Site elements refreshing, dont want that.

So as I uploaded my site and started clicking around, I notice the background refreshes every time and so do the images and such, how do I stop that? When I originally started doing this, I wanted to use frames for that reason, but thats legacy stuff isnt it? I put one in once and that giant ugly gray divider was there. So I just went along and did it without them.

If you use the same background and header images throughout your site, they are cached into the browser's memory the first time your page loads.
If you're experiencing a refresh on internal pages, my guess is that you have disabled caching in your browser's preferences.
I notice no refresh occurring, but that blinking menu is a tragedy to see on a professional web site.

Sorry, my handful of mp3's had the file name as the id3 tag name.
So, I am seeing the same thing as you.
Oddly, a while back I was trying to help someone out in Mountain Lion that wanted to see the id3 tags in the Finder.
It's all a bit silly. They should have added columns instead or changing it to tag song name.
They are transitioning to having everything reflect the content and not the file system, so this may not be reversible.

The reason for that is Digital Right Management, and Apple has to keep to the law. But you can share your music using Home Sharing for example.

This could be a feature of an add-on. Could you check to see whether you have any unrecognized add-ons and disable (or remove) them. In particular:

You can open the about:config page via the location bar and do a search for bing via the Filter at the top of the about:config page.

Firefox reterns to same web page after reboot, I dont want that

firefox goes right back to web page it froze on when my computer is rebooted, how do I stop this. That way if the web page has a problem firefox wont go directly back to the problem right after boot up again.

This is how I fixed it on my new iPhone 5S. Using the standard yahoo setting on my phone.
You will have to access "managing your app passwords" on your account profile for yahoo. Generate password for your app. For example: "My iPhone 5S'
Go to your Iphone and set up your yahoo mail account on your phone the normal way and you have to use the generated password. instead of the yahoo account password.

The music sync is one way - computer to iphone. The only exception is itunes purchases. File>Transfer Purchases
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for just such an occasion. Use your backup copy to move everything to your new computer.

You need iTunes 10.0 or greater to update your phone...iTunes isn't confused at all. If you're on a Mac, you'll need OS X 10.5.8 or greater to update iTunes to 10.0 or greater.
