Skype Credit Do Not update

Dear Community,
I recently purchased a 25$ subscription and I received the order number and the money was withdrawn from my bank account.
However, when I log into my Skype client for Windows 7, the credit did not update and still showing the old value
Please advise.

Skype credit gone after update?!

About a week ago I got an update for Skype on my iPhone and iPad. As usual, I updated. The next day I wanted to call my family in Germany over Skype on my phone and was told I have no credit left. How is that possible?? I KNOW I had enough credit before the update!!! Please help?

assuming that you already double-checked if you are using the correct username (if in case you have more than one account), try to sign out then sign in again. That procedure is different that just closing the Skype software, then running it again.
If your credits still don'tshow, then you may need to contact customer service regarding that matter.

FD32 Credit Exposure not updating

Hi All,
I am creating sales order where system is working fine to blocking sales order due to credit limit. But that credit amount is not updating in credit exposure in FD32, instead it is showing 0.00 value.
Any clue.................highly appreciated

You need to check at followinplace :
1.) Pricing Procedure whether 'A' is maintained in SubTotal field against Net Price.
2.) What is the update Group in Credit Control Area at Enterprise Structure.
3.) If you have done the stting after maintainig the FD32 data then run the transaction F.28

Skype credit is not accurate to the payment

Hello,
I have just purchased the Skype credit this morning for 400 minutes/Month calling to Thailand, instead of getting the exact available 400 minutes I attained only 101 minutes which means 299 minutes have been deducted unknowingly.
I paid several the same Skype credits in the past and I had never been checking it until last two months I suspected that my Skype credits were exhausted very fast and unreasonably. So, after I have paid the Skype credits this morning, I went to check it and the unexpected imposture of Skype service was disclosed as I have mentioned above.
For this, is there any authority or particular person who is responsible for this issue?
I really hope that the certain satisfactory action will be taken for my issue, and my Skype credits will get restored as soon as possible.

Skype for Business not updating icons on start menu - Using OCT for Lync 2013 deployment

We're currently deploying Lync 2013 to out fleet using the OCT to customize where the shortcuts are created.
What we are finding is that the Skype for Business Patch does not update these icons. It only updates the icons if they are in the default location (no OCT).
Is there a standalone Installer for Skype for Business we could apply a TRANSFORM to? Or some other method of updating all icons startmenu, taskbar etc.

Have you tried to create a new desktop shortcut ?
In addition, you can try to follow the FAQ below to rebuild the icon cache.

Skype Credit & Contacts not Appearing in iOS App, when they are on Desktop.

Hi, I am having the same issue that many people have raised, but there appear to be not suggestions as to what shoudl be done. I have an MS Accoount which is used to sign into Skype. Destop is signed in and shows credit. iOS shows credit £0.00. Desktop has about 20 contacts. iOS has 1. I have uninstalled & re-installed the iOS app. I think it may possibly relate to the Skype Account vs. Microsoft Account, but this is unlikley. When I try and try and reset the Skype Account Password to the same as the Microsoft Account Password it won't let me so I presume these are in fact the same thing. Anyway Skype/Microsoft will no longer allow me to change passwords since I've exceeded the number allowed within 24 hours. Any advice will be greatfully recieved. Peter PS. Now Skype App (OSX Desktop), with Micrsoft Account, will not let me sign in, but I am able to use the Account (to update this Message). OK. At last. There were two accounts, a Microsoft Account and a Sype Account. They were completely seperate, and thus the problem. At some point I must have used the same password for both. Hoever can I make a few suggestions.... 1) If you copy & past the code for password re-set be careful not to get leading/training spaces because these appear to be significant. 2) The message when you enter an incorrect Password is the Skype is not recognising the User Name AND the Password. Surely it's the combination that is incorrect? 3) Please do not use Skype to market Microsoft Accounts. Case Closed.

i should mention i already tried deleting the -v22 file.

