Skip Count not counting

So my iPod (2nd Gen) isn't syncing the skip count to iTunes and I was wondering how I can fix this. I have done a full restore on the iPod, which did help solve my issue. Anyone have any suggestions? Need more info, let me know.

Counter not counting encoder over RTSI

Hi all,
I have a PCI-7358 (motion card) and a PCI-6602 (counter timer) both connected together with a RTSI cable. I have then configured an axis in MAX to route the encoder over RTSI-0 (Phase-A) & RTSI-1 (Phase-B). Then I added and configured the RTSI cable in MAX and added the PCI-6602 as its device (see MAX-1.jpg). Then with the appropriate motor / axis spinning I run the PCI-6602 test panel and configure as Edge counting and RTSI0 (see MAX-2.jpg), then I expect to see the counter increment – but it does not. Could it be something to do with mapping on the counter card? Am I missing something? Any ideas?

Hi Martin,
We were finally able to get all the equipment needed to replicate this issue. My colleague in the states saw the exact behavior that you described about not being able to route Axis 7 and 8 to RTSI in MAX. This has been documented and will be investigated in due course.
In the meantime, if you do need to eventually route Axis 7 and 8's signals to RTSI, then you can do this programatically in LabVIEW using the Select Signal VI. When we use this VI to route Axis 7 and 8's Phase A signal to RTSI, it works correctly, and we see the PCI-6602's test panels increment when counting the corresponding RTSI line.

I can't open iTunes on my brand new Mac!I am getting the message that I am exceeding my limit of 5 computers! Huh, I only have two desktops and two laptops (not counting my new MacBook Pro). I do have an old (discarded) laptop that had iTunes! Help!!

Hi! I have a new MacBook Pro, but I haven't been able to put iTunes on it even though I have used it for years on my iPhone, iPad, and two Windows desktops and two Windows laptops. I keep getting the message that "I am exceeding my iTunes account limit of 5 computers (not counting my iPhone and iPad, which are explicitly excluded from the count according to the message)". As anyone can see, I only have 4 computers, so I should not have any problems with installing iTunes, but this same message says that I need to deauthorize at least one computer or maybe I have extra authorizations on a computer.
I can't even find a list or map of the computers on my iTunes account! Please, somebody help ASAP!!!!! Thanks!!!!!

WM Inventory Document Cleared with Item not counted

Hi.
I have a strange situation. There is a WM Inventory Document with status Cleared, but there is a Item with status Not Counted.
The differences ware already cleared via LI21/LI20 but due the Not Counted Item, the quant is still blocked by inventory.
Do you have some idea how can I count/clear this item and release the quant?

M7706 is a hard coded error message, you cannot control it via message attributes.
What you can do is to do a re-count via transaction MI11 with reference to this inventory document. In this case you will be able to add new items, however, you have to enter the counted amounts for the existing items again.
But in my opoinion it's easier to create a new PID as suggested by Jurgen.

AU not counting toward AAoA Equifax FICO score!!

I recently pulled my Equifax FICO score and report. The Equifax FICO score usually indicates the oldest account that was opened and average age of accounts. I have a AAoA calculator which when populated with all the accounts on my credit report produces an AAoA of over 10 years. After messing around with the AAoA calulator, I figured out that the Equifax FICO calculation is not counting my AU credit card. When I delete the AU from the calculation, the AAoA produces 7 years, which matches the FICO report. Additionally, I saw on my FICO report that the oldest account was 29years 4months. The AU that is on my FICO report was opened 2/1984 which would be 31years 5months. Thought this interesting. Don't know if it has always been this way or if it is a new development or perhaps something wrong with the calculation of my credit report only. Kind of irritates me somewhat. I mean, if a AU isn't going to count toward your AAoA, what is the point other than having a good trade line on your report? As matter of fact, the AU card isn't counting toward my utilization either. Basically, it is there on the credit report, but seems invisible when FICO's calculates. I will try and determine if Experian and TransUnion FICO calculations are also treating it this way when I get around to pulling them. I spend about over $1,000 this year, and non of my purchases arecounting towards my amount needed to keep my reward zone status. I exchanged a christmas present that some one did not want, and had exchanged it for something more expensive a beats 2.0,and had to put about $70 out of my pocket in January, and it did not count towards it.
also purchases a ps4 traveling case, and 2 other things in March not counting as well. I know their is a time frame for it to post to my account, and I Just purchased an iPad air 2 last week, but understand it wont show this soon. Songs not counting PlayCount

Since installing iTunes 7, I have noticed some of my songs play all the way through, but do not count it as a play. I have a smart playlist based on last played date for easy finding of music I haven't listened to in a while. However, sometimes songs I play don't consider themselves played and don't update their last played date. This is real annoying and just wanted to know if anyone else was having a similar problem and had any idea what to do to fix it. Thanks.

