Since yesterday morning Firefox can not load Facebook. Every other browser works fine. Tried many computers, both Windows and Macs, same issue. Help!

Facebook loads fine on multiple PCs and Macs in any number of browsers but NOT with Firefox on any of them. Started Friday AM. It tries to load but takes FOREVER and never gets "up". Frustrating since FF is my browser of choice despite the fact it has recently become the slowest of all the browsers I've tried. Be nothing like THIS slow. Other sites seem to be unaffected, just Facebook.

What you describe look like a problem of infection, for me.
I have W7 and FF34 as you, and FF is faster than Chromium.
So, except a problem of corruption of the code of your Firefox (and maybe problems generated by some addons or plugins), I' rather believe that there is malware(s) on your computer.
For FB, it could be the adware pushow**.dll, like pushow35.dll, in c:\windows\system32
What security programs do you use on your computer ?
If you want, you could also try to start Firefox in "safe mode", to see if there is a difference of speed and on FB.

uninstall the proxytube addon and set firefox to "use no proxy" under options > advanced > network > connection - settings... in order to get back to the normal browsing speed

Safari crashes, can not load it. Fire fox works fine.

I just off the phone with apple support. I am now doing an 'Archive & Install" but we tried a couple other things that did not work for me, but might for you.
First we tried to reinstall Safari from the Leopard disk:
-select "Optional Install" and then the optional installs.mpkg
-in Applications check the box for Safari
complete and reboot.
This did not work for me.
Next we went to Finder - yourname - library - preferences - look for (I am not sure of how this is written - but this should get you to the folder) 'com.apple/safari.plist'
Drag and Drop that folder to the desktop. Try Safari - reboot - try again.
No luck for me
Back to the Leopard disk: start as first installed. When you get to the _*'Select Destination'*_ window; select 'Options' and check the box _*'Archive & Install'*_ continue through to 'Install'.
The tech did say that other users have been successful after this...we will see.
I hope this post will help, I am new to mac and am unfamiliar with a lot but did try note the process. I apologize if my wording is confusing.

Firefox suddenly stopped opening webpages, while other browser work properly. I checked Proxy settings and everything that is mentioned in the central help page, but still no solution found...

In addition, i tried to re-install Firefox many times, without a result. In the time these lines are written, I am using Google Chrome to surf the web.
Neither proxy settings, nor the true/false ipV6 values helped.

These Error messages appear in the Error Console of the just now downloaded Firefox 4.0. In the previous version, 3.6.12, before removing it, I noticed two more error messages in the error console, like the two last as listed above: With the nema ERROR.
I am forced now to use Chrome, and I dislike that!
Some could suspect that Google has sabbotaged firefox to get its popularity by forcing users to change browsing programms by giving them a hidden worm..?? :P

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

You could try the new Reset feature. This duplicates certain key data from your active settings folder into a new one, bypassing some add-ons and custom settings. Your plugins will still be active, but could be disabled manually if you like.

I put youtube.com in address bar and Firefox can not load youtube website. It eventually times out. Any suggestions? I have tried clearing the cache, closing firefox and re-opening, downloaded firefox again, and the same problem persists.

You can try to reset (power off/on) the router.
Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. 
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. 
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

Yes you can. OS X version 10.6.6 and later can read/write exFAT. Windows XP SP3 and later can read/write exFAT. As posted by Radiation Mac, you can do it from Windows or from OS X.
However, I've noticed Windows to be somewhat picky about drives formatted on a Mac. So, if Windows can't read it, try formatting it on the Windows machine, and see how it works on the Mac.

Open System Preferences > Flash Player then select the Advanced tab.
Click Delete All under Browsing Data and Settings
Back to Safari. Press Command + Option + E to empty the Safari cache.
Quit and relaunch Safari, try a video.

You can use Parallels desktop or VM Fusion to run both operating systems at the same time. Both programs work well, but I personally perfer VM Fusion.

Since March 5th Firefox will not load pages except for Homepage.

Firefox does not load any websites now, after working well earlier today.

Firefox is not working now - it does not load any websites. Message on screen says:- "8e6 Mobile Client - internet browsing is not possible at this time. Error:80001001".
What I was doing before the problem:-
I had spent time re-organising My Documents.
One folder in My Docuamnts called "High Windows" contained the file "2101HighWin.msi", which I attempted to open.
What I have done since the Firefox problem:-
I have tried to uninstall 8e6 Mobile Client, but it won't let me.
I have uninstalled and re-installed Firefox.
I have used InternetExplorer8 to search thru the Mozilla troubleshooting pages.
Please can you help?
