Since upgrading to Yosemite my Adobe Encore won't work!

Question

I have kept up to date with my payments, my creative cloud is connected, I have updated JAVA and installed the newest versions of Premier Pro. The only programme I use is Encore and it's not working, I am desperate to sort this out as I have 150 school concerts DVDs to make and deliver by 5th Jan.
When I click on Encore I get a Adobe Application Manager window asking me to renew my subscription. When I click troubleshoot or subscription manager I get taken to a web page that doesn't exist, it just says ERROR PAGE and yes I am connected to the internet.
Anyone?

I have sussed this out by speaking to Adobe, it was a problem wit my host file. I will copy and paste our conversation here:

Katrina Dimech: My Encore and Premiere Pro CS6 has worked fine up until I upgraded to Yosemite. I have tried to uninstall and install it that didn't work. I tried signing in and out of my creative cloud, that also didn't work!

Sujitha: Click on go> go  to folder.

Sujitha: Type /etc and move the hosts file to desktop.

Sujitha: Now open the hosts file and copy paste the contents of host file to chat.

Katrina Dimech: The one on my desktop or the one in the folder?
Sujitha: One on the desktop.

Sujitha: Now replace the host file from desktop to etc folder.
Katrina Dimech: Ok Done that
Sujitha: Now launch Premiere Pro and check if it works.
