Sky Go Desktop - Cannot sign in to download.

When downloading a programme or movie to watch later via the Sky Go desktop and then attempting to log into the desktop to begin the download, I am getting error code c38740 which says my log in details cannot be saved. However it does give me access and the programme to be downloaded is listed on the Sky Go desktop. Then after clicking on 'Cheque download' the programme does not begin downloading and after a few moments it disappears from the Sky go desktop. Any ideas whats going on please? This has only happened since getting Windows 10 at the weekend so no doubt that has something to do with it!

Forgot to say I am using Internet Explorer not Edge.

What do you do when clicking on http://searchCIO.com/r/0,,37719,00.htm?track=NL-257&ad=504453 takes you to a screen to fill out identifying information then to an Oracle Sign In screen which returns a System error encountered message, try clicking Lost password to confirm correct password, try creating neww account and get a registration error indicating the following field(s) have duplicate data: (nothing listed, click the contact us hyperlink which doesn't seem to have any contact relevent to a white paper download and takes you back to the main contact screen from almost any screen that seems relevent when you click it's contact us hyperlink? Give up? I did!

You may also want to reset your network settings:
Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Note: this will delete any network related settings (saved Wi-Fi passwords, etc), it will not erase any content from your device.

Error 9006 when restoring your iOS device indicates that there is security software on your computer which is preventing connection to the Apple server or your device. To troubleshoot this issue please follow the directions below.

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

My Sky Go Desktop has stopped worked and just sits on the 'Signing in...' image with a spinning wheel I have tired removing the app and silverlight and reinstalling but the same issue persists Does the app log anywhere that I would be able to see so I can attempt some better self-diagnosis? Thanks

It means you are already signed into the ID as a secondary account on your Mac. Go to System Preferences>Internet Accounts. If you see this iCloud listed on the left sidebar, click on it and confirm that it shows your iCloud ID. If so, click the "-" sign below the account list to delete it. Then you should be able to go to System Preferences>iCloud and sign in with the ID as your primary iCloud account without getting this error.

Cannot sign in to try Adobe Muse downloaded from Adobe website

I cannot sign in to Adobe Muse's trial at all. It seems to authenticate but everytine it returns to the Sign In window with the options to choose from entering my subscription or start a trial. Does anyone know what can I do to try Muse? I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate with Service Pack 1 and Adobe Muse 1.0 LS10 downloaded from Adobe website. I guess that's the final version.

I had a similar issue and it was an easy fix for me. First you need to log out of your account completely in the Mac App Store. Quit the application. Re-open the Mac App Store. Click log-in, enter your Apple-ID and password. Now when the screen pops-up that has all of your billing/credit card information on it DO NOT select done. Instead select View my Account, then select View hidden purchases. There you should be able to find iPhoto. Hope this helps if not let me know. I'm still searching solutions for you.
