Hi can anybody help? I recently started to download a movie, but it was interrupted. Since then it has failed to download, but says it is processing. It has been doing this for a day or so.... But has still not completed. In desperation I deleted the title from my videos so that I could re download it, but unfortunately it says it is still downloading...... I can do nothing with it!, can anyone help?

Since upgrading iPhone 4S to new OS it has not worked. Now over 10 days with no phone, talked to Apple Care in Colorado and Australia over 10 hrs on phone 7 consultants. All that has to happen is for someone at Apple Care to reset a password? Phone and Apple ID don't recognise each other. This is nuts!

Judging by all the posts on the forum, there seems to be an issue at Apple's end, although they have made no announcement on their status page. Some users have reported that Apple is aware of the issue.

Using I Pod NANO. Installed I Tunes on Windows 7 Pro, 64 Bit.
Software works fine. Only problem is that I can't open up the
Store page from in the software. It just shows a blank screen.
Looks like it starts but then just freezes.
IT department worked all day. Reloaded software, set up
security, checked msconfig files. Tried all sorts or revissions.
Nothing works? Yet it works fine on my Windows 7 Home edition?
ANYONE have a clue. This Apple software is not the friendliest!!

i tried for 4 day now to remove a podcast and it has not work yet.
I have tried clicked "remove podcast" on each of the DMLive podcast pages, explaining to them who I was and what my job title was here, but all I got in return was an e-mail that said "have the administrator contact us." As I explained above, there is no admin on this account anymore and whoever was the admin has long since moved on.

For understandable reasons, just because there is "no admin on this account anymore" does not mean they will take instructions from someone else.
Make clear to Customer Service that you are now the officially responsible party on that account now. -
FireFox auto updated to 6.0 this weekend and has not worked properly since. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Made sure all windows componets were up to date and still no joy. Any idea? Windows 7, 64 bit, normal configfuration. It is extreamly slow and never finishes loading ANY page.
I have had a similar problem with my system. I just recently (within a week of this post) built a brand new desktop. I installed Windows 7 64-bit Home and had a clean install, no problems. Using IE downloaded an anti-virus program, and then, because it was the latest version, downloaded and installed Firefox 4.0. As I began to search the internet for other programs to install after about maybe 10-15 minutes my computer crashes. Blank screen (yet monitor was still receiving a signal from computer) and completely frozen (couldn't even change the caps and num lock on keyboard). I thought I perhaps forgot to reboot after an update so I did a manual reboot and it started up fine.
When ever I got on the internet (still using firefox) it would crash after anywhere between 5-15 minutes. Since I've had good experience with FF in the past I thought it must be either the drivers or a hardware problem. So in-between crashes I updated all the drivers. Still had the same problem. Took the computer to a friend who knows more about computers than I do, made sure all the drivers were updated, same problem. We thought that it might be a hardware problem (bad video card, chipset, overheating issues, etc.), but after my friend played around with my computer for a day he found that when he didn't start FF at all it worked fine, even after watching a movie, or going through a playlist on Youtube.
At the time of this posting I'm going to try to uninstall FF 4.0 and download and install FF 3.6.16 which is currently on my laptop and works like a dream. Hopefully that will do the trick, because I love using FF and would hate to have to switch to another browser. Hopefully Mozilla will work out the kinks with FF 4 so I can continue to use it.
I apologize for the lengthy post. Any feedback would be appreciated, but is not necessary. I will try and post back after I try FF 3.16.6. -
Adobe creative cloud has stopped working, all my individual programmes from adobe open and work fine, but when I try to open adobe cloud it starts to open then says adobe cloud has stopped working, looking for a solution then shuts down, I can not open it at all.
Without proper system information and the application logs nobody can tell you much.

