What troubleshooting steps have you done?
If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
If you can't make or receive FaceTime calls - Apple Support
If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support

Since updating to IOS 7.0.2 my iPhone 5 regularly cuts out during phonecalls. Anyone else having this problem?
reset all settings
settings- general- reset - reset all settings
now reconnect to wifi
settings - wifi- click network name - enter password - join
if issue persists backup info and restore via itunes

I recently updated my IOS using the beta found on an iTunes account link... Ever since then I've been unable to log into my iMessages and FaceTime account through my iTunes. The only explanation it gives me is that my connection was lost.... What to do?
It was downloaded through my iTunes account... So im sure it wasn't pirated. It's nothing more than a beta test to work out the bugs. But do u have any suggestions as to how i can about redownloading the same iOS but now the 'bugs' should be all worked out....

New iOS 6 activated the wrong phone # for iMessage and Facetime
I just got an iPad 2 and installed the new iOS 6.......only problem is that I have 2 phone numbers on my account and it activated my employee's phone number when it was installed for iMessage and Facetime.......how do i change this number to mine?
Turn iMessage and FaceTime off, reset the device by holding both buttons until the apple logo appear then let go and wait for it to restart. Then turn iMessage and FaceTime back on and enter the settings again

Since updating to ios 5.0.1, I have 9 apps that won't update. Any suggestions?
I updated to ios 5.0.1 and since then, I have 9 apps that are no longer usable. I get the message "Unable to Download Application", lists the app and said it could not be downloaded at this time. Tried several times over several days to retry with the same result.
My recommendation would be to go to iTunes on the computer, under LIBRARY find the APPS tab and at the bottom it should say 9 Available Updates. Click on this, then you can update them from iTunes. To get them on your phone, go to Settings > General > iTunes Wi-Fi Sync (if you have iCloud set up).

Since updating to iOS 7 I get text messages on my phone but not my iPad or visa versa. Why?
Is there a bug in the iOS 7 that doesn't allow text messages to appear on both iPhone and iPad? It worked fine before the upgrade.
These are iMessages, not text messages as in SMS/MMS.
On your iPhone go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive.
Below the "You can be reached by iMessage at" section, is the same selected there as is selected at the same location on your iPads?
With iMessage enabled with the same Apple ID on multiple iOS devices along with the same settings for Send & Receive on each iOS devices, iMessages will be synced so to speak on each device. This is designed so you can start an iMessage conversation with an iPad, leave with your iPhone and continue the conversion with all recevied and sent iMessages available on each iOS device. With an iPhone and iPad activated with iMessage with the same Apple ID, you will have your iPhone's cell phone available on the iPad to start a new conversion from and to receive iMessages addressed to your iPhone's cell phone number. I have Message on my Mac, on my iPad, and my iPhone set to start a new conversation with my iPhone's phone number. -
Can't use iMessage and FaceTime on my iPad 2 since iOS 7
With iOS 6.1.3 I could use FaceTime and iMessage perfect. Yesterday I updated my iPad (2) to iOS 7 and both Apps said there's a Restriction with this iPad. What can I do?
I was having the same problem on my iPad mini until just a few minutes ago. It kept telling me to check my network, which was working fine with all the other devices in my house. I recently noticed all my FB.posts weren't reflecting the proper time so I checked my Date and Time settings. Sure enough, it was wrong. I adjusted it to the correct time and time zone, logged back into iMessage and now it connects just fine.

I updated my new iPhone 6 to IOS 8.0.2 on Thursday. I have no problems with BT connectivity to speakers or my Bose headset but it will no longer connect to my Mini Cooper's BT system. Anybody else having a problem?
My issue is that my calendar icon is blank, when I press the Safari icon nothing happens. I don't have a settings icon, I have to spot search and it appears. no health icon, etc. I know I have an internet connections because when I click my CNN app, it opens. Luckily, I chose Blackberry for my business phone, otherwise I would probably be fired.

Photo stream only keeps photos for 30 days. After that, they are removed from photo stream but will remain on your device. However, if you update your phone then reconnect to your photo stream, you will only get the photos from the last 30 days as the others are no longer there.
Always back up your photos to your computer while they are in the camera roll, as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083. -

Try a reset, press and hold both the home and power buttons for 10-15 seconds till the Apple logo appears. Release both buttons. Wait 15-20 seconds till your iPad starts on it's own. Check apps.

The Wetpaint Wiki worked well with previous version of Firefox but doesn't work now. I can load wiki but it appears different to normal and the Easy Edit button no longer exists. I want to get rid of the new Firefox and go back to old one. How can I do this please?
