SiteStudio error with save button

im using UCM 11.1.1.6.0 and i download SiteStudio from My Download tab in UCM but
when i create any asset like element ,Region definition, Region Template in site studio i can't save it .... the save button didnt work .. can anyone help me

yes.. its the same case when i alter any asset
my case is :
i create Dynamic list element and when i finish and wont to save the element the save button didnt activated and then when i go to create any asset like region def and return back to my element ..the element disappered ... this case is happened when i create any asset else

HDR Pro on CS 5 - Merged image appears but bottom with save buttons cut off??

When I select photos to merge, either via Bridge or within CS5 (Automate/Merge to HDR Pro), the Merged image appears over the CS5 screen. However, the bottom of the HDR screen with the photos selected for the merge along with the Cancel & Save buttons are cut off. The only way for me to exit HDR is to force quit.
My monitor resolution is 1440X900 which is better than the 1024x768 required for CS5.
I noticed the same problem in Terry White's video on Youtube describing workflow between Lightroom & CS5 HDR Pro (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rab25UTe6HY) as well as a couple of other users mentioning the problem to Zeno Bokor of Adobe (http://help.adobe.com/en_US/photoshop/cs/using/WSfd1234e1c4b69f30ea53e41001031ab64-78e5a.h tml).
Does anyone have a solution???

I found the soluion - after spending over an hour with Adobe phone support (800-833-6687) - of which 45min was being on hold.
It turns out that for some computers, Photoshop CS5 doesn't automatically work as efficiently as it could with the monitor resolution, even if the resolution is > than the minimum 1024 X 768. This is more frequent in those that have had older versions of Photoshop in them. This causes part of the screen to be cut off when going into HDR Pro.
One has to "prime" CS5 to recognize one's computer monitor settings. How to do:
Close out of PS CS5
Go to system preferences and select hardware settings/display (For PC would have to go through Control Panel/Hardware/Display)
Change monitor setting to one recommended by Adobe: 1024 X 768 or 1280 X 800
Save changes. Monitor will look less clear if you have been using higher settings...it's ok for now.
Now open CS5 again and access HDR Pro all three ways available, i.e. via Bridge, Mini Bridge and through PS under File/Automate.
Verify that the entire screen is visible including all thumbnails and Save/Close buttons.
Close out of CS5.
Go back to System Preferences ( for PC, go through Control Panel) and change back to your preferred resolution.
Voila! When you open CS5 again you should be able to see the entire screen.
For example, I use a Macbook Pro with OS 10.6.7 and the monitor resolution was set to 1440 X 900. However, I still couldn't see the bottom of the screen with the Save/Close buttons so couldn't save any work (had to force quit or escape to exit HDR). After doing the above steps, I am now able to use HDR Pro w/o problem and access the Merge via all three modes.
Via Mini Bridge - Choose photos to merge--> Tools (above photos, last on right in Content bar) --> Photoshop --> Merge to HDR Pro
Via Bridge - Choose photos to merge--> Tools (Tool Bar beside "Adobe CS5 Bridge" at left top of screen; 3rd from end) --> Photoshop --> Merge to HDR
Via inside Photoshop - File --> Automate --> Merge to HDR
Since this seems to have affected several people and is a simple solution, I have asked the supervisor I spoke to, Laurie, to please have someone in Adobe post this solution.

Start up error with unlock button doing nothing

So, when i close my laptop for the night, the next mourning i start it up again, but this time it just comes up with a blank screen, with 3 buttons: unlock, timer, and exposer. Timer and exposer well, just made the 3 seonds apper and exposer do its thing too of course, so when i try clicking unlock, it blinks, but then does nothing. I try turning it off and on again, but still the screen. Please post a solutin to this problem. If it helps, here is the screen i talking about: (its in the attachments).
EDIT: also i forogot to mentstion this isnt the first time this happened... about 7 mounths ago it happened, and for four monuths it was just on that screen, then finally it randomly unlocked. I don't know what I did to unlock it, but anyway it was stuck for 4 mounths and i would hate to wait four monuths to record another video again... so please, still, post a solutin.

BI iView error with "Save As"

After that when I close the error window, I get the following error:

I cant even get back to the report.
Has anyone faced this problem before? Please suggest what needs to be configured.

Error with "Save as Adobe PDF" in Word 2008

I have Word 2008 12.2.5 on Snow Leopard 10.6.4. I just upgraded all in one go from Acrobat Pro 9.0.0 to 9.3.3. I went to try out the "Save as Adobe PDF" function, and every time I get an error popup that says "An error occurred while saving the PDF file". The popup includes the OS X "Automator" icon of a robot holding a pipe(?).
First there is a dialog box where I set Adobe PDF Settings: Standard and After PDF Creation: Nothing. I click Continue and a file dialog is next where I choose the output filename, where I click Save, then the error box appears.

The Save As PDF feature in Office2008 Call up a PDF Creator similar to the AdobePDF Print Driver. whch OX.6 can't use.
To create Pdf you have to use method used:

Not before you attempt to use this method if Rossetta is not installed. pop in your Systems DVD and install Rosetta. Then follow directions to install the Adobe Quality PDF Automator Script which will show up in the Print Menu. Click on Print > then click PDF. Then Click on Adobe quality PDF. AS for setting up Job options and other details Supposedly your suppose to have access. But I have no idea.
First thing Rosetta should be installed out of the box. and Second Adobe should install this Script from their installer. So their should be no intervention from the user. it should just work. Early report when OSX.6 first came out almost no one was able to get this to work. and I see periodic reports that people still can't get it tork and they have to to resort to saving as .ps files then droping on distiller.

