Do you get an error message? If so, what does it say?
Do you get a Blue Screen?
Does something else happen?

Fairway Solitaire is a very large app because it has nearly 1000 unique holes to play. Because of that, many devices get bogged down over time. I find that if you shut off your device completely and turn it back on, many of the sluggishness or crashing is solved.
Also, just as Apple recommends with any app, remember to back-up your data to iCloud often. Fairway Solitaire saves data locally (to your device) and not to the cloud yet. The developer, Big Fish Studios, said that they are building the game to save to the cloud, but that hasn't been implemented at this time.
If you do not back-up your data via iCloud, you may lose all progress, golf bucks, stars, cups, trophies, and records if the app or the device resets itself. -

One Apple tech started to fix Iweb and had to end session and the next said problem with hosting at Network Solutions as it published
to local folder. NWS has checked sttting a few times-

I cannot open my Iphoto on my macbook pro. I have used it for three years with no problem. However, after trying to load some pictures from my camera it seems to have frozen up. I force quit it and have not been able to get past the opening blank window since ...cursor still blinking as if it is downloading or trying to open.

Hello. Since my last firefox update, I have been unable to type an email - the box within which one would usually type does not appear when I press 'reply' to a received email, or press 'compose'. The email provider is '123-reg.co.uk. I have been using both firefox and the provider ['webfusion Ltd/webmail123] successfully for well over a year. The provider says it is a browser problem. I can still add an attachment to the email header, which successfully can be sent, but the recipient gets my standard email 'signature' with font messages and the attachment. Can anyone help? About two weeks ago she picked up her phone in the morning on her way to school when she noticed two cracks, both starting at the camera lens. One goes completely to the bottom and the other goes sharply to the side. She has never dropped it and me and my husband went over it with a fine tooth comb. We looked under a magnifying glass and could no find any reason for the glass to crack. Not one ding, scratch or bang. Well we did and we got a reply from Motorola with a picture of the cracks saying this was customer abuse and that it is not covered under warranty. Even though they did not find any physical damage to back it up. Well I e-mailed them back and told them I did a little research and found pages of people having the same problems. Well I did not hear from them until I received a notice from Fed Ex that they were sending the phone back. NOT FIXED!!! I went to look up why and guess what there is no case open any more for the phone. It has been wiped clean. I put in the RMA # it comes back not found, I put in the ID #, the SN# and all comes back not found. Yet a day earlier all the info was there. I know there is a lot more people like me and all of you, but they just don't want to be bothered so they pay to have it fix, just to have it do it again. Unless they have found the problem and only fixing it on a customer pay only set up. I am furious and will not be recommending this phone to anyone. And to think I was considering this phone for my next up grade! NOT!!!!

I am having strange issue with my apple tv...i set up pictures to scroll through to the tv using home sharing. Now album covers are interspersed with my pictures. I have been using apple tv for a while and never had this happen before
Are you watching this content though iCloud or though from iTunes on your local computer? If it is from iCloud have you tried downloading the content to iTunes and watching it on ATV from that source to see if it still happens? This is geerally a much more reliable way to view the content. Easer to fast forward and rewind too.

Have you checked your wireless rounter? Tried doing the factory restor on it? Upgrading it's firmware? Is it and or ATV getting extreamly hot when this problme happens? -

What do you mean "invalid support"? What EXACTLY did it say? Did it say you had an unsupported SIM after updating the firmware on your phone?

Ugh. How do I get iCloud on my iPhone? I have been using my iPhone for about a year and I have an iCloud account but it is useless since nothing syncs to nothing else. Obviously I don't know what I am doing.

I recently brought a mac and downloaded windows with the help of boot camp and by mistake i installed windows 7 ultimate version whereas i had the cd and serial key of windows home premium i started installing windows home premium from windows 7 ULTIMATE then after the exctraction of files and everything the windows setup came and my mouse and keyboard stopped working and i dont know how to open mac os x there is no option anywhere?? what shall i do pls help!!!!if there are any keyboard shortcut key to open mac os x or boot camp pls mention.

We have two users that have been using Creative Cloud for almost a year. Recently, sometime in the last 4ish weeks, the users can no longer run Creative Cloud apps. (Yes, our subscription is paid.) Error simply says administrator access is required to install. The apps have already been installed. The users cannot run them unless they are in the local admin group.Using "Run as admin" does not work. It gives the same error.
I have opened a case with adobe support and was basically told to suck it up and put the users in the admin group. Actually, what was said was that it is "mandated that the users have administrative rights".
There are a couple of things wrong with this. It was working for both users until recently - a recent required creative cloud update. The users have never been local admins yet the apps were working (poorly, but working).
We are in an enterprise environment and users simply do not have administrative rights on the computers.
I have changed permissions on all adobe folders, granting users or authenticated users modify or full control rights, did the same in whatever Adobe registry HKLM keys I could find. Nothing has allowed the users to run the apps - unless they are put in the local admin group.
Someone has to have a fix for this. Adobe apps have proved to have far too many vunerabilities to even entertain the idea of elevating user rights. I can't imagine that enterprise environments are allowing this.
Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.Jeff,
Thank you for your response. The users in question are "standard" domain users. We do not reduce users permissions below the standard level.
The apps do not load with their current standard user permissions.
The thing that makes this odd, is that up until recently they did this issue with cloud apps. The only way I can make it work for them now is to put them in the local administrator group on their pc's - which is not going to happen.
This is what they now see. As I said before, this was not a problem up until recently they would see all their available apps. If I put them in the local admin group the apps are listed without having to install. Everything is there, just not accessible to the user. -

If you're talking about music and movies an i-device was not designed for unique storage of media. It is not a backup device and media transfer was planned with you maintaining a master copy of your media on a computer which is itself properly backed up against loss. Syncing music and movies is one way, computer to device, updating the device content to the content on the computer, not updating or restoring content on a computer. The exception is iTunes Store purchases which can be transferred from a device to a computer.

I have been a Quicken user for many years but have heard that the move to Yosemite is a Quicken nightmare - so I'm trying to research new software. I'm overwhelmed by the number of available programs, all the things that each program can do and perplexed by the arguments for and against each feature in each program.
My needs are relatively simple for my small business: 1) I need to be able to import years worth of Quicken data into the new program 2) I need to easily print checks 3) I need to easily reconcile my checking account each month and 4) I need to generate basic reports for my accountant (e.g. P & L statements, category summaries).
I have been a FileMaker user since 1.0 so I don't need (or want) A/R, A/P, inventory management, invoicing, etc.
I just need a solid, dependable electronic checkbook per above.

I would recommend you continue with Quicken Essentials. As noted by others, it performs well on Yosemite.
My personal experience is Quicken 2007 for Mac also on 10.7.5 (with many reports of it both updated and successfully running on Yosemite) and I personally would not touch Quicken Essentials with a 10 foot pole -- BUT, if it ain't broke for you, don't fix it!
