Skip Terms and Conditions while sending Email

Hello Experts,
I have a requirement to print the line items of Sales order in front page and Terms and Conditions on back of every page. I need to send the same document as an Email, but without Terms and Conditions.
I could achieve printing part by creating another Master Page for Terms and Conditions and by enabling the page set to print on both sides and there by setting front page and back page properties.
But I could not avoid the back page template while sending email..
Could you please help me to let me know, where I am commiting mistake or else please suggest me if any other method is available for this requirement.

Create a NEW account/ID for her using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before. Make sure you specify a birthdate that results in being at least 13 years old

Prompt Terms and Conditions while installing AIR application

Can we modify the air installation to prompt for terms and conditions agreement while any customer installs our AIR application?

The ITunes is stuck at the terms and conditions. It will not let me send the emaul to accept the terms of the priviacy policy.

IOS8 Installation Hung at Terms and Conditions

I began installing iOS8 on my iPad Air. I have a gray page that reads "iCloud Drive" at the top. In the center is a white screen that reads "Terms and Conditions," then "Send by Email." Below, conditions are listed. At the bottom are two choices - "Agree" or "Disagree." Pressing either does not advance the process. If I press the home button, I get a response: "iPad Not Set Up" below which is "Continue." Pressing "Continue" gets me nowhere.

I just bought an iPad 2 and have the exact same problem. I downloaded 3 podcasts from iTunes (free) and they showed the download status in the download button but once completed I get the single clickable message "iTunes Store Terms and Conditions..." and nothing else. I cannot access my downloads. I logged into my iTunes account on my PC and downloaded the same podcasts but I still cannot do anything on my iPad in iTunes. I can download Apps (paid and free) from the App store without any issues.

completely switch off your ipad with pressing the top power button really long and then swipe the red swiper at the top. Then turn your ipad back on, skip the icloud login screen and you should be good! That's what i did so should work for you too

Yes, several times with support from the local server, verizon support people and apple support. I wonder if the phone is faulty? Neither my hotmail or local work email accounts will send, only receive.

I plugged it into my iTunes to see if it would pop up, but that didn't work either. If you are having issues with your iPhone continuing to ask you to accept terms and conditions, you may want to try some things to troubleshoot.
First, quit all running applications and test again -
Force an app to close in iOS
Next, I would try restarting and if needed resetting the iPhone -
Restart or reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If the issue is still present, you may want to restore the iPhone as a new device -

Try to reset the device:
Device Reset (won't affect settings/data/music/apps/etc)
1. Press and hold (& continue to hold) BOTH the Sleep/Wake button & the Home button.
2. Continue to hold BOTH (ignoring any other messages that may show) until you see the Apple logo on the screen.
3. Release BOTH buttons when you see the Apple logo and allow the device to boot normally.

I can't get the Terms and Conditions for iTunes to be emailed to me from my iPhone PLUS there is no "accept" button at the end of the 54 pages listed. Anyone else having issues?

Try ethernet
Signal strength on device won't account for issues, you would need a network report from istumbler, netstumbler or similar. This will show accurate signal strength along with noise and nearby networks

TS1702 After installing IOS7 Itunes say's terms and conditions have changed, must read and accept new terns, After going through 54 pages there is no way to accept. and can not have it emailed.
