Skype 7.4 Wont Open...

Question

Hi, I am not just making this because I don't want to look. I have looked everywhere over the forums so I had to come to my last resort. So I reinstalled my fonts then closed skype and tried opening it, and it stopped working. It shows in the "show hidden icons" tab but you cant open it or anything.
Old Versions Of Windows 7 Skype Works
What Ive Tried
-Reinstalling
-Diffrent Versions
-Skype Limpieza v.0.2
And many other things but nothing works!
I have Windows 7 32 Bit, please help!
