Siri won't pronounce name correctly

Siri mispronounces my niece's name. Her name is Mia (Mee-ah) and Siri mispronounces it as Maya. Mia is the correct pronounciation of the name - Mia Farrow, Mia Hamm, Mia Wallace, Mia Kirshner, Mia Wasikowska, Mia Tyler, Mama Mia, Mia in the Princess Diaries etc etc etc. and I have never heard it pronouced as Maya so I have no idea why Siri would pronounce it wrong.
I adjusted her profile and added the field for phonetic pronounciation which works if you ask her "what is my niece's phone number" but it does NOT work when I say, "Send a message to Mia" I text her more than I call her and I would like Siri to be able to say her name correctly all of the time rather than just part of the time.
This actually irritates my niece so much that for her upcoming birthday she will be getting a cell phone and wants, "anything but an iPhone" .
My two questions are:
Does anyone know wether there is a way to correct the pronouciation of names other than added a phonetic field in the contact info?
Is there an e-mail address for someone at Apple where I can send correspondance and plead my case for having future versions or upgrades of Siri to correctly pronounce this name?

I find if I ask Siri "read new text message" on the lock screen, she replies "You do not have any new text messages", then I unlock and ask again, she has the same reply. But I have found if I unlock first, then ask her to read it, she is able to (most of the time).
So it seems kind of pointless if I have to unlock and ask her to read it, when I am already one click away from reading the message myself. So frustrating.

Have you set up your contact information in Siri? Settings>General>Siri>My Info and linked to your entry in Contacts? I'm not sure why you'd need this information for texts, though.

The masses seem to be saying that this feature works on ALL contacts that Siri mis-pronounces. I, and others, cannot get that to happen. The Troubleshooting link provides the following, which is genuinely ambiguous as to whether it applies to all contacts, or just "yours." Notice, it is under the main heading of "Providing Siri With User Information." It also contains a typo that says "If Siri is pronouncing a name correctly[sic] you can...." when the instructions are to help with INcorrectly prounounced names. Still waiting for an answer.
Providing Siri with User Information
Siri uses relational data from your Contact to learn about the people close to you. Information on what you can let Siri know is available in the iPhone User Guide.
To set your contact tap Settings > General > Siri > My Info and select your contact.
If Siri is pronouncing a name correctly you can add phonetic first and last names to your contact entries:
Open the Contacts application.
Select the contact that Siri is mispronouncing.
Tap "edit" in the upper right corner of the screen.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap "add field".
Add phonetic first and last names as needed.
The new fields will show up at the top of the contact. You can then spell out your name phonetically to assist with pronunciation.
When finished making changes to the contact, tap Done in the upper right corner of the screen.

I upgraded my new iPad (iPad 3) to IOS 6 and everything went well except Siri won’t launch apps. When asked say “launch Facebook” Siri responds with “it doesn’t look like you have an app named Facebook” and I get the same results when trying to launch any app. Siri works for everything else it just won’t launch apps. Hi ***- Finally got Siri working the way it was suppose to on my ipad3.... After doing a few things suggested by the Apple Store (just verbal help without an appointment setup) I actually setup an appointment today and took my ipad into the store- basically- it required erasing everything on the ipad- and instead of doing a backup using my computer- I had everything re-populate on the ipad from "icloud" while in the store- so far everything still seems to work ok- however I have no plugged the ipad into my MacBook Pro yet- - but everything I needed on my ipad was already stored on the cloud anyway- so once I plug into my MacBook Pro and see if Siri still works correctly- we will know if something on the MacBook caused the problem-

After spending an hour with the Apple folks- they finally did an erase on my ipad-without it being connected to my computer-
Once the ipad erased and restarted- we tested Siri and it worked fine- then I typed in my Apple ID stuff- and over an hour or so- everything that was stored on icloud gradually downloaded onto my ipad-
I'm now home- and setting up everything else- and occasionally testing Siri during the process- tomorrow I'll plug in the ipad to my MacBook Pro and see what happens after that-

According to this forum: http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2175165/all, it seems that Siri is expecting a 7-8 digit phone numbers excluding the country code and area code, so adding an extra "0" digit or two at the back of the phone number may be able to fix your problem. The phone number should still connect correctly. Try that, it works for me in Indonesia where some phone numbers are still 6 digits.

If you use Windows Explorer (My Computer) to check that path, is the Mozilla Firefox folder there? That is the normal installation location, but I think it's worth checking.
If the folder isn't there or firefox.exe is not in it, I wonder whether some other software might be interfering. You might want to run some supplemental security scans. These two tools are highly regarded:

You could unplug your router than plug it back in. You could turn the iPhone completely off and then back on.

I can't open Flash files from Flash Builder 4.6 in Windows 7. I just get this message "Windows cannot find 'Flash'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and try again."
In Preferences Fila Associations for FLA Adobe Flash Editor (default) is selected as per default initial settings. I've even tried reinstalling FB from scratch and it is still giving this error.

This worked for me (requires Flash install)
In menu bar, select Window->Preferences
In Preferences window, select General->Editors->File Associations
Select or add ".fla" to File Associations
Change the Associated editors to "Flash Document". Set it to "Default"
I also removed their internal "Adobe Flash Editor" since it didn't seem to be working anyway. Not sure if this makes a difference.
