Since updating my bookmark toolbar is not showing any bookmarks even though the toolbar is there?

On my Apple Mac version... 2 things have changed which I don;t understand why?
1) Bookmarks do not show up on the "bookmark toolbar", even though there is a "tick" showing next to it on the menu - > View>Toolbars>Bookmark Toolbars (ticked)
I have unticked.. then re ticked.. but this doesn't fix it.. even though you can see the area where it goes drops up or down according to whether it is ticked or not.
So I cant drag a URL to the Bookmark toolbar anymore. @#$!
2) My other problem is (which probably relates to the same issue) I have heaps of bookmarks on the the bookmarks toolbar... and the overflow goes to the drop down tab on the right hand side o tab area. This only shows current open tabs now.. I want my overflow bookmarks under that drop down tab like they use to...
Can anyone help?

I have been to the 'Live Chat' section for support 7 times to see if I can resolve this... but it's been closed every time!!
... plus I haven't had single reply on this forum question since I posted it 7 days form a user or admin.

"Unknown Artist" comes up on iPhone music library for some albums even though they have an artist in iTunes, Also some artwork not showing on iPhone even though the artwork for the album is on the iTunes library on my iMac

Trying to copy full albums onto my iphone 5s, some (About 25%) albums have "unknown artist" where the artist should be, even though they have the correct artist names in Itunes on my MBP.
Also some albums dont have artwork on the iphone but it is there on itunes on my MBP.
Is there a fix?

When you fix track names and album art in iTunes the information is written to an XML database and not to the file itself. You can use Doug's scripts to embed meta information to the file.

There is also an iTunes vbscript if you're using windows.

Dreamweaver Datalist not showing any data even though rercordset test retrieves data.

I am new to dreamweaver and asp.net development and am trying to develop an intranet site for my company.
I managed to create a connection object and a dataset object which returns the correct data from my test database when I click on test (see attachment). However the datalist object that is meant to display the data shows nothing when I preview the page.
I attach a screen shot of the datalist creation dialog box and the relevant portions of the page in design view.
Any suggestions to solving this problem would be most welcomed.

Sorry for taking so long to reply.
I am using version 8.
I deleted the datalist and used a datagrid instead and that works just fine so I believe that version 8 does support server behaviors.

Time Machine doesn't show any backups even though the data is being backed up

Time Machine is set to backup my Mac regularly and it seems to be doing so since the backups are being written to my backup disk.
However, when I enter Time Machine, none of the backups in the past show up on the Time Machine screen.
Is there a way to have Time Machine recognize the data it has backed up?

I restarted my Mac and all's well. Odd.

Have just installed PE12 with no install problems. Share preference does not show any email preferences, just the default Adobe.

PE12 just installed, but Organizer share preference for emailing photos does not show any email preferences except the default Adobe. Have Visa with Windows Mail. Previous PE worked OK. How to resolve?

Once again, my thanks for your assistance. If I may impose on your generosity one more time, if I understand you correctly if I create a document on Word or WordPerfect, print it and scan it to create a pdf, the search function will not work. But, if I create the pdf document in Word the search function will work. Unfortunately, I am not sure how I create a pdf document in Word other than by printing it and scanning it. Could you please explain.

I have tried all those things I even updated the software to the new iOS system and it still did fix my problem.
What happened is that my garage band looks like it will open then it shuts down.
I have lot of important things on my garage band and I'm afraid that if I uninstall it deleting it then reinstalling it all my work on it will be gone and I can't have that happen.
Everyday I am hoping that when i go to open the app that is will work but it doesn't it gets ready to turn on then it shuts off , the app doesn't even open all the way and turns off.
I really hope I don't have to erase it.
It'll say it's ,lading my songs then it shuts down .
If I waited for the App Store to come up with an update for garage band should I wait till then to update my app so it doesn't get damaged . I don't want to erase it and all my data get erased . I figured if I wait for an update then my garage band will reset itself but won't delete my data. I'm not sure if that will help. Is there anything you or anyone else might know that can help me with this matter ?

How do I know if the person I sent the files to received them? I had not received any notifications even though I checked that box...

I sent some photos with Adobe Send. I checked "Notify me when recipient viewed." I have not received any notifcations, even though it has been several weeks. Does this mean the recipient never got them? Doesn't the recipient receive an email from Adobe with download information?

Yes, your recipients would've received an email from Adobe with a link to the file that you sent.
If Notify When Recipients Viewed was selected for that file, you should definitely have received notification when your recipients viewed their file. So, it could be that the emails were delivered to a junk mail folder.
You can also see who's viewed your files by logging in to cloud.acrobat.com/send, and clicking the file that you sent. On the right side of the window, you'll see Viewed By, with details of who's viewed your file, and how often.

I have a 3rd generation iPad running iOS7.0.2, and since updating to iOS7, it will not mirror to an AppleTV. The devices will connect, but the video monitors show only a blank screen. The AppleTV's work fine with various other iOS & OSX devices. Ideas?

I have three AppleTV's where I work. I have two at home. I have an iPhone 4S running iOS7.0.2 which mirrors smoothly via AirPlay. I have a 2011 MacBook Pro and a 2011 iMac, both running Mountain Lion, both of which mirror smoothly through AirPlay. I have a 3rd generation iPad running iOS7.0.2, and since updating to iOS7, it will not mirror. The iPad will connect to the AppleTV, but the TV's and projectors only show a black screen when connected: the iPad screen looks as it should, except that the transitions become jumpy when connected via AirPlay. This is true on both networks: at home and at work. Another gentleman using the network where I work has the most recent iPad, also running iOS7.0.2, and he is having the same problem. I have tried to "Reset All Settings." I have tried to "Restore." Does anyone have any suggestions? Has anyone else experience difficulty mirroring the iPad through AirPlay since the release of iOS7.0.2?

No problems exists with the router (on either network described above) or the multiple AppleTV's which are able to mirror multiple other OSX & iOS devices seamlessly. The problem is strictly with the iPad and iOS7.

This is an iOS 7 AirPlay mirroring bug...
To make matters worse, the iPad automatically drops its mirroring session 45 seconds after it auto-locks.
3-4 mirroring sessions is all it takes for the iPad mirroring to freeze up.
After this happens, mirroring to an Apple TV only projects a blank screen.
Once the mirroring is hung, the only way to fix it is to restart the iPad.
Apple please fix this iOS 7 issue!

My Bookmarks toolbar does not show a Bookmarks Manager, so I can't export my bookmarks to a new computer.

I want to export my Bookmarks from Firefox on this computer to Firefox on my new computer. The Bookmarks Manager does not show on the Bookmarks toolbar. Where is it? How can I access it so I can use the export tool?
This computer is Windows Vista - my new one is Windows 7.

"Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks" has been renamed to "Show All Bookmarks" in Firefox 4 and later.

Updated my computer and will not show any images or documents unless they are on desktop only HELP!

Since I have updated my computer I can not find any images that I have saved in the past unless I have saved them directly in a folder on the desktop. I have tried searching all files and it only shows what I have on my desk top. Any help would be great!

Occationally my iphone 5 will not connect to internet even though the Wi-Fi connection shows as connected.

I have a iphone 5 iOS 8.2 and occasionally it will not connect to the internet, even though the Wi-Fi show as connected. If I reboot the phone it will work properly. Any idea how to fix this?