Error with channel buttons (minimize, maximize, edit, etc)

I'm trying to move production to another box (iPS SP2), I installed from scrach iPS, I copied all channels and user data succesfully and I can login ok, but when I minimize, maximize, edit a channel the requests are redirected to hostname.domain.com instead of www.myportal.com . If I do a "view source" the help link has hardcoded the hostname.domain.com/helppage.html but in my channel I have helpppage.html, I have tried using /helpppage.html but didn't work.
Any ideas what could be wrong ?

Hi,
Hope you have taken back up of "ldif" database of production box.
If the "hostname.domain.com" of the new box is different from the producion box, you need to edit the "ldif" file and change the "oldhostname.domain.com" with "newhostname.domain.name" before importing to the new box.

Problem with calculate button in form

hi all
We have a problem when we try to calculate in a data form using the button of GUI. We receive a form syntax verification message "with impossible to verify the calculation:", scenario,year,entity.
We don't have this error when we use the calculate funzione using the contextual menu (right button over the cell).
it appears that only users with administrative authorization doon't have this problem, only normal users have the error with the button.
Do you have any idea about what generate the error? THanks

The form may be set to clear the fields when opening. There are various reasons folks select this option, but it is likely the problem.

Need help with folder level javascript to automate "save button" on a fillable form

I have been racking my brain for the past 6 hours trying to get a simple save button to work.
Background: I am using Acrobat Pro 11 to create a save button on a fillable form. My intent is for the end users (my team of 3, whos computers I have access to) to be able to fill out the form, click save, and have the filename appended with date and other info and saved to a local folder on their machine.
I am attempting to take the default form name i.e. Support Call Log.pdf and have three of the feilds within the form generate a new file name. --> Support Call Log_Brad_121_2015
End users will fill out the form using adobe viwer X.
Instead of putting the code that I have tried, modified, and tried again and again. I would like to ask for a fresh start and then see if I can locate my error after. I need to know what to put in my folder level script, line for line.
I also need to know the correct syntax and format to establish a new file name with the extracted feild data, saved to the same exact file path as the original document.
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated, I am about to go crazy!!!

500 internal server error,when clicking review /save button.

Issue with enabling the save button for Oracle Composer

I was trying to create a custom webcenter portal application through JDeveloper which allows the user to edit the content at runtime with the help of oracle composer.
Followed the steps below as specified in the developers guide.
1. Implemented ADF security.
2. Updated the adf-config file with the required namespaces.
3. Updated the web.xml file to set the appropriate filter mappings.
The web application is deployed successfully without any errors. However, the save button doesn't seem to get enabled. So, not very sure if the sandbox is enabled.
Have a hunch that there could be a problem in configuring it with the datasource as while deploying the prompt still refers to the file system mds and not from DB.
Could somebody please provide clear steps as to how to go about the dataSource creation and configure this datastore for enabling the sandbox. It would really help in understanding it better.

First of all, are you using webcenter 11.1.1.3 or 11.1.1.4?
Judging from your explenation i should say you are using .3 because in the later releases you don't need to configure adf security anymore.

BSP-Error while adding a "Save-Button" to a View

Dear Community,
I have created a UI-Component which contains a Window and a View. I already connected the view to the window. What I'm trying now is to add a "Save-Button" to save the input of the view. This is my Structure:

Here are my Questions
1) What exactly do i need to put into parameter "id" and "table" within the configCellerator? My window and view are connected and when it opens there should be the "Save-Button".
2) When I select "Test" my browser opens but I cannot see the preview, intead I get this exeption. Is my code wrong or where is my mistake?

if you want to create buttons in your form view there is a method in your implementation class that is
get_buttons.
you have to implement the method IF_BSP_WD_TOOLBAR_CALLBACK~GET_BUTTONS from your implementation class.
example:

in that doc you have to create one transaction launcher for your standard workflow. then that tcode you

Can you drag and drop the attachments visible in the email to the Desktop OK or does that fail ?
Re the sending: Are these recipients on Mac's or PC's as the file type could be an issue, if on Mac's then try setting the Mail Preferences Composing setting to Plain Text not Rich Text and see if that improves things.

try / catch code, to catch this, if the file was not saved, or other errors, then a error friendly message, any code for this. read the article, but need a specific error handler for the save button, like i had for the open dialog file dialog box. any suggestions,

Replace save button with update, after data is added in db.

I am forking on a AIR desktop application with sqlite database.
I have a form created in a custom component which have 2 buttons save and update.
I have created a class to handle all database related functionalities.
when i click on the save button of the form, data is inserted into the table.
So far it's working fine.
No when data is inserted in database, i want to disable the save button, and activate the update button on the form. To run the update query i need id of the last added row, which i can obtain from lastInsertRowID on SQLEvent.RESULT event.
My question is how can i pass this ID from my class to the custom component?

Hi Alok,
You can create a public bindable property in your custom component. And set this property from a class which handles your DB activitis. You can find explore BindingUtils class if you want to run some function when a particular property value is changed.

Error in any ServiceImpl when pressing save button

In our application after pressing the save button we are getting the following error on screen:
"com.nbd.demeter.model.service.AbonnementenServiceImpl".
This error can occur in any screen (any ServiceImpl). We do not get this error every time when the save button is pressed, but it happens more and more.
This problem blocking normal use of the application.
The first time this happened was after installing a new EAR-file, but untill now we are not able to determine what causes it.
Anyone got an idea??

Can you tell us what the OC4J log says? There must be more logging if you got such an error. Perhaps you should try to enable ADF BC logging by setting -Djbo.debugoutput=true as run parameter (tools - properties - Run/Debug - Edit - Launch Settings - Java Options).
