Skype account locked due to suspicious activity - ...

My Skype account was locked (I have since had it released and reset my password), due to 'suspicious activity'.
This activity, however, was not suspicious.
Myself and my partner both use it for business. He is travelling in the Philippines at the moment, and when I log in I use it from the UK.
Is there any way to contact Skype to inform them of this so that the lock doesn't happen again?

After not receiving satisfactory treatment, I am now posting this to ALL of my social media:
I was hacked by a Russian Hacker, into my Primary Skype Account. I have gone through the process of reclamation of my account four times, and been denied restoration every time. I don't want to drag out all the background, or the stupidity of Skype. But I recommend that all Skype customers find alternative services for future usage, and uninstall Skype programs on their devices. 
I will never ever use a Skype program again in my entire life. I recommend that you do the same. When Skype is incapable of even looking at a situation with honesty, and rewards thieves for stealing, then they have no business being in business.

    I have some users who get their user account locked out several times a day.
    It seems to be an issue with the keychain.
    Our users need to change their password every 90 days domain GPO applied on every users.
    Do you know how to fix this issue?
    I have notice that most of the time this happens when the Mac wakes up from sleep mode while still connected to the network and when the users try to re login.

    I had a very similar problem a while back. It turned out that I had another device trying to retrieve mail from the corporate account. in my case it was an iPod that was just sitting on charge for weeks at a time but was accessing the Exchange server with the wrong password, after having changed it due to the same password policy you use. Of course after a set number of tries, the AD locked the account.

    At this moment, we are using the default reconciliation method from the Active Directory Connector in OIM 11G R2 to fetch incremental information from AD. This runs every 15 minutes.
    However, the customer complains that the time from which the user gets himself locked out due to too many failed login attempts, until it shows up on the OIM account is too long. Worst case, this could be 15 minutes after the user gets himself locked out.
    Do anyone have any tips on how we could either push this information from AD-side, or pull this information from OIM more often? Could we create a special scheduled job that just looks for Locked Accounts, and reconciles this each minute?

    Sure, that's definitely possible. You can use the Active Directory cmdlets to retrieve this information. Here's an example of reading input from a text file (just usernames in the text file):
    Get-Content .\userList.txt | ForEach {

    You can also read input from a CSV file quite easily. This example assumes a header of Username:

    I think it depends on your version. My NetWeaver 2004 miniSAP has a parameter called "login/password_max_idle_productive". According to [SAPhelp|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/22/41c43ac23cef2fe10000000a114084/frameset.htm] this is available after SAP NetWeaver 6.40.
    So basically upgrading is a way to automate this Or bespoke programming like Sneha suggested.

    I am posting this for my friend who has recently been locked out of his account due to "suspicious activity". This happened because he had to reactivate his credit to make an international landline call. He doesn't usually do this and his credit has previously been deactivated twice. 
    Now that he is locked out he cannot use the account recovery page (https://support.skype.com/en/account-recovery) to recover his account because his credit card has changed. 
    He doesn't know his old credit card detail, which he used to credit his account over a year ago. 
    Is there another way to recover his account? is there a way to talk to a human being so that this can be sorted? Even the online support page asks for his previous credit card number before processing any requests.

    Problem:  i tried to open Safari about a couple of hours ago and I was presented with this error message block with an address of http://www.virushealthcheck.com. The message is; Windows detected security error, due to suspicious activity found on your computer.  Contact Windows Certified Live Tech ( 1.866.606.2003).  If I clk the OK button , there are multiple layered windows that will appear after that.  Can't get out of it , except to quit Safari.  earlier today before this happened I was on Facebook, Instagram, responding email cutting and paste transactions and saving it to Microsoft word.  then I turned off my lap top for several hours. When I turned it back on awhile ago, I discovered this problem.  on top of that aI can't even clear the history everything is gray out except for the Earlier today, and the day and date of the month. I tried several times to quit Safari, turn off and turn back on my lap top to no avail.  My question is; How do I go by to in getting this error message when I click on Safari? Does that mean that I might have a virus in my lap top? Please Help.  Thanks.

    Press command + option + esc keys together at the same time. Wait.
    When Force Quit window appears, select the Safari if not already.
    Press Force Quit button at the bottom of the window.   Wait.
    Safari will quit.

  • Email account locked

    I had to delete my ISP email address from my blackberry 8700g otherwise it was locking up my email acct with my ISP. I could not connect to their server and download messages. No changing of any settings helped and I have had this phone with this acct for two years. Use Outlook 2007. 
    Any ideas why this happenned all of a sudden.

    Just some of the things I can think of .....
    You may want to key in the password you usually enter for your ISP email account on a blank note or email message to confirm that it appears correctly. If the BB device keyboard faulty, what you type could end up as something else, thus could cause account lock due to incorrect password.
    You can try to ask the ISP to reset your email password, setup again to check if it happens.

    I made an account for a friend and bought a voucher for him. After his first call, the account got locked. Here is the discussion I had on Skype`s live chat. It`s quite hilarious how a multi billion company like Skype hires cheap support from the Phillipines. Why would they do that unless they don`t want people using their service.... Please read on as it is quite hilarious. Oh, can someone ( a NATIVE English speaker prefferably) tell me what in God`s name is the "speciality group" and what is his role?

    Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
    Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts   Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

    This might be caused by corrupted cookies.
    Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

I need to merge them into one account. You asked this 2 weeks ago. Can anyone help?
