Skydrive built in app wont let me update it and it doesn't work

A day after the name change became official my built in skydrive app stopped working. Every time I click on the app it loads the clouds then goes to a message "This location can't be found, please try again later", then it flat crashes and I
am back at the start screen. What the hell people, why? Also, why the hell can't I uninstall it then just re-install it? What on earth possessed you into believing that this app HAS TO BE BUILT IN, for god's sake Microsoft the damn thing is broken now and
the only possible way I can think of to fix it would be to refresh the OS which I don't want to do because then I have to sit around and let it update all over again plus I would have to re-install my programs as well. I hope you not only fire the engineer
who thought this was a good idea but I also hope you castrate him. This was truly a sad, unnecessary, stupid act to do. All you idiots had to do was make this no different from office 365 and I would have uninstalled it, re-installed it and probably saved
us all the trouble. Also, it hasn't stopped me from using onedrive but the entire point of your built in app has become pointless, it doesn't work because of your name change for some reason and now I can't fix it without sacrificing a whole damn day to get
back to where I am at. Would it be too much for you to make this onedrive app removable in your next firmware update? As of now, I have removed your office 365 because that was a pointless thing to have when I already have office 2007 but now I am stuck with
this broken skydrive app that I can't fix, update, or remove without sacrificing my time. It is not easy re-installing a program like bluebeam revu you know and as of yesterday my photos app has now become just like the skydrive app, it doesn't work, my pictures
are all there but the app itself keeps crashing. Seriously man, let us remove your trashy apps and let me re-install it already

Did you point that SkyDrive changed to OneDrive?
Did you move your OneDrive to another location or change its name?
Please login OneDrive with web-based to check if you could access it successfully.

    If your iPhone is unresponsive after updating your iOS version, then I'd like you to please follow the troubleshooting below.
    If you see a black screen
    You might need to charge your device before it can turn on. Plug in your device and let it charge for at least 10 minutes (20 minutes for iPad), then try turning it on. 
    You should see a battery icon while your device is charging. If you continue to see a black screen, reset your device. If your device doesn't respond when you press buttons
    Your device might not return to the Home screen when you press the Home button, wake from sleep when you press the Sleep/Wake button, slide to unlock or power off, or it might appear frozen. Try these steps:
    Restart your device.
    If it still doesn't respond, or if it doesn't turn back on, reset your device.
    If your device gets stuck during startup
    When starting up, you might see the Apple logo or a red or blue screen for a long time, or your device might restart again. Try these steps:
    Make sure that you have iTunes 12 or later on your computer.
    Put your device in recovery mode.
    When you get the option to restore or update, select Update. This will reinstall iOS without erasing your data.

    OK, you are still angry, and want to continue venting...that's fine. I'll try to not take it personally.
    Since you want help, I am going to have to make an assumption that you are using the on-device AppWorld client in the attempts that are causing you problems? If not, then please clarify with details. If so, then I suggest that you clear the AppWorld application cache:
    1. Open App World
    2. Go to My World
    3. Follow one (and only one!) of these steps:
    3a. For keyboard-based BB's -- Hold down the ALT key and then press, in sequence R, then S, then T
    3b. For Touch Screen Only BBs -- Hold the num-lock (!?123) button so it locks and then press, in sequence 3, then 4, then (
    3c. For newer (e,g., OS6 and 7) BB's, see this KB:
    KB24714 How to clear the BlackBerry App World cache
    4. AppWorld should close.
    5. If your BB locks after issuing the cache clear, perform a battery pull reboot
    6. Return to AppWorld/MyWorld (it may be sluggish while it re-synchronizes).
    If step (4) does not happen as listed, then the clear cache did not work.

    Well, when everyone signs their contracts (both for device purchase as well as service plans from their carrier), they are in effect agreeing to the support model that exists. In that model, BlackBerry provides no front line support to any end users for anything, not even warranty btw. All support starts with the carriers, authorized resellers, and original places of purchase (depending on the issue and region), all who can escalate into BlackBerry for issues that they cannot resolve.     Serviio will do the trick. Also very easy to do. Download and install serviio console. In Serviio console select Library tab. Add path then choose the folder from your computer that you want to share. I checked all the items on the right side of the folder box. Save!
    On your Xtreamer, go to media library then UPnP (make sure that UPnP is "on". Settings, Application, UPnP Media Server ON). Wait awhile then Serviio (your computer name) will appear. Select your computer then Video then Folders. That's it! The contents of your shared folder in your computer can now be streamed. Enjoy!

    ever since i updated to 4.3.2 on my iphone i havent been able to really use the internet period. and i keep getting a message saying my phone isnt connected to the network, even though it says i have bars and i am at full striength wifi. also to make this that much more lovely i cant open any app that uses the internet it just flashes n then closes, though it is showing up in when i double click to see what tasks i have open. ive tried closing them out and restarting. but nothing has helped.

    For downloaded apps:
    Try downloading any new free or paid app from the App Store. See if your other apps work.
    For built-in Apple apps:
    Try a reset: Hold the home and power buttons at the same time until the Apple boot logo appears. No data will be lost.

    Are you getting an error message from Firefox, or is the plugin listed as Disabled on the Add-ons page? You can check that here:

    You should remove his AppleID and restore it as new.
