Actually the Licensing information for the package is missing hence it is not launching any applications. You need to Reserialize the products using APTEE which you can find it on the Machine where you have created the package. If you dont have the access to that Machine then please download and install Creative Cloud Packager and it will download APTEE in the below mentioned location.

Once downloaded please follow this KB article to use the Tool.

What's wrong with Safari - has been slow for months.

Safari Version 6.0.5 (8536.30.1)
For months now, Safari has been responding incredibly slow to go to websites. What I see is a blank browser page and the blue url progress bar barely moving.
It doesn't matter how I ge tto the site, if I click on a link from google / facebook / an email / other site or if I manually enter a url. For example, just to get to this support forum, to get to the log in page took Safari about 20 seconds to load.
I have emptied cache, turned off extensions, reset safari, removed all website data, turned off auto fill and deleted all passwords. It seems the more I try to reset Safari, the slower it gets.
Most of the time, Chrome responds much faster although there have been a few times where its just as slow or slower. I have never reset or erased anything from Chrome.
I don't know what else to do. I really want my internet usage to get speedier.

Please answer as many of the following questions as you can. You may already have answered some of them.
1. Have you restarted your router and broadband modem since you first noticed the problem? If the answer is no, do that now and see whether there's any change.
2. Are any other web browsers installed, and are they also slow?
3. What about other Internet applications, such as iTunes and the App Store?
4. Are there any other devices on the same network that can browse the Web, and are they also slow?
5. If you can test Safari on another network, is it slow there too?
6. If you connect to your router with Wi-Fi and you can also connect with Ethernet, do that and turn off Wi-Fi. Any difference?

I apologize, I'm a bit unclear on the nature and scope of the issues you are describing. If you are having multiple issues after a recent update to iOS 8.0.2, you may want to first try resetting your device:
Turn your iOS device off and on (restart) and reset
If you are still having issues after a reset, you may want to make sure you have a current backup of your data in iTunes, then try restoring your iPhone to factory settings and testing it in that default condition to see if the issues persist before restoring the apps or your data. This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
The purpose of the test is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party software that loads automatically at startup or login, by a peripheral device, or by corruption of certain system caches.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards. Boot in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. Note: If FileVault is enabled on some models, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and Wi-Fi on certain iMacs. The next normal boot may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin. Test while in safe mode. Same problem? After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of the test.

Ever since downloading OS X Yosmite my macbook pro has been slow as ever

I downloaded OS X Yosmite last week and ever since I have had many problems. Speed is definitely an issue, not only is the macbook pro slow using wifi, but just opening and closing applications the pinwheel shows up for a good 15 second delay. I've never had this issue until I downloaded OS X Yosmite. Please is there any way to return to OS X Mavericks? Or fix the problems with Yosmite ? Thanks

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
Try This - Renew IP Address:

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

Recover software as you have described is pretty much your only option - keep in mind that if wait, some of the currently recoverable data may well be over-written and lost.

unfortunately that fix for my camera Powershot G6 does not work or apply as the view pictures switch is different on G6 is not usable during download as once you plug in DC/USB cable it turns off, and makes no diff and problem still exists exactly as you just described.

it has been 17 days since apple promised to get back to me within 3-5 days hopefully with a solution, but I have still not heard from them.
They blew me off, i guess, probably i will have to wait for new Yosemite OS update, which they pre-warned me could take as much as 6 months.
I cannot believe apple released this new update with such major bug issues for camera downloads and that horrible "Photos" pgm which has all sorts of downgrades in features, usefulness and new bugs compared to iPhotos which I just finally got used to and was much better software.
I am starting to lose faith in Apple and I am getting that Microsoft "FEEL" like I used to have when I was a PC user, which was why I originally switched to Apple computers in first place.
Oh well got my fingers crossed here.
Thankfully the memory card reader solution is working well, but cost me $45.

Safari, Google Chrome, other browsers, Updates, Youtube, App Store all get time outs. Internet is unworkable.
On the internet a lot of the same stories. They say downgrade to 6.1.3, but Apple does not allow that.
Called to Apple support, they say never heard of, your the first. Internet tells another story.
The iPad has crashed 2 times now, so I installed a total clean version without back up, but same problem. Did every tip on the internet to speed up, like clearing cache or third party cookies on, etc. Sometimes it looks like it helps but after a few internet pages, again time outs.
Please help!

When I try to type something, it freezes up and may not actually show that i typed it for another minute or two. Even if I close all my apps and restart it, the problem is still there. Thanks to everyone who responded and related subject helped. Holding the home button and power button simultaneously for 10-15 seconds does unlock the screen. I can now use my ipad again. However, a futher problem has arisen since updating to IOS6 and activating icloud at same time, Although not sure if its related. The problem is that when connected to my PC the itunes message appears 'Cannot read ipad'. It instructs you to restore but keeps timing out after about 1 hour. This maybe internet issue but can't understand why itunes cannot read my ipad. May need to completely erase all content & reset. Or any other suggestions why this has happened?
