SKYEE! ANNA Applications Updates Errors!
Dear Members, SKYEE:
After reading the SKYEE's excelent FAQ's recently posted, I've been having some troubles updating to ANNA. My phone is a N8-00, LTA Dark Grey, Nokia Bubbles, Big Screen and Sleep Screen installed.
I'm not able to install ANNA Application Update 2/2 via Ovi Suite. The error message is something about signatures and dates on the phone.
When I try to use the solutions provided from SKYEE:
FA136073: Why can’t I download Symbian Anna application packages (Installation fails)?
I cannot use either the solutions 1 & 2. The solution 1 just don't work due my phone refuses to install any .sisx file (msg: "error your device does not support sisx file"). About the solution 2: There are'nt any .sisx file on E: starting with "TEMP".
Can anyone help me? I think this behaviour is very common (specially the Qt issue).
In PSE 9 you could never update from within the editor. All it ever did was to let you know updates were available and you had to go download and install them yourself, as you do now:

Hello,
I developed a custom SharePoint 2013 Application (SharePoint hosted) and everything works fine. If I tried to update the application and I ran into the following error:
The element 'Field' in namespace 'urn:deployment-manifest-schema' cannot contain text. List
of possible elements expected: any element in namespace '##any'.
If I redeploy the application (without update, just a new instance) everything works fine. Only the update scenario throws the exception above.
I tried different things to solve that issue:
I recreated the feature
I checked all the custom field definitions, content types and lists inside the app.
I tried different O365 tenants and a SharePoint 2013 On Premise Development Server (Same problem on all systems)
Can anybody give me a tip to solve that problem?

According to your description, when you try to update your SharePoint Hosted App, an error occurs.
To narrow down the issue, I would suggest you create a simple app without other components in it, deploy it and then update it to see if this error will still occur.
Once you get a workable app without the update issue, then you can add other customizations one after one in this app and perform the update. By doing this, it would
be easier to find out the root cause.

Application Updater - Error downloading the update. Error# 16824
Hi,
Relitivly new to FB 4.5 and Flex. I inherted a Flex project and am now trying to get it to automatically update the application.
I have searched and read many threads that have this error and they all seem to be talking about going from one sdk version to another.
I have only used http://ns.adobe.com/air/application/2.6, no other version.
I got it to check and report a new version by using 2.5 in the update xml, then I hit download and the status bar completes, then I get the error:
There was an error downloading the update. Error# 16824
If I change the update.xml to: <update xmlns="http://ns.adobe.com/air/framework/update/description/2.6"> Which you think would work I get the error:
There was an error checking for the update. Error# 16815
I am lost. Does anybody have a solution for this?

Application update error message
Everything has been fine for the past few years I've had my Apple ID, but two day ago, I was asked to change my password and re-enter my credit card info, then my computer keeps forgetting my Apple ID and when I try to update my apps, I keep receiving the error message: "You can not update this software since you have not owned the major version of this software." Does anyone know what this means and if so, are there any solutions? I would appreciate any help anyone could give me.
Thanks Hal but I have solved the problem.
I initially downloaded the update using Firefox and changing to another browser solved the problem.
It appears that the downloaded file "Lightroom_5_LS11_win_5_5.exe" is a self extracting zip file and for reasons that I do not understand windows interpreted the Firefox download as an standard executable file and threw a hissing fit.
Version 5.5 now running.

Sorry for the late reply. My email firewall has become a little over zealous & sent a lot of my emails straight to my junk email folder, so I have only just now discovered your reply in my junk mail folder.
The only "don't open files exceeding xxx megabytes" instruction I can find in my Prefs, is in the Bridge Prefs for Thumbnails, & mine is set at 1000mb. The biggest files I handle are bigger than 200mb so I should be able to open a few, not just one.
However, this doesn't explain why I can open a psd format file of 180mb, close it, but then can't open a RAW format file of only 26mb immediately after.
I can open the RAW file only if I restart my computer - very annoying!
However, thanks for the advice about the video card & memory.
So, I'm still stuck as to what the issue is. -
Error message on application updater itself
Friends:
I keep getting an error message when I use the applications updater. The error is on the extension updater (CS6) itself.
Adobe Extension Manager CS6 Update
Installation failed. Error Code: U44M1P7
Thoughts?

