Size territories for TM according to the object

Hi!
Someone know if is it possible to define a territory (in territory management) according to an object???
Cause I'm able to define it, just considering the material (the product hierarchy) but not taking in account some objects

You can use ADSI Edit to view the properties of the attributes in the Schema container of your AD. In the Schema container you can select an attribute, like Company, right click, select properties, and find the rangeUpper property of the attribute. This
is the maximum length in characters (or bytes). You can also use dsquery to retrieve rangeUpper for an attribute. For example:
dsquery * "cn=Schema,cn=Configuration,dc=MyDomain,dc=com" -filter "(LDAPDisplayName=streetAddress)" -attr rangeUpper
where your domain is MyDomain.com. This finds the maximum length for the "street address" attribute. A few values in my test domain (the values can be modified, so these are the defaults):

Size info for User is 2x the sum of sizes of the folders. Why?

On a MBA running Yosemite, running out of storage space.
If I query the info for main User, Finder says it is 85GB.
If I query each of the folders in that User, they only add up to 35GB.
Clearly, those 50GB would be nice to have back.

Mystery solved! Still dragging along old backups from iOS devices long since forgotten. They can be removed from within the iTunes preferences. Once removed through iTunes, they immediately free up massive amounts of storage!

You want to view the image at the Print Size, which represents the size that shows in the Image>Resize Dialog.
View>Print Size
Since screen resolution is almost always lower that the print resolution (somewhere between 72 and 96 usually), images will always look bigger on the screen, unless you view them at print size.
(apple Retina displays have a much higher resolution than normal screens, closer to the average print size resolution)

I want to scale the font size programmatically according to the screen resolution

I have done scaling the front panel and front panel objects by programmatically. but the text (font) size is still remain same. It’s shows very bad. So I want to scale the font size programmatically according to the screen resolution. Can u suggest some idea to implement?

How to set the size of JTextPane according to the size of text??

how can i set the size of JTextPane according to the size of text it would contain in such a way that JTextPane should not have ScrollBar.

Need help for finding objects impacted by size change for an infoobject

hi all,
need help for finding objects impacted by size change
for xxx infoobject, due to some requirements, the size to be changed from
char(4) to char(10), in the source database tables as well as adjustment
to be done in BI side.
this infoobject xxx is nav attribute of YYY as well as for WWW
infoobjects. and xxx is loaded from infopkg for www infoobject load.
now that i have to prepare an impact analysis doc for BI side.
pls help me with what all could be impacted and what to be done as a
solution to implement the size change.

Hi Swetha,
You will have to manually make the table adjustments in all the systems using SE14 trans since the changes done using SE14 cannot be collected in any TR.
How to adjust tables :
Enter the table name in SE14. For ex for any Z master data(Say ZABCD), master data table name would be /BIC/PZABCD, text table would be /BIC/TZABCD. Similarly any DSO(say ZXYZ) table name would be /BIC/AZXYZ00 etc.
Just enter the table name in SE14 trans --> Edit --> Select the radio button "Save Data" --> Click on Activate & adjust database table.
NOTE : Be very careful in using SE14 trans since there is possibility that the backend table could be deleted.
How to collect the changes in TR:
You can collect only the changes made to the IO --> When you activate, it will ask you for the TR --> Enter the correct package name & create a new TR. If it doesn't prompt you for TR, just goto Extras --> Write transport request from the IO properties Menu screen. Once these IO changes are moved successfully, then the above proceduce can be followed using SE14 trans.

Hi Karthikeya,
I think the project profile which you are using has a different mask and the WBS element you are passing is different to the BAPI.
Are you able to create manually from CJ01 using the same WBS element?
Create a project manually and it will give the list of the mandatory fields set in the config. Using that list populate the BAPI struture accordingly.

How to split text according to the textfield size

Hi, its very urgent if anybody can help me out..... i am
working on an e-learning course where all the text is coming
through XML. Client is very specific about not to use scrollbar.
They want to use more and back buttons to show the rest of the text
(they dont want the text to be scrolled either). For that I created
a function to part the text according to the textfield height in an
array. (one important point is that user can change font type, font
size anytime in between the course). Here is a bit of code

I am sorry for not being able to convey my problem....
actually problem is not that code is not recognizing the tags but
the problem is.... let me explain, suppose there is a tag 
and in xml..... code split the text so it split
 and too and stored it in an array.... then it
adds the text i.e. This is a sample text.....
til the textheight of the textfield is less than the ._height of
hte textfield and finally i have a string that fits in the
textfield perfectly and when the parted text is assigned to the
textfield it recognize the tag and make that bunch of words or
sentence bold and that creates the problem.... i hope that this
time it is more clearer....

