I bought 200 kr skype credit today. Spendt about 20. And my balance shows 68. I have tried to find out why, but there is virtually impossible to get customer service. I suggest you make a chat or mail service at least!

i can not contact itunes store with my iphone to update applicationIm having a problem when in App Store and trying to download a game i keep getting error message saying "Can Not Connect to iTunes Store" since last night. Spent hours on the phone this afternoon with Tech Support since only 3 days old my iPad3, only to have him have me doing a restore after backing everything up...once off the phone i noticed the Restore wouldnt even work on my PC, saying an unknown error has occured. I am dreading having to call back and spend the next few hours on the phone with them on a brand new product. If still having problems going back to Apple Store in the local mall where hubby bought it for my bday present 5 days ago and will be demanding a brand new one... why should i have to restore a brand new product that was barely used during the past 3 days to factory settings..to me it is a product defect and want a new one since its brand new!! just thought id let you know what Apple Tech Support was having me do with basically same message. Client can not contact WSUS server.
Hello everyone
I have a WSUS 3.0 server (v3.2.7600.226) and 3 test clients.
The WSUS server is on subnet xxx.xx.30.xx
Client1 is on the same subnet as WSUS (no problem receiving updates)
Client2 is on subnet 52(no problem receiving updates)
Client3 is on subnet 25 (can not contact WSUS, therefore does not receive updates)
All the clients are standalone machines, they do not belong to any domain.
What I tried so far with no success:
disabled firewall on server
tried this fixit on the client: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/836941/en-us
Stopped wuauclt and bits services, renamed
%windir%/SoftwareDistribution folder, restarted services
Read a number of forum posts and blogs but could not find a solution.
Client3 Facts:
It is a fresh windows 7 installation, no updates have been installed.
Can ping the FQDN and IP address of WSUS server.
Unlike Client1 and 2, Client3 can not visit the ISS7 web page when I enter the FQDN on a browser.
Run checkdiag.exe which reported the following:

I'm having an issue with this statement, although I don't think it's a contributing factor. I'm skeptical how a "fresh Win7 installation" can get a v7.6 WUA installed... Win7RTM shipped with v7.4, and Win7SP1 shipped with v7.5 ... so SOMETHING updated this
machine to WUA v7.6!

This is your key consideration right here. If the browser can't get to the webserver, then the WUA ain't never gonna be able to get to the webservices hosted on that webserver.

If you're referring to FaceTime, it is currently limited to Wi-Fi only.
Sending files via Bluetooth is not a supported feature of the iPhone or iOS. A simple search of the web or these forums would have made that abundantly clear.

How do you remove an apple id when you can not contact the previous user?
I am working with a local Pawn shop that purchased an ipad from an indavidual. They restored the ipad and apparently, the contact info from the user is bogus. So, is there any way to get the apple id removed when you can not contact the previous owner? I have the serial number and any other info that may be needed.
No, there is no way to remove the previous user ID. If the previous owners information was bogus the iPad is likely stolen.

thxSame thing happened to me this last weekend. Bought an iPad on Craigslist and turns out I got duped and I can't get a hold of the chick who sold it to me. I called Apple as well as local law enforcement agencies (wasn't stolen and they can't do anything). Apple won't contact original owner for you because of their privacy policy. Unless someone figures out a way to bypass iCloud, the only solution is to sell it for parts on eBay. That's what I'm doing! List it on eBay with a reserve, start it at $0.99 on a Sunday night 7 day auction and hopefully you will get your money back. I am getting a lot of response on mine so far.
Hopefully Apple will at least begin contacting original iCloud registrants (whoever registered the serial number) to see if product was stolen and if they can remove it from their devices. There needs to be some sort of solution for people who buy Apple products second-hand legitimately! -

Please fix Skype Credit page - it does NOT load pr...
I cannot get the Skype Credit page to load on many of my personal computers (4 to be exact) and also seen this problem on some friends' computers too. I get a page with a "Loading" text and a blue dot above it. That is all.
What I've tried:
- Latest browsers (Chromium, Firefox, Opera)
- Latest Adobe Flash version
- older browsers (FF 3.6, FF 24, Opera 10/11, and IE
The results are consistent across these and the Skype Credit page simply refuses to load/display. All of my personal computers are virus and malware free. In fact, I recently did a fresh Windows 7 install on one of them, and tested the Skype Credit page right after that only to find it didn't work.
Is there some special requirement for that page? Java? Security settings?
Honestly, this is very frustrating! I have never had such problems with any other website before. And if a certain website didn't display properly for me in one browser, I never had problems getting it to work in a different browser.
I should note that *most* other Skype pages work (though not all of them). In any case, I really can't be bothered to go checking each one for you all. All I want to do is Log In so I can Buy some stupid Skype Credit.

But first, I must say that I am deeply ashamed, and I apologize to for coming here and blaming Skype, because it turns out the fault is completely mine. The problem was that a while back, a tech buddy of mine sent me his Windows "hosts" files (the hosts file allows a simple way to block unwanted and dangerous websites, as well as advertisements from loading on your computer). Most of the time, I do pay attention when I compile my hosts file, but this time I assumed my buddy's list of blocked websites was reasonable.
Turns out, he had the following entries in there (without the quotation marks):
"skypeassets.com"
"secure.skypeassets.com"
That means, any web page that needed to access these was blocked from loading. As a result, this is what broke the Skype Credit page.
I attached a screenshot to show what the Buy Skype Credit page looks like when it is blocked, so that way, if anyone has this issue and wonders why it's not working, check your hosts file (found in "C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers\etc").
The Buy Skype Credit page now seems to work fine in all of my browsers (Firefox 32, Firefox 24, Opera 12/11/10, and IE8 ). I also tested IE6 just for giggles, but it gives a "Page Cannot be Displayed" error. This is very common with IE6, though. I'm just stating this in case anyone is still running that dinosaur browser (please don't, it's not safe or compatible).
