Single OIF instance as both SP and IdP

Is it possible to have a single OIF instance to be both a SP and an IdP simultaneously while integrated with OAM?
I am running into errors and thought i would find out if this is even supported.
If so, any special steps/tricks I should be aware of.

FW CS6 sprites - both class and id selector

Is it possible to output sprites containing both class and id selectors?
I'm generating sprites for an existing web page which contains both class and id CSS. When I export from FW, the Export Options give me the choice of class or id, which makes me think I'm going to have to maintain two or more FW files. Is that right? Is there a way I can force FW CS6 to generate a single sprite file containing both class and id selectors?

To make this work, there'd need to be a way to designate ‘class versus id’ for each individual slice; however, writing the selectors for class(.) or id(#) into the slice names themselves seems to be overridden upon export.
I can think of two possible strategies:
Fixing the issue after the fact. During export, simply choose the selector option that's used most frequently, and then open the resulting CSS file in a text editor and switch the incorrect selectors from class(.) to id(#), or vice versa.
Exporting in multiple passes. The Export dialog includes a ‘Selected Slices Only’ option. First use the Pointer tool to select all slices to be output with class(.) selectors, and Export using that option. Then do the same for slices to be output with id(#) selectors. You could also use sublayers within the Web Layer to help you in organizing and selecting slices.
The second strategy will result in two different sprite sheets but would allow you to work within a single FW document, if that's a benefit.

OIF acting as both IDP and SP

Hi all,
Can anyone throw some light on configurations part when same OIF 10g is used for both IDP and SP? I have installed OIF in a linux environment and want to use the IDP initiated SSO.

Is it possible that the person who sent the message to your phone sent it to your phone # instead? Try sending a message to your phone via the email address and see if it shows up on the iPad.

I have requirement wherin the data need to be displayed in a single line.

where FAX needs to be in bold and Z8525_text is a standard text and it shoould not be bold , both of this needs to be displayed in

Hi Senthil,
If you are using smartforms, have a character format created for BOLD and apply it to the text you want to highlight. The remaining text of the line could be applied with a Character format which is not highlighted.

I have requirement to use EAI and BPM tools in SAP, as i know the tools will be PI and CE, but then to reduce the total cost of the hardware we need to put both PI and CE into the same box. is that possible to install both application in the same instance to reduce total memory used ? because both system also using the same java stack the only different is the installed component.

Is there a single sever supports both Jdev11 and Froms/Reports to deploy

is there a single server to support both jdeveloper 11 and forms/reports to deploy on web.
We currently have ias 10.1.2, deployed 10g forms/reports on web. we are developing new module in jdeveloper11. Can some one guide us, best way to integrate both? (we also have to implement ldap/sso soon for secuirty reasons)

We also have brand new sum machine for other reasons. Now if we choose to use this new machine to deploy only new module which we developed in Jdev11, what would be the best steps we can take and eventually migrate/transfer old forms/reports modules to new machine.. can you please give your advice?

DEV and QA within single oracle instance

We need to have our DEV and QA in a single oracle instance. Scripts that refer to tables names in DEV will be copied over to QA for QA testing when unit testing in DEV has been completed. In DEV, we extract data from 5 source systems, one for each US state, which use the same application so the source table names are identical, and therefore in our staging area we have a schema per state such as TX, GA, MD and we extract data into staging tables that are identical to the source tables. Since we do cross state aggregation our scripts have to refer to TX.employee and GA.employee in the same sql statement.
What is the best design for this using SCHEMAS, VIRTUAL PRIVATE DATABASES, VIEWS , SYNONYMS etc?

In short, an application like you describe trying to share an instance would be a rather massive undertaking.

I am an student that recently got an iMac which will be used with both Windows and OS (each partition booted separately)... I need to know if once I enroll to a CC membership (student or single) I will be able to download desktops applications on both partitions of my machine, that is, the same apps for each operative system?

Migrating cProject and cFolder into a single server instance

Hi,
Has anyone had the experience to migrate cProjects and cFolderon seperated server instances into a single server instance? How data migration can be performed assuming cProjects server will be upgraded to 4.5 and the cFolders content will be ported over? is this something do-able? Or it is easier to upgrade cFolder first and migrate the cProjects data over?
Since documents link in cFolder/cProjects could be captured in transaction table, how to resolve it?
Would like to hear from anyone with such experiences... thank you.

A single orchestration or a singleton provides you with a mechanism to control the throughput of message through the system. The behaviour of BizTalk is to trigger a thread for every message instance and when handling Message Batches, this is often not a
good thing as after debatching you land up with lots of messages, each of which trigger off an instance of the subscription.
A convoy is a more generalized pattern. If a convoy is deployed for the same message, it becomes a singleton. A convoy can be used to sequentially process different (but interlinked) messages. To take a very loose example, the entire process from order placement
to goods shipment to invoicing to payment can be implemented as a convoy with each different type of message being handled by one instance and being received from a single port. A convoy can also be used to implement the gather portion of the scatter-gather
pattern which is usefull when you want to aggregate the results of a batched processing, etc.

Is your single Text object contains combination of two strings?
for example:
{State}{City}
If yes,
Right Click the 1st string object within the Text box and 'Text Formatting' specify the Hindi Font
Right Click the 2nd string object within the Text box and 'Text Formatting' specify the English Font.