Search account got - Insufficient sql database permissions for user. EXECUTE permission was denied on the object proc_Gettimerrunningjobs

I am troubleshooting a critical error showed up on Event log. It said:
Insufficient sql database permissions for user 'Name:domain\wss_search ....... EXECUTE permission was denied on the object 'proc_GetTimerRunningJobs', database 'SharePoint_Config', schema 'dbo'
domain\wss_search is the default content access account. According to
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc678863.aspx I should not grant it the Farm Administrators permission.
In the Search Center I am able to search out documents as expected so I think the search service is fine. However I have no clue why this account is trying to access 'proc_GetTimerRunningJobs'.

This issue was caused by the search account’s permission. For resolving your issue, please do as the followings:
Expand your SharePoint Configuration database 'SharePoint_Config' and navigate to ‘proc_GetTimerRunningJobs’ under Programmability ->Stored Procedures
Right-click proc_GetTimerRunningJobs and choose Properties
Click on Permission on the left launch
Select the Search button and browse for ‘WSS_Content_Application_Pools’
Provide ‘Execute’ permissions for ‘WSS_Content_Application_Pools’
Click OK

JTextArea wordwrap according to the window size

Hi All,
I have a problem with JTextArea. I am constructing my UI as explained below:
1. Panel with GridBagLayout.
2. This panel have a grid of component. Each row will have a text area as a description and a text field to enter the value
[ Text Area ] [Text Field]
[ Text Area ] [Text Field]
[ Text Area ] [Text Field]
3. This panel is added to a scroll pane.
Now the problem is when the description in the Text Area is large, then the horizontal scrollbar will be large. mean lot of horizontal scrolling.
So I made text area to wrap at word boundaries and setting the columns size to 40. But now the problem is if the window is made large, still Text Area will wrap at 40th column leaving lot of empty area.
So rather setting the column counts, i need the Text Area to wrap according to the window size. Is is possible? Looking for suggestions.....

Can we check the Objects modifiable " option for standard objects

In IR , we have imported SRM SERVER->SRM SERVER5.5
Then we have checked the option "Objects are modifiable" then we imported the IDOC from R/3 system under SRM SERVER 5.5 swcv.
Then created the mapping.It is working fime.
how ever i am not sure whether it is right process.Can we check the "Objects are modifiable" for standard compoents delivered by SAP????

No. As best practise you are not supposed to do so.
In order to implement any changes in the mapping we can do it rite.
Because recently i have applied one SAP note to my SRM swcv and one of the MM object was changed according to the requirements.

Universe object that points to certain field according to the user PVL

Hi universe designing experts !
Marianne solved a problem I have in [this|Web Intelligence: Hide / Show object according to InfoView Locale; post. I wanted to replace an object/column in a report according to the users locale. This was done at report level with a selection containing the getPreferredViewingLanguage() function in WebI.
My question now is, could I somehow define in the universe an object that, according to the PVL of the report viewer, points to a different field in the database ?
We have description fields in the databse for different languages.

What I want to do is this:
A user with Preferred Viewing Language nl_NL and a user with PVL en_GB are requesting the same report. In that report there is a field with a description about another field. The descriptions are 2 different columns in the database. You showed me before (thanks again) how I could switch the 2 field according to a users PVL that I could query from the system ( getPreferredViewingLanguage() ). I want, if possible, to do this at Universe level so I only have to drag 1 single object in the query that corresponds to the right column according to the report viewers PVL... So the en_GB guy will see English descriptions and the Dutch guy will see the Dutch descriptions all from the same object...
Would be cool if that was possible...

There are objects, and references to objects.
Do, List / Set / Map , etc. just maintain a list of 32-bit addresses for their contained objects? What more does a Collection need, memory-wise, to add an element? The size of the objects in a Collection should not matter?
