I can login to the management portal, but when it starts populating the services, the page goes grayscale and I get the message "You

    Hi,
From the thread that you provided, we can see that this issue was fixed, up to now I haven't heard the same issue, based on your description, this issue was only happening in Chrome, I tested this on my local (create a new website in chrome), it worked as
normal, and I didn't reproduce this issue, so I think this may be not a bug in chrome, please try to clean session and cookie, or use another machine test it, if issue was still exist, please try to contact with support with detail information, Please

When I log in to Azure Portal Management, I get a message
"You have signed out elsewhere.  Click OK to log out from the management portal."   It greys out the portal so I can't do anything except to click OK to log out or hit escape to bypass this message.  How do I get rid of this
    message?
    thanks, Paul

    Hi,
I suggest you to clear cache and cookies on Internet explorer. Then try logging in to Azure portal.

  • Skype automatically signing out on iPad when not i...

Please help me! When I am not using my iPad for a while my Skype appears to shut down (sign out?) automatically. Other users still see me as online, but nothing happens when they call me, but when I go onto Skype I see that I missed a call, even though it didn't ring. Also, when I open the Skype app, it comes up with the "signing in" screen- I don't want it to sign out, just run in the background, and then let me know when someone is ringing! I have recently updated to IOS8 and this seems to be when the problem started. Help please!

Exactly the same problem and this workd for me.

  • Can't sign in into skype after sign out

hi! i need help this past two days suddenly my skype went to log.out and im trying to sign in, it says that my skype account is already sign in on this computer, in order to sign in i have to sign out my skype first.. how???? i try to uninstall and install again..still same..
"WE CANT OPEN SKYPE, YOU ARE ALREADY SIGN IN ON THIS COMPUTER. PLEASE SIGN oUT AND TRY TO SIGN IN AGAIN" how can i do that if i cant acces on my skype??? please help me.. im using windos 8..

Try to reset all Skype settings:
Quit Skype or use Windows Task Manager to kill any Skype.exe process. Go to Windows Start and in the Search/Run box type %appdata% and then press Enter or click the OK button. The Windows File Explorer will pop up. There locate a folder named “Skype”. Rename this folder to something different, e.g. Skype_old.
Next go to Windows Start and in the Search/Run box type %temp%\skype and then press Enter or click the OK button. Delete the DbTemp folder.
    Restart Skype.
N.B. If needed, you will still be able to re-establish your call and chat history. All data is still saved in the Skype_old folder.

  • Skype Instant Sign-out

Recently, I've been having an issue where as soon as I sign into Skype it automatically signs me back out again. This issue has been consistent for several days on my KDE desktop. I was able to stay signed in for around 5 minutes after I moved my ~/.Skype directory. I have tried opening Skype from a terminal and there are no error messages provided. I also created the directory ~/.Skype/Logs and tried looking at the log file from a crashed session, but all this gave me was a binary blob which I couldn't read.
I thought that this issue was isolated to my KDE desktop, but it has now spread to my laptop which runs i3. Is anyone else experiencing this?

In Internet Explorer go to Help -> About Internet Explorer.

P.S. Please, don’t say that you are not using Internet Explorer. This is irrelevant. Skype depends on Internet Explorer.

  • Can't sign in into skype after signing out of emai...

I am writing this for a friend who is running Windows7, and has the latest version of Skype.
After he has checked his email, whether it is hotmail (outlook) or bigpond, he is unable to sign into Skype. The circle in the centre of Skype just keeps spinning and will not sign in.
If he tries to sign into Skype before using his email clients he is able to sign in straight away.
Also if he shuts down his computer after reading email and then restarts, he can sign in with no problem.
Has anyone any idea why this is happening?
    Thank you in advance.

I was even on customer support chat and gave her permission to remotely access my comp. She worked on it for over an hour and I still get stuck on the blue signing in screen. Y'all seriously have some work to do with this app. A few of my friends are having the same issues also, so now I know for a fact it is not something to do with my comp, antivirus or firewall settengs. I have unistalled and reinstalled Skype 6 times already. Now I know why I used Yahoo messenger for so long. I never had any issues with it.
Reboot your computer in Safe Mode with Networking and then try to start Skype.

  • Does Skype on Android ever sign out?

