Skype button in WEB

Hi, i would like to ask a question. I'm creating a button with link using the skype-uri js, where i create new topic with a list of participants. All the participants are scripted generated from database. The problem is if there are new users, and user click the button then skype make a new chat room with the same topic. How do i make so that when there are new users, user automatically join the room the same topic name. I aslo read that, you can get a room link with /get uri, i think this is the best sollution. How do i create a button where if the user click that button then a new room created and then users can join that romm?

So what about Skype? Skype had one good service mystatus.skype.com . Where people could check their skype status via internet. And they turned it off. And gave us a booby prize: disgusting huge icons-buttons with bad design ( http://www.skype.com/en/features/skype-buttons/create-skype-buttons/ )Who will use it? It can't show your status! It's useless! It's just an image button that doesn't fits to most websites (except skype.com) ! It was easy to use service mystatus.skype.com . Many people used it to show their skype status on their websites. And what should we do now? Skype support says that they turned it off because "security reasons". Whaaat!?!? How?! Look at social networks! They show your status and there is no "security reasons" for them! People allow skype to show their status in internet by their own. It's not a default property of skype! How to explain "security reasons"? If your servers (Skype servers) could be hacked using mystatus.skype.com it means that you have a huge hole. And you turned that service off because "security reasons"! In that case I don't want to use Skype anymore! Show us that there is no "security reasons"!

REmove iTunes and QuickTime using the Roemove programs in the Conmtrol Panel.
Run the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility
Reinstall QuickTime and make sure it works.
Then reinstall iTunes.

Skype button - status not working

My skype button status stopped working in friday. The option "allow my online status to be shown on the web" is active, as you can see in the picture below. Even the preview on the Skype website isn't working - check out the image below. Is there anyone familiar with this problem?

'subscribing' ? What does this mean? Are you experiencing the same thing or just throwing in a random word? (or offering a solution?)

If I install a skype button on my website, is it possible for users to write messages instead of calling?

For everybody wanting a skype button on their website:
1. Go to http://www.skype.com/share/buttons/
2. Enter your skype name
3. Choose which button you want
4. Under "Copy&Paste this code" sometimes you find just a line of text if so click on "E-mail HTML" and then back to "Web HTML"
5. A code will appear which looks like the following:

6. Copy the code and go to iWeb
7. Go to WebWidgets=>HTML Snippet
8. Click Apply and you will see the button appear

Skype button STATUS - UNSUPPORTED ?

We can all see that generator for Skype Buttons with status have been changed to statusless buttons (and only call and chat). Is Skype planning to introduce status in some way in the future again?
It would be a disaster if we were not able to set skype status on the web

I ran in to a similar problem with viewing the skype button on my webpage. Have you tried updating your web browser? Internet Explorer 11 fixed the problem of viewing the button on my page. It may be that the action script process requires an upated internet browser.

Print button on Web report.

Hi gurus,
We were trying to add a print button on Web report for printing the result area on the Web report.
We followed the steps which has given in the How-to-guide How To Web Printing with Microsoft
Excel document.
In the document it has mentioned that
1. Support package should be above 19 for BW 3.5 version
2. Add HTML code in the WAD Template
3. Import Transport file into the System.
4. Apply OSS notes 736568 and 737082 to BW
We upgraded the support package to 22, added the html code in the WAD template, imported the transport file into the BW system and applied the OSS notes as per the mentioned in the document.
The transport file contains the Package u201CZPK_WEB_PRINTING_WITH_EXCELu201D and ABAP Classes u201CZCL_RSR_XLS_GRIDu201D,

After import the transport file into BW, some of the objects in the ABAP Classes were not activated. I was trying to activate manually but those were not activating.
Please guide me how to resolve the above issue or is there any way to get the printing the web report?

If you want to print the web page directly then you can define a button using Java script and you can do it.
Define java script code to print the page
for ex define a button and call function for print.

Add skype button onto website?

I've been trying to get a skype button for my website, so that clients can call/chat to me directly but keep on getting an error message http://developer.skype.com/skype-uris/generator
Any ideas what's going on? Seemed to be an easy thing to do a little while ago but looks way more complex now, for those of us non-techies... plus the link doesn't work!

when I create an ALV in Standard ABAP there is a small "Detail" button on the left side of the button row without any additional complex programming.
How can I get this button in Web Dynpro ALV?

The standard ALV Component in Web Dynpro doesn't have this features. It wouldn't be too difficult to add manually. You could simply bind a custom view to the lead selection of the same context you are using in the ALV and use the form wizard to generate the UI elements. It isn't quite as nice becuase it woudl require a few manual steps for each usage of the ALV where you want this functionality.

Hiding refresh button in Webi Report

Hello experts,
I would like to hide 'refresh' button on webi report in XI 3.1. One way to do this is using rights which I don't intend to use at this stage.
Do we have any other way out to do this task?

Options:
a) roll your own viewer/portal - probably the safest bet, although a bit unwieldy if Infoview works fine and you only want to make this specific change
b) make changes to Infoview's javascript files that render the toolbar buttons - entirely unsupported by SAP as well as a maintenance headache during upgrades
c) ...revisit your reasons for not being able to disable refresh of the report to users - surely there's a security matrix that satisfies your requirement. If there isn't (meaning that, for whatever reason you need these users to refresh against this content area in normal scenarios but want it disabled for this portion of your workflow) - then there are kludgy "work arounds" like adding/removing the user to/from a "no refresh" group you've created in the CMC, programmatically, when running the report(s)

Flash skype button help

Trying to craete a new swf with a small skype button. All is well and good, getting the skype button to aprear with the right (dynamic) status but the item is not clicable even though it has the needed code for it. Here's the code that i'm using.
i just craete a blank movie and put this in first blank keyframe.

You have to use an absolute path in you getURL function, for example "http://skype.com/skype:SKYPE_NAME?chat" presuning you can log into your skype account through a url that will pass your username and password through url or php possibly like: http://skype.com/username.password/skype:SKYPE_NAME?chat" or the like, check skype docs about entering through url otherwise simply code the getURL to your skype log in page..
