This file occurs when loading a package and a file cannot be opened or loaded correctly into the XML document.
This can be result of specifying an incorrect file name to the loadPackage method or specified XML is an incorrect format.

Based on my research, the issue is caused by the package XML file got corrupted. Means there are some errors in the XML file.
Based on the error message, it seems that the error is “A CDATA section was not closed” which located at Line 10622, Column 38. A CDATA section starts with "<![CDATA[" and ends with "]]>", please verify that the CDATA section is
closed by "]]>".

Actually there are two problems. 1) When I try to open a picture in CS6 camera raw I get this error "Bridge's parent application is not active. Bridge requires that a qualifying product has been launched at least once to enable this feature. My second problem is that I'm unable to open Ps without getting a window to get the creative cloud. Can you open Adobe Reader by itself? If so, try to disable Protected Mode [Edit | Preferenes | Security (Enhanced)].

If you have forgotten the iPad passcode and you cannot unlock the device, you have to restore the device within iTunes. You want to use the same computer that you always sync with so that you can restore your iTunes content. You can restore with any other computer, but you will lose everything on the iPad.

The verification email was inisially "outdated" and now when I try to connect/activate/reset-password, I get "unexpected errors" and "invalid tokens".

Just to say I am having exactly the same issue on my MacBook Air. I can't remember what I did but after this happened a few times, and once I had clicked on the Japanese pop up, I managed to do something that now means I get the pop up in English, saying 'Adobe Reader blocked for this website'. When I click on it it asks me to trust the content and then I get a bar with the text in Japanese. Eventually the pdf does open. However it's very irritating that I have to trust every pdf individually which I never had to do before the latest upgrade, and I don't understand why I get messages in Japanese. I will be interested to see whatever answers other more technical people may provide!

Here is the solution that I received from the chat line.
When you update applications like Pages it usually keeps both versions on the computer. So what most likely happened is it didn’t put the new version on your dock. So to fix this, open a finder window. And go into applications which should be listed on the left. Scroll down and you will see Pages listed in here. And the icon should look different. You can drag that icon down onto your dock.Open that and you then can access your documents
