Siri's new voice on iPhone 5s

Hi all,
Just picked up my iPhone 5s from my local Apple store and I noticed that after turning Siri on, she's still using her old voice, rather than her new, more human-like voice.
Has anyone else encountered this and if so, were you able to fix it? I'm running 7.0.2, however when I got the phone it was on 7.0 and was still doing this.

1) Siri is the same on all iOS devices.
2) Siri does transmit audio files via the internet. That is appearently what you carrier refers to as VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) since adding it fixed your issue.
Seems like another way for them to get you to pay more

In the Music tab of iTunes, do you have 'Include Voice Memos' checked?

I am glad there was a copy paste added but it would have been nice to use your own ringtones and I don't understand why they could not use gps for the direction of the phone too.
I am sure if they can pinpoint you on the map they could tell what direction your holding the phone on the 3g.
The cam is very poor on the 3g phone it,s more like an afterthought.
I don't understand why apple did not have the function of moving your photos and ringtones with drag and drop onto itunes rather than sync to a folder.
yes there are apps you can buy but even a £20 phone lets you do all of above without added cost to the user.
and where is the software reset for clearing the memory or is that an afterthought too.

As Jirakaz said above, the iPhone 4 will never have Siri. Siri is limited to the iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, new iPad (2012 model, third generation), and the new iPod Touch (2012 model, fifth generation).

Backup/save/restore voice memos iPhone 5c and iTunes 11.4

In the music tab I have it checked to include my voice memos but I can't find them in iTunes. I search by name; nothing. No playlist, no section in music. They are nowhere. I can use iBrowse to grab them, but they are all just a bunch of numbers and composition folders... that's not very useful.

Jabber voice for iPhone 9.1.7 crashes on iPhone 5S

Few users reported that Jabber voice for iPhone crashes on 5S after updating to latest 9.1.7 version. App loads, register to CUCM but crashes when using dial pad and application closes itself. App works on iPhone 4.
Does anyone else have the same issue?

Why is my phone deleting new voice memos when I sync instead of transferring them to iTunes?

When I plug in my phone to sync with iTunes, it is sometimes deleting my new voice memos instead of copying them to iTunes. This is really frustrating because some of them are important. Why is it doing this? Did I miss some sort of setting that tells the voice memo app on the phone to mirror what is in iTunes rather than the other way around? I have the "sync voice memos" box checked, but I was under the impression that meant the voice memos would go from the phone to the computer. Is there any way to recover the misssing voice memos?

You need to restore your phone as a new device and NOT restore anything from backup.

I found an answer to this on another page (I was having the same problem) This worked for me:
Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.

You selected Encrypt iPhone Backups in iTunes. Then you entered a password.
It would be that specific password it is asking for.

How do I stop my itunes from asking me if I want to copy new voice memos

Every time I connect my ipod to the computer my itunes asks me if I want to copy new voice memos(even when there are no new voice memos). How can I stop this?

I have the same problem with Keynote.
It's already set to accept incoming connections but it still asks whenever it's launched--annoying.
Is there a fix?

It says, " Your iPhone could not be activated because the activation server cannot be reached." and "The SIM card that you currently have installed in this iPhone is from a carrier that is not supported under the activation policy that is currently assigned by the activation server. This is not a hardware issue with the iPhone. Please insert another SIM card from a supported carrier or request that this iPhone be unlocked by your carrier. Please contact Apple for more information."

It is locked to your sisters carrier.
She would have to ask her carrier if they unlock iPhones and if she qualifies for this service.
