Skype Account Credit stolen by Skype...

Hi, seems like my first posting disappeared... I thought Skype was a respectable and trustworthy company... but Skype seems to disrespect personal ownership of other individuals by just taking their "property" (credits) without giving any kind of notice... Any proper, honest company would give at least 3 Notices, starting at least a month in advance in case their users are on holiday.  I did a video call to another skype user yesterday, so I am actively using skype, but have not recieved any Notice that Skype were about to take my credits... ok, I have not called any cell-phones or landlines in the last year, but I had an auto-recharge set up, however every 5 years the credit card expires, and I recieved a new one with a new expiry date, so the auto-recharge failed, but then I should get a notice telling me this, so that I can take action and not just quietly steal my credits, giving one the impression that Skype is actively trying to steal money from their users, hoping they will recharge so that Skype has a new chance next year to steal their users money again.  I think it is not morally correkt from skype to just take the credits from long time users and say the account is inactive without giving them the chance to do anything about it... It is only a small amount for me, but it is a matter of principle. I will not recharge my account before I get my credits back, and if I don`t get the credits back, then I will switch to another provider and advice everybody I know to switch as well.

Skype has no interest in stealing people's credit.  You ought to have received e-mails from Skype indicating your credit balance was about to slip into inactive status, together with instruction on how to restore credit to active status.  Please do check that your account's registered e-mail address is up-to-date.

  • How to create On Account Credit Memo in R12.1.3

    Oracle claims that there is new feature of creating credit memo On Account can be done by using Oracle Projects billing with R12.1.3 only.
    For the same they say that:-
    The Interface Invoices to Receivables process creates credit memo as On Account Credit Memo when the following conditions are satisfied:
    1> The Allow Over Application option is set to No in Oracle Receivables and the Create On Account Credit Memo option is enabled in Oracle Projects and
    2> There is no balance available to adjust on the invoice
    But I am not sure where to perform the setup mentioned on line 1 of setting up Create On Account Credit Memo option is enabled in Oracle Projects.
    Does anyone know about it ? Is it a profile option or setup on someother screen. Please help.

    When using iTunes to purchase content for the first time on a new device, it may require you to verify your payment information as a way to authenticate your device.  If this not a new device attempting to access iTunes store and prompting you provide payment information, there could be an outstanding balance.  This article will show you how to verify you purchase history and invoices.

    Also, you can change the payment method as none as long as there isn't an outstanding balance on the account.

    If you are going to change your AppleID login you will need to log out and back in on all your devices. Turn off 'Find My iPhone/iMac/iPod' first or you will find yourself unable to sign out and be stuck.

    Dear Gurus,
    Hi All,
    Please provide me the navigation to eliminate On-Account Credit amount from Receipt Screen (e.g.Recept #1).
    Business scenario is
    1) I made receipt transaction Tk.10000 against a Customer Invoice TK. 8000 a (e.g. Invoice#1) .
    2) I have applied TK. 8000 against that Customer Invoice and kept Tk. 2000 Customer On-Account.
    3) According to Oracle solution I have created a credit memo of TK. 2000 to net off the customer on-Account
    4) Applied to a another invoice of same customer of Tk.5000. System has created the balance due perfectly Tk. 3000 but from Receipt Screen (e.g.Recept #1) On-Account is holding amount Tk. 2000 which should be '0' after applying credit memo to a another invoice.
    I am stuck over this scenario. Please come forward with navigation.

    In most of the cases, I am able to identify those CMs that should not be applied, then the field reference_line_id is cleared. For those I am not able to identify and the reference_line_id is not cleared, when I locate the credit memo in transactions form, the menu option Action->Applications is disabled.
    Is there a profile option to enables that function for on-account credit memos?
    In the same responsibility, for a regular credit memo, that function is enabled. So, I think it is not a menu funcion issue.

    You can get the list as per your requirement on base of Stock transfer order.
    If you have number of stock transfer order, You can get report as per your requirement with table BSEG.
    Enter SE16 t-code, enter table BSEG.
    Then enter your STO number in field of Purchasing document and get list of FI documents

    No matter what I do I cannot use the $25 credit I have on my account, I can't re-enter my ITunes g.c because it says the code has already been used and the only way that I'm able to pay for anything is by using a credit card. I've deleted the credit card prior to one purchase clearing and even though a msg. pops up and says that I can use my account credit to pay for this purchase, every time I click on pay, nothing happens. It's like the credit is there but not really there, ITunes acknowledges it's existence but won't let me use it. ***!? What do I do?

    Are you trying to buy a game or application?
    Canadian law has recently changed and you CANNOT use an iTunes gift card for anything but music & video.
    If you want apps, it has to be credit card, in Canada.

    In R12.1.2: when using the AR_INVOICE_API_PUB it seems to be impossible to create a on-account Credit Memo with invoicing and accounting rules. The next errors are returned by the API:
    - AR_INAPI_INV_RULE_NOT_REQUIRED
    Do not include an invoicing rule if the transaction type's class is Debit Memo or Credit Memo.
    - AR_INAPI_RULE_NOT_ALLOWED
    Do not enter an invoicing or accounting rule for on-account credit memos
    Please advice how to create on-account Credit Memo with invoicing and accounting rules using an API.

    Do you mean that you've updated the details on your existing account or created a new account ?
    If you updated your existing account and your balance isn't showing, and you've checked the account's purchase history (e.g. you didn't have any pre-orders and/or auto-renewing subscriptions that were due), then hae you tried logging out and back into the account ? If your balance still doesn't show then you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can help with where it went : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
    If you created a new account then your balance will remain on your old account.
