How do I obtain a skype 2 go local access numebr whilst travelling in the US to use with my US cell?

Sign in to your Skype account.
In the Manage features section, select Skype To Go.
Select your country from the drop-down list, then click Give it a try.
Click Next to add a contact.
Enter the contact’s details – you’ll need to add their name, phone number and select their country from the drop-down list.
When you’re done, click Continue.
Register your phone – select whether you’ll be calling your Skype To Go numbers from a mobile or landline, then enter the phone number of that phone.
Select your country from the drop-down list, then create and enter a four digit PIN code.
When you’re done, click Continue.
Make a note of the Skype To Go number displayed on the screen, or save it to your phone.
When you’re done, click Finish.