Pro Application Update 2007-01 install error
I recently Install Logic Studio and went right to software update before launching anything. It found several available updates and began downloading and installing them. Two of those downloads were the Pro Application Updates 2007-01 and 2007-02. I walked away for a while and when I returned I had received an ERROR message saying that Pro Application Update 2007-01 couldn't be installed. I noticed that Software Update installed the second update before attempting the first update. I blame this for the error message.
But what now? I have attempted to install the update 2 more times to no avail. I assume one fix might be to UNINSTALL/REINSTALL LOGIC (which would be very time consuming).
Any ideas?? THANKS!i got this install error message as well. The update is for Final Cut Pro which I have never installed. I guess thats why it would´t update...

Now what? I'm on a Mac, OS 10.5.8.

For deploying Web Dynpro for Java application, J2EE_admin correct password must be stored in the scured area of config tool.
Your error show that J2EE_admin information is not correct.
So, Please ask your basis team to update new J2EE_ADMIN password or you can do it in scured area of config tool.

update error while saving quotation - express message
Error reads as "device type sapwin"
When the print option send immediately (option 4) in the printer configuration the error is coming and the document is not saving due to update error.
When the print option is send with own application (option 3) in the printer configuration the document is getting saved.
we want to run with option 4. could some one show some light on this problem.

VS AravaFrom the description the job is trying to print to a frontend printer. Try sending the job to another printer. Or print to LOCL. This will send the spool to your local default printer.
I suspect there is a network issue related to the printer set up.
when you use option 4 the error gets hit immediately. Option three is waiting to print later, the error does not likely show up until later when the job is actually printed.

ITunes update error 7 (windows error 1114) on Windows Vista Home Premium SP2
I have been trying to update iTunes for the past month. I admit that I had not been keeping up with the updates for about a year but now that I want to update it, I am getting an error.
Computer: hp Pavilion dv6700 Notebook PC, Intel Core2 CPU T8100 at 2.10 GHz

R6034 Application has made an attempt to load the C Runtime Library incorrectly. Please contact applications support (that is Apples iTunes) team for information.
I am also getting C Runtime Library error message about once a day since I tried to update iTunes.

IPOD Updater - Error 1324 - The Folder path contains an invalid character
I tried to install ITUNES on an external HD (I didn't want to slow down my computer by putting all of my music on my internal HD). ITunes installed and then crashed. I removed all traces of ITUNES and IPOD that I could find and went to install ITUNES again on my regular internal drive. Now it goes through the installation and REMEMBERS my IPOD serial number (so obviously I can't find all of the files to remove) but doesn't give me a choice of where to install (it still must be trying to install to my external HD) the ITUNES. All I get is the following Error message:

Does anyone have a solution out there?

Interesting. It's choking on the old iPod updater application. (iPod software updates are no longer handled by a standalone application ... that function was folded into iTunes beginning with iTunes 7.0.0.70.)
Let's try the following procedure.
Download and install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility:
Description of the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility
Now launch Windows Installer CleanUp ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"), find any entries called "ipod for windows \[date]" or "ipod updater \[date]" or just "ipod for windows" in the list of programs in CleanUp, select those entries, and click “remove”.
Quit out of CleanUp, and restart the PC.

Any Ideas of how to solve this one?After reading all these posts, one by one did not resolve my problem until I got the very end. Regardless of what step would resolve your problem, these are the steps I would recomment to everyone for a what seems to be a safe and fool-proof upgrade to iTunes 10.5.
1. Stand alone upgrade to the latest Quicktime version
2. Go to control panel and "change" then select repair to the following applications in the order specified by the post on Oct 27. (Notice I skipped Quicktime because it had been upgrade manually,and Bonjour did not have a "repair" option)
iTunes; Apple Software Update: Mobile Device Support; Apple Applications Support
Some of these applications may not appear if they do not apply to your configuration (no iPhone, or no iPad, or other apple devices).
Once all updated, I did not need to restart nor launch any applications, I simply went straight into the 10.5 upgrade, and where it normally got stuck, this time the installation continued for a while longer until it completed successfully.
