    There is no solution other than to contact Sprint and ask them if they will unlock it.

    In beginning I apologize If Im in the wrong Forum..
    But I do not know where can I send my complaint ?? Is There a way to communicate with Lenovo management ??
    if they continue with this performance (maintenance and customer service)  this will negatively affect Lenovo reputation in market and they will lose a lot of customers.
    My problem started when I bought a Lenovo Tablet Model IDEA S2109A-F Five months ago. After almost three Months the device was not charging.
    I've sent to the agent for repair and for one and half month they did not perform any work and whenever I call often they does not response (during the official working time). and In the few times that they respond they says '' We are waiting for spare parts from Dubai '' 
    Then I contacted customer service last two weeks to tell them about my problem. They promised that they will answer me within 48 hours. Which never happened !!! And when I contact them again, they say they did not receive any response from the agent.
    The tablets was a gift to my little son, he is very frustrating because of this issue.
    This is my first time I with Lenovo products and I do not think I will repeat it again after this bad experience.

    Im sure it will work. I bought iPhone 5s 16GB Gold (GSM) T-Mobile on Oct-18 from the Apple Online Store. I didnt  use it in US because I was leaving the US, but have used it in Turkey, Dubai, Zambia & Uganda and I assure you it worked perfectly & to me thats my description of Unlocked and can be used in any country outside US.

  • Problem with Skype and Wireless Networks

    I have been having a problem with Airport for about 10 months. Long winded explanation follows.
    Initially file transfers over wireless networks were extremely slow but this seems to have been that 10.5.2 update problem. There is a remaining issue when I use Skype on my Mac (details below) connected to a wireless network the incoming and outgoing audio drop out for 1 - 3 seconds at irregular but frequent intervals (approx every 5 - 10 seconds). This is regardless of the wireless network I am on - and that is dozens of them all over the world. Note it is voice only calls, not video. Apple has replaced the Airport card and the mother board; the OS has been reinstalled; test accounts set up but nothing fixes the problem.
    At one point I had temporary relief by switching off 'Configure IPv6' in System Preferences/Network/Airport/TCP/IP. This worked for a month or so but now the problem is back as before.
    All other aspects of wireless activity are fine. Wireless firmware is 1.4.4.
    I have worn out my welcome with the usually sensational help desk. Any suggestions out there in Mac Land?

    After discussion with tech support they said the Airpot card had to be replaced. This was done with admirable expediency and I got the MBP back in 36 hours. On testing it the same problem was still there. Identical pattern on the ping test, the fault was not the hardware.
    Once more a call to Apple and another tech. This time we booted from the OS 10.5 install disk and ran the ping test. I ran it for a few hours without seeing the fault, it worked fine. The problem had to be in the operating system.
    After backing up all the data I zeroed the drive and did a clean install of the OS. Bingo! Problem gone.
    So after 10 months, two airport cards and a mother board, the issue was in fact something corrupt deep in the OS.
    So to anyone having similar problems with Airport, run a ping test as described above. If you see that kind of pattern, try a clean install before going down the hardware road.

    Apple holds strict control over which networks the iPhone 5 will support LTE with...they(Apple) do their own testing. Currently, Apple has decided that the iPhone 5 will not support LTE where you live. That's just the way it is for now.

    You would need to return to U.K. for warranty service. The iPhone warranty is not international.

    Since yesterday I have noticed sudden lose of cellular signal, I keep getting no network and when the network is back (even at full bars) I can't make calls.
    I have noticed the following:
    1. It's only happening on an iPhone using Mobily SIM card
    2. non-iPhone devices with Mobily SIM card work fine
    3. It only happened at my home, if I go to another location the iPhone works fine.
    initial conclusion: caused while connected to specific cell towers with an iPhone.
    I cannot confirm this at the moment, anyone else (with any other carrier/country) had the same issue? Thank you.
    Carrier is Mobily in Saudi Arabia and currently they have no idea what is causing it. phone is iPhone 3GS.

    Contact that carrier's technical support people.  It sounds like your issue is with that specific carrier, so only they will be able to help you make a particular device work on their network.
    P.S. if you mean you bought a phone from Mobily and are trying to use it with another carrier, you cannot.  A mobily phone will be locked to mobily, and according to Apple's list, they do not offer unlocking of their iPhones (http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1937).
