would be appreciated.

No, but you could check to see if the battery installed has about the same amount of charge cycles if you were paying attention to that number. -

For the last 2 1/2 weeks Droid Incredible 2 has been doing the same thing....uninstalled countless apps, then even a factory resest. Plugged it in last night at 40% power, it was charging. Woke up this morning and once again completed dead. Apparently, this is happening to a great number of Incredible 2 owners. Hope Verizon makes it right.

I suspect the error message you saw earlier said something like "the maximum number of free iCloud accounts have already been created" or something similar, which is often associated with a 403 error.
When you get that message it means that three iCloud accounts have already been created on your device and you cannot create another one. This often happens when you purchase a used device and the previous owner already used up all of the alloted iCloud accounts on it. When this happens, all you can do is either re-use one of the accounts previously created or create a new account on another iOS device or Mac when you have one. -
since last update (today) I get invalid Apple ID password when trying to use back to my MAC in Icloud app on my MAC, password works on all my other devices. GLITCH ?

I was finally able to log in through my system preferences after about three or four hours. I ran a disk utility to repair permissions and restarted and it seemed to work ok. -
I am still having problems with my music videos freezing (all purchased on iTunes) since the update. The first day of the update, no problems...played 6 hours of music videos and no freezing. Today...every single video froze!!! So frustrating! I rebooted, restarted, powered down and no help. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

As for question #2, you call tell how iTunes is sorting songs by the up or down arrow next to a header name.
Even the original order that the songs were entered or date added or last played can be sorted.
Much easier with a mouse or touch pad.