I have been having a multitude of problems with Skype on both Android and Windows, I'll stick with Android here. System Specs:Samsung Galaxy SIII (Sprint)Model SPH-L710Stock ROMAndroid Version 4.1.2 Oftentimes I will receive messages marked as having been sent 'now' when in fact they were sent at a previous time and I already saw them on my Windows client.  It's a minor issue, but slightly frustrating when trying to keep a conversation in order. Signing out... Where to start?  Does Skype ever sign out properly on an Android handset?  I will very often receive notifications about missed messages when I know for a fact that I had signed out of Skype.  Here is a screenshot showing my notification bar when I am signed into Skype: The Skype icon is visible, and filled in.  Obviously I am signed in.  Ok, no problems here. Now here is a screenshot of of a message notification.  You might notice something is missing:
That's right.  I am now receiving message notifications while I am not signed into Skype on my phone.  This is really annoying, and mildy creepy. There really is no rhyme or reason I can discern as to when or why I receive message notifications while being 'signed out'.  I get them after signing out.  I get them before signing in.  Hell, sometimes I get them as soon as I reboot my phone and I am definitely not signed in then. Another problem I have been having, but I don't have any screenshot for yet, is that Skype will tell me that either I or the person I am talking to has added other people to conversation who we've previously had group conversations with.  Neither I or the other party has actually done this though, and the person that is added doesn't seem to be receiving any of the messages.  Very weird buggy stuff for what is supposed to be a mature application. This really sucks for me because I've been trying like mad to find a decent unified messaging program since I use Android on the go, Windows at home and work, and my girlfriend has an iPhone.  Skype seemed like a great idea, I even plunked down for the premium subscription for the extra goodies (which I feel are a ripoff since most of them were free at some point, but that's another story for another day) - Apparently it isn't as great an idea as I thought it was. C'mon Microsoft.  It's 2013.  Instant messenger capabilities have been around for well over a decade now.  What's the issue?  Why is it so hard to find an application that will allow me to chat across different popular OSs without all sorts of funky issues?  That I pay for this just makes it all the more frustrating. Anyone else having problems like these?  Any remedies?

Hi Alura, Father Christmas rewards little girls with patience and persistence, qualities he greatly admires - Merry (foot-washing) Christmas  I had a problem similar to yours with Skype 4.5.  Reverting to this more reliable older Skype 4.0.0.22082 version, resolved the problem for many of us with smart-phones.  Others, usually with tablets, reported that Skype 3.2.0.6673, better suited their needs.  If you have a smart-phone, tap the link of the former Skype, or the latter if you have a tablet.  If your first choice does not meet your needs, the other would be worth trying.   Before tapping the downloaded apk file to install the selected Skype, uninstall the current Skype, disable the Play Store “Auto-update apps” option, and enable the Android Settings (from) “Unknown sources” option.  Once installed, disable the “Unknown sources” option.  Be sure to try any future Skype release, indicated by a change of release date on the Google Play Store Skype “UPDATE” page.  If the new Skype is unsatisfactory, revert to the older Skype using the saved apk file.   You can choose an even earlier Skype version if you feel that this would be beneficial.  To date. I have not experienced any security problems with any of the above web links.  Please be sure to post another reply to let me know how you go with the installation.  I should be able to help you if you encounter difficulties.   If you have not already done so, you should create a good Android issue report here to help Skype improve future versions.  I am sure that a Private Message to Claudius, letting him know where your report is, would be a nice surprise, and really make his day    Regards, BGW.514

  • "You've been signed out" error every time I try to sign into Creative Cloud desktop application.

I keeping getting a "You've been signed out" message everytime I try to log into the Creative Cloud desktop application.
I have tried the following to no avail:
Uninstalling and reinstalling the Creative Cloud app.
Renaming the OOBE folder to OOBE-old.
    Deleting everything in the SLCache.
All of the above were suggested either on these forums or by support. None have worked.
I am on a team membership.
I am currently using Adobe Creative Suite CS5.5.
I am on a Mac running Mavericks (OSX 10.9).
Nothing seems to be working and I have been passed from department to department on the support chat window thing.
Someone, for the love of God, please help.

CM_Martketing and MikeBanks are correct, but I think what is confusing some people is that they are mistaking their Mac HD for the user name. I kind of had to mash up 2 posts to get it right:
1: Open Activity monitor from spotlight and end all Adobe related processes. You may find processes like AAMupdater, AAMupdater notifier, Adobe Crash demon process.
2: Open Finder and navigate Macintosh HD/Users/[your user name]/Library (the library folder might be grayed out, just right click and select open)
3: Now navigate to Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/.. folder.
4: Delete opm file under OOBE.
    5: Rename OOBE to OOBEold.
6: Check if you have AAMupdater in the adobe folder.
7: Please rename it to AAMupdaterold.
8: Click on gear icon on Creative Cloud desktop app and choose Quit Creative Cloud.
9: Then launch it, sign-in and click on Apps tab.
It worked perfectly! Thanks everyone, I've been trying to figure this out for a month!

I changed my Apple ID and now with my new phone when I restored a backup the old ID is still in there and I can't sign out of the old ID to log into the new one as the password does not work! I've even tried to change the ID back to the old email on the "manage my ID" on the web but I can't do that either as the email is apparently "not available"... Its driving me insane

Did you ever get an answer for this?  I have the same problem.