Skype for Business not Updating Shortcuts - Pro Plus 2013

Installing the Skype for Business update does not appear to update the start menu icons for Office 2013 Pro Plus, so we now have Skype for Business app but only shortcuts for Lync (which will launch Skype for Business when clicked). In our environment
we use the OCT to create an MST which moves the Office shortcuts at initial install, so I think this may be the issue.
Anyone else see this? Office 2013 Pro Plus / Win 7 x64

Credit management not updated for the first credit blocked order only

Hi experts,
Pls help to solve. Thx.
Case: The first sales order is created against credit block because the credit limit is exceeded. In FD33, no credit data related to the first order indicates, i.e. credit limit used shows zero as well as sales value, credit exposure. In VKM1, the blocked order can be captured.
As long as the second order is created, the credit management can be updated. But, it still does not capture the data from the first order.
The sales orders I test have the same delivery date.
Questions:
1. Is the standard behavior for the dynamic credit check?
2. If not, how to make credit management consider the first order data?
PS. In OVA8, update 000012 is applied while horizon is 4 months.

After testing, I found credit management can consider the first order data if using 000018 only. Why 000012 cannot consider it?
I have checked the explanation for those two update groups by F4. I feel obscure about the explanation of sales order between them (see below).
000012:
Sales order
Increases open order value from delivery-relevant schedule lines
000018:
Sales order
Increases open delivery value
By the way, my testing data as below:
1. were the two sales orders of the same document type? Answer: yes. Same document type, same customer, same delivery date, etc.
2. were the item categories the same? if not, was one not relevant for credit check? Answer: Yes, the same.
3. did the documents have the same value? if the second order had a lower value and was not blocked for credit, the exposure will be updated. Answer: yes, credit management can consider the second order data ONLY. It seems the first order have not been created if checking credit management.

Credit amount not updated once gave reason for rejection

Dear all
i want to know one thing once i Gave reason for rejection to sales order or some line items that amount should play in credit Account of the customer
but in my case it is not Playing
ex: i have given Credit limit 20000 rs
now customer created one sales order with the value 20000 rs ...so Credit limit finished
Now Due to some problem Maintained reason for rejection for that document
now That 20000 rs should add in Customer account right but unable to create new sales order with that customer .
What is problem cause?

I have payed 4 a skpye number about a month ago and the number is still not working and says I have no Skype credz. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I would call my credit card company and dispute the charge, and tell them why.
I have still not gotten a response from Skype on my credit not being applied, and I used to work for them. Not a good thing!

Down Payment cleared against invoice but in credit management not updated

A down payment of 185,000 was cleared against an invoice last year. But that value is still showing in the credit management Special liabilities. The orders are being blocked because of this. what should i do?

Sir,
Clearing has been done in FI via F-39. The document is cleared and is showing in FBL5n cleared data. I think this is an update error or some thing.

My Skype credit amount not received

Hi,
I have made a payment using "One off Bank Transfer" last week and I have not received the money to my skype account yet.
To report this and to have someone check it, I dont see an easy way like "Contact Us" or "Complaints".
Now, is there anyone who could help me.

Skype credit but not in My home country

When trying to buy Credits I am redirected to a Taiwanese website (PC Home) and there asked to submit id-card from Taiwan. Since I do not live in Taiwan I do not have that. Can not avoid ending up In this situation and are asking for advice.

A/P Credit Memo not updating Goods Receipt PO

1) A Goods Receipt was created from a PO for all 5 items in the PO.
2) An A/P Invoice was created for 3 of the items from the Goods Receipt.
3) An A/P Credit Memo was created was created for the A/P Invoice.
4) The A/P Credit Memo is Closed, The A/P Invoice is Closed....which it should be.
5) The problem is that the Goods Receipt only has the remaining 2 items available to copy to the new A/P invoice.
How do I get the other 3 items to copy now to an A/P Invoice? Do you have to type them in individually? This scenario isn't so bad with 3 items but what if it was 100 items.
Any help would be appreciated.