I tried updating my iPod, and ever since it has not worked at all. If I hold in the lock & home button, it will tell me to plug it into iTunes. Once I do that, it says it will restore but every time, restoring it fails. My iPod is not working at all, and I really have no idea what to do. It is just a black screen, and occasionally the white apple will appear as if it were turning on, but it won't turn on. I just need some suggestions on what to do!
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iPod fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

My ipod touch has been disabled for 212,456,875 minutes! I have followed all instructions on the apple support site to restore it but this has not worked. Help!
Without know exactly what you did or what happened:
Disabled
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
iOS: Forgot passcode or device disabled
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

To restore from backup see:

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.
You can redownload most iTunes purchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
If problem what happens or does not happen and when in the instructions? When you successfully get the iPod in recovery mode and connect to computer iTunes should say it found an iPod in recovery mode. -
Hello, it's been 5 days now since my imessage has not working..and i have chatted to the costumer for two times. I took thier advice and instructions just to enable to send and receive on it but unfortunately until now its still NOT working. Is there anybody who could help me please?
Try this even if you have already. Just make sure to follow the steps specifically.
Go to settings > Facetime > send and recieve > tap on your apple id and sign out. If your not signed in then that will work as well.
Go to settings > Messages > sent and recieve > tap on your apple id and sign out.
Restart the iPad by doing the slide to power off setup. Just hold the power button on the top right till it turns off.
After the iPad has been restarted:
Go to settings > Facetime > and sign in
Go to settings > Messages > and sign in
Wait about 3 min then restart the iPad again. Same instructions as above.
When you restart you should be able to use messages again. If not then call support again and talk to someone higher than the first level support they have. -
Has anybody experienced the iPhone off switch not working all the time.
I have an iPhone 5, it's about 16 months old and it has experienced an annoying issue. The off button does not work all the time, sometimes I have to press it multiple times and other times it just works. The worst case is when it does not work at all, very frustrating. I didn't expect this type of issue for a phone that is not even a year and a half old.
I did some searching on the internet and there are 2 schools of thought, the first is that this is a hardware fault and Apple know about it but won't admit it because it would cost them too much to repair/replace phones with the issue. The second school of thought is that it is a software issue and a backup/reset/restore will fix it; I tried doing this but it did not resolve the issue.
Further digging seemed to suggest that it was really a hardware fault and the only option was to get a refurb from Apple for a ton of money, not cool.
Anyway, if anyone has any more information that could help me resolve this issue I would greatly appreciate it.

Firstly the technician admitted that there is a sporadic fault on the iPhone 4s and iPhone 5 switches, something to do with the design of the switch that included a rubber element that rolls up (whatever that means) and causes the switch to fail. He then indicated that the iPhone 5s does not have the issue because the switch has been completely redesigned.
Since I was stupid enough to not take out the extended warranty the only options he gave me were to purchase a new phone or to get a refurb for $269, not cool. Why would anyone think that a phone would not work correctly for 2 whole years when the phone only cost about $600!
Since I have about 7-8 months left on my phone contract I am not prepared to pay for either option. I find it amazing that a phone can develop this type of issue in such a short time and then expect the customer to pay for their failures. Apple supposedly sells a very high quality product for a very high price, looks like they have taken a step back from this philosophy.
I am disappointed in the options that he gave me (I don't blame the technician) but I suppose I expected more from Apple in terms of quality and service.

How do I get the keyboard in the notes section of the ipad to pop up? It was working all day today and then stopped.
I find it's touchy. Tap anywhere on the note to bring up the keyboard. If you tap and hold, you won't bring up the keyboard. Just tap momentarily.
If you can't get it to work, try restarting your iPad. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until a red slider appears, then drag the slider. Then press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
If it still doesn't work, try resetting your iPad. Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. -
My mail has not worked for two days - in the US. The tech support people on the phone claim they don't even know there is a proplem. Anyone know whats going on?

Any help in understanding why Siri is not working properly would be most appreciated. Siri has not been working properly since I received the update to iOS 6.0. Siri acts as though it is looking for an answer or making an appointment for several minutes , but never answers the questions, makes the appointment, or Siri give nonsense answers. As of this moment, Siri is of no use to me at all.
Try these steps in order
-Restart iPad
-Hard reset(Hold power and home button until it restarts)
-Backup and restore
After the restore, set it up as new iPad. That way we can tell if it is the software or a hardware issue.