1.Go to file in the iTunes menu bar and select New smart playlist you will see this window open:
2.Click on the tabs below "match the following rule" to match above.
This will create an "untiltiled" playlist in the iTunes sidebar:
3.Click on this and then on the iTunes menu bar select: edit, and then: sellect all.
4. Click on advanced in the iTunes menu bar, and select create AAC version.
5. Once the files have been converted to AAC the will match.

Not count parargraphs with no printable characters

This small script below returns the index number of a starting paragraph and the ending paragraph selected within the active Story. How do we not count paragraphs with no printable characters?
Ultimately we are trying to incorporate into a spacing script, were the user can select paragraphs in one story to adjust leading, and then the script will calculate the matching paragraph in the other story, adjusting it as well. We are using insertionPoints and paragraphs as reference points.

Sorry I should of been more specific. What we are really trying to achieve, is that we have a script that changes leading based on user selection with mouse and input into a dialog for size. But currently the user can only change leading for textframe one at a time.....We have two textframes side by side english, french.
We are trying to find a way to do both simultaneously. Unfortunately you cant highlight and select over into two seperate textframes. Hence this script. We thought by identifying the index number of the starting and ending paragraphs we could achieve this. But we realised that paragraphs with no printable characters is also being counted which causes problems.
But currently non printable characters are being counted even in empty paragraphs. This ultimately results in different index locations of start and ending paragraphs for both textframes.
Maybe you know of a better way to achieve simultaneous leading of two textframes?
Here is a short test sample we've been using giving us exact location of non printable characters.

Inventory record is deleted but quant is in 'Not counted' status within Bin

Hi Gurus,
I have a problem which is related to Inventory count in warehouse. The Bins are showing certain Inventory number is as not counted ( against the quant in Inventory tab of Bin) . But when I go to the Inventory record, I find it's deleted. For an ideal situation when an Inventory record is deleted, the bin should update the quant as Cancelled aginst the Inventory number, in the Invent. tab on Bin. But instead this is updated as 'Not counted'.
This is causing me a problem regarding any transfer transfer of those stocks since in the LQUA table the Inventory Active is checked.
Can you please help me.

i am able to update the prod_qty_in_hand , if after query, i go in the detail section & delete a particular record, but can't do it at header level with given the pre-delete code that i posted in my first post.

Count(*) returns 'Column 'Count' not found' SQLException

I am trying to get the count from a table using the following:
String query = "SELECT COUNT(*) FROM myTable;"
I know that the connection is open and working because I am getting back an SQLException:
'Column 'Count' not found' .
The same command works fine at the command line. I would be grateful for any suggestions as to why JDBC sends my app searching for a field named count in my table whereas the command line returns the expected number.

Preloader not counting to 100 pct

"loading completed number" does not count to 100 % but to 25 % at
the time it goes to the main time line.
I just wanted the main movie to load 25 frames before
starting.
Somehow these 25 frames need to equal 100%

Ok, now I do wish I could edit....
I forgot to APPLY the network settings for the USB cable to work. Connected thru USB I can tether.
So, I kept playing, and playing some more...
I had previously unpaired everything, and gone as far as removing network devices HOWEVER...
I didn't remove the Ethernet, Firewire or Airport Network devices.
Now, I have done so. I REMOVED EVERYTHING
No pairing, no network devices.
Bluetooth was already turned off, and I rebooted.
I turned off tethering and rebooted the iphone.
I turned on bluetooth (on the MBP), I turned on tethering. I browsed for the iphone. It said I was already paired???? Ok, repair AGAIN, and THE IPHONE SHOWED MY BLUETOOTH TETHERING BLUE BAR at the top of the screen!
I opened a web page, no go... d4mn, I was close...
Opened network preferences and the created a new bluetooth PAN and voila! Internet back on the MBP. I am about to reinstall the ethernet and airport (I can live without firewire for now) and see what happens.
Basically, the link I posted two posts ago, I had already done that, but I NEEDED to remove ethernet, firewire and airport as well...
So MAYBE it's fixed, we'll see for how long. I'm not going to mark this as answered for now, because basically, it has failed for no reason, and I want to know why...
Hopefully someone can come up with something, but having to delete and reinstall all pairings and network devices (to me) is not really a solution, it's a workaround (at best).

Messages for 10.8.4 not counting unread messages as read.

Been using messages for months with out a problem restored my macbook pro 15 not retina 2012 a few weeks ago using the built in recovery software and then migrated my account over. After that is when i ran in to the problem of messages not counting any of my messages as read i use this for work and its become very irritating we use the jabber protocol for a local ichat server its worked fine till now. iv tired all the fixes others have posted killing the dock reseting pram rebooting even trying another restore didn't help, iv removed the account and readded it removed all archived chats and attachments. tired closing out of each conversation and staring a new one nothing seams to fix it. Iv even tired making a new user account on the computer same problem. any ideas would be very helpful.
