Siri quit on iOS 7

Siri worked for 1 day after upload of iOS 7, then stopped working. Any idea why?

No idea why but try resetting your phone:
Hold the home button + the lock button for about 10-12 seconds until the Apple logo appears. You will not lose any data or current settings.

Seriously, what's the problem with Siri since the iOS 7 upgrade?

I don't know if it's just the fault of iOS 7 or not because I only have one Siri capable device and so I can't compare. But since upgrading my iPhone 5 to iOS 7, Siri has definitely gotten much much slower, and sometimes ends up with the "Sorry I can't take your request now" response, which I never saw in iOS 6.
I've heard other people complain too.
Is it an iOS 7 problem? Has Apple changed Siri since releasing iOS 7?
With all their money, why can't they add enough servers to handle the load?
I'm on high-speed wifi almost all the time, and the pauses, delays and non-responsiveness has gotten seriously annoying. I used to miss Siri when I went from my iPhone 5 to my iPad 2, and was thinking of upgrading to the next iPad because of Siri (for one thing). But as of late I would classify Siri as more annoying than useful.
Are other people also having problems with Siri?

I assume you are joking. Like why after a year would I suddenly start holding my iPhone 5 differently immediately after the iOS 7 upgrade?

Yes I do spend a lot of time in China but I have had problems in other countires as well. I am in China right now.
I have two Gmail accounts and one Cox account. Cox is my intranet provider back home. I have had problems with all three accounts.
I have tried several outgoing port settings. 993, 995 465, 587 are some that I can remember trying.
Sometimes my accounts will go offline without me doing anything. This is all a mystery to me. I don't have any idea why I have trouble like this. A few minutes ago I changed my Cox account outgoing port and took the account on line and I got my incoming email but when I tried to forward an email that I got it would not go out.
Any ideas you have would be helpful.

I'm having the same exact problem. Never really had any Siri issues, and now it just stopped completely. I have disabled and re-enabled Siri, done a hard reset, reset my network settings, and called Apple. The person I worked with offered to get me a new phone, but said that, because Siri is Beta, the same thing may happen again. In other words, no one seems to know what the issue is. I'm glad you menitoned this though. My friends with the 4S are not having the same problems. The issue started yesterday evening with me, and it is still not working.

You can't, Siri is not available on the iPad 2 - possibly because it doesn't have the noise cancellation hardware within it that is needed for it.

Siri Gone on iOS 7

I have a iPhons 4S, siri working fine until I updated to iOS 7, now siri is gone completely.
Siri is not even avaible under the General settings. I have done a deep restore from scratch, and tried resetting a few time ( home+lock buttons ) but nothing seems to be working.

Please try Settings>General>Restrictions If you have restrictions enabled you will be asked to enter a passcode, once done try turning on Siri in there.
