Single App Creative Cloud Plan - no Lightroom
Hi,
I live in Australia and I just wanted to purchase Single App Creative Cloud plan with Lightroom. There are 11 apps to chose from, but no Lightroom. Is it not available in Aus?
The apps I can choose are:
Photoshop
After Effects
SpeedGrade
Adobe Premiere Pro
InDesign
Dreamweaver
Flash Professional
Illustrator
Audition
Adobe Muse
Acrobat XI Pro
Lightroom standalone full license is AUD$205 (AUD$110 upgrade) to purchase outright.
Don't think it would be worth including as a standalone subscription app. At $20/month, a year's subscription would cost more than buying it outright.
I suspect it's more of a value added inclusion in the Cloud rather than a standalone subscription offering

You can upgrade a single app Creative Cloud membership to complete Creative Cloud membership from 'My Account'

Have you tried logging in & out of the Adobe CC desktop App?
Please ensure you have the latest version of the Creative Cloud app installed

Which creative cloud plan would suit an in-house graphic designer at a small business?
Depends on if they're working alone or in a team and which apps they use.
There are only a few options to choose from anyway:

Single App subscription (more than 2 apps and full Cloud is better value)
Cloud subscription (for Individuals)
Creative Cloud for Teams

I wouldn't think changing your password would have an impact but signing out of the Creative Cloud app and back in again might be something else to test. You might also try installing the trial version of Lightroom 5 and see if it appears in the list in the Creative Cloud app afterwards.

I have the latest Creative Cloud versions of Lightroom and Lightroom Mobile on my Ipad. On my desktop I have created a collection which I have put in a custom order. On my Ipad I go into that collection and set the order to custom order, which I presume means the order I have on my desktop. However, the photos on the Ipad seem to be just random photos from the collection THEN the rest of the collection is in the correct order after that.
Do you have virtual copies in your collection?

You can trigger the Lr Desktop diagnostig log via LR Desktop preferences -> Lightroom Mobile and when you hold down the alt key you will notice a generate diagnostic log button.
The Lr Mobile app log can be triggered when you open up the settings and long press the to LR Icon a diagnostic log will be generated and attached to your local mail client. While opening the settings could you double check if you are signed-in?

Creative cloud plan £8 a month
Hi I purchased the creative cloud plan photoshop and lightroom but find it impossible to download it. the order no is #AD002087458uk could you please advise me. I recieved an email to download 30 day free trials but have not recieved the order I purchased.

Installed Creative Cloud plan for Photoshop customers but Photoshop CC reverting to trial
I've recently joined the 'Creative Cloud Plan for Photoshop Customers' & installation was fine. Photoshop CC has updated to the latest version too. However, quite often, when opening Photoshop CC I get a box open up with 'Photoshop CC Trial' stating I have 00 days remaining. I click on 'licence this software', sign in with my details & all is OK until it happens again.
I found this help page: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/trial--1-launch.html but it doesn't seem relevant - there is an option to 'deactivate' under help with Photoshop CC.
Doesn't happen every time I open Photoshop CC but is rather frustrating. Any ideas?Hello Les_Cornwell

I would suggest to update your Creative Cloud applicaiton manager and to delete the OPM.DB file outlined int his doc http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/unknown-server-error-launching-cc.html and then log in to the Creative Cloud app manager.

Regarding the student membership to creative cloud, can I pay on a month-to-month basis? So if i need the tools just for a month, can I buy a single months worth of usage as a student?

If you only want to pay for a single month go to the Creative Cloud Plans page at https://creative.adobe.com/plans and on the Plans for individuals tab for the Complete plan switch from Requires annual commitment to Cancel at any time. -
Creative Cloud package with Lightroom 4?
I am interested in buying the Creative Cloud package with Lightroom and Photoshop, but my operating system will not support Lightroom 5. Can I download an older version with this package or do I need to update my operating system first?
