SIP8961 press messages button and get "Messages not available"

I can go offhook and dial the voicemail pilot number 6599, but pressing the messages button says "Messages not available” in large pop-up (see attached photo) (debug ccsip messages shows no output either).  I’m not looking for voice view express to work, just to be able to check messages.  Once I fix this is there something under voice register global I need to put for a SIP 8961 for Voice View Express in Unity Express 8.6
If I got to a SCCP 6945 I have no problems checking messages (debug ccsip messages I get output)

  • White screen when pressing home button and getting text

    Strange thing, hopefully software bug. I press the home button to check time and all that shows is a white screen. It's not the white screen of death because I can simply press the sleep button and then go straight back to what I was doing, pressing home button, etc. and it's fine. I've even taken a screen shot of it with iPhone. All that appears is my true wallpaper, as if it didn't know it wasn't already showing it. Also, it's very random. I can't reproduce. It's pretty minor as I can quickly getout of it but I want it clean.
    I've restored, restored as new, reset, turned on/off, everything I can think of. Any ideas?
    I also have the speaker distortion bug many are talking about (blown speaker sound).
    I have a genius bar appointment Sunday so I'm curious what they say.

    I suggest going through the usual troubleshooting steps:
    1. Reset the phone by pressing both home and sleep/wake buttons until the Apple logo appears (ignore red slider).
    2. Setting > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
    3. Restore in iTunes using a backup.
    4. Restore as a new iPhone
    5. Take it to the Genius Bar.

    What do you do when trying to download an app from App Store and get message: "could not sign in, an unknown error has occurred."

    Sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
    Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
    Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign in and then try again.

    You can use your iPad worldwide. However, each AppleID is tied to
    a specific country's store. To use the AppStore in any country, you
    must be in that country and have a credit/debit card issued by a financial
    institution in that country with a verified billing address in that country.
    It is the developer's choice which AppStores he makes his app available
    from, and some countries prohibit certain apps.
    To make a purchase from the US store (including downloading a free app
    available in the US store), you must be in the US and have card issued
    in the US with verified billing address in the US.
    You can use your purchases from the SA store worldwide, but you
    cannot make purchases in other than the SA store unless you meet
    the aforesaid conditions.

  • Help! I get the message "sorry this video is not available on this device"

    Help! Whenever I attempt to access videos posted on my subscribed YouTube  sites, on my iPad mini, I get the message "sorry this video is not available on this device", on a black screen.. Strange because they always were available up until yesterday. Old iPad 1 is ok.
    I have reset everything. It's annoying because some old vids still play and videos that I'm alerted to on my email will open if I use my old iPad 1.
    Any suggestions from anyone on how to fix the problem? Is it an adobe thing? I can't access anything adobe.
    It's all very frustrating.

    To solve the problem follow the instuction:
    Go to Settings
    Go to iTunes & App Stores
    Click on your Apple ID
    In poped up window click Sign Out.
    Fill your Apple ID and Password and press Sign In
    Done. Now you will be able to download applications from App Store

    I keeping getting the following message coming up on my Mac Mini "Press power button and restart your computer". I have a G4 Mac mini and it boots up fine and runs ok for about 10 mins however after that time (if left) the message comes up. I restart the machine and the same thing happens again.

    Go to the App Store and check out the Purchases List. If iPhoto is there then it will be v9.6.1
    If it is there, then drag your existing iPhoto app (not the library, just the app) to the trash
    Install the App from the App Store.

    One question often asked: Will I lose my Photos if I reinstall?
    iPhoto the application and the iPhoto Library are two different parts of the iPhoto programme. So, reinstalling the app should not affect the Library. BUT you should always have a back up before doing this kind of work. Always.

    Why am I unable to send e mails from my iPhone, and get message rejected by server and message put in outbox.  I have tried changing server ports but to no avail.  I am not very technically minded so any suggestions in laymans terms please.  This is a big problem as I work away frequently and need to answer e mails.  This also happens when at home and on my own wifi.

I found the file in xhpnmg5i.default and then inserted the various 'user_pref' lines as instructed changing the site name to "http://localhost". This made no difference whatsoever so I downloaded an add on called allow clipboard helper. Looks great but how do you use it? There's nowhere on the screen that allows you to start the program. I've spend most of the day trying to do something that I'm surprised an open source program doesn't just let me do. HELP

    Go to the support site for the provider of the MRI software.
    Sounds like it windows/PC. I have ran across that for the CDs that veterinarians provide for digital x-rays.
    I would try on a PC or on yuur Mac with Windows via BootCamp or a virtual machine like VirtualBox
