Skype credit gone after update?!

Hello!
About a week ago I got an update for Skype on my iPhone and iPad. As usual, I updated. The next day I wanted to call my family in Germany over Skype on my phone and was told I have no credit left. How is that possible?? I KNOW I had enough credit before the update!!! Please help?

assuming that you already double-checked if you are using the correct username (if in case you have more than one account), try to sign out then sign in again. That procedure is different that just closing the Skype software, then running it again.
If your credits still don'tshow, then you may need to contact customer service regarding that matter.

Why are you looking in a shared library, is itunes set up as a secondary library.
See This
If you are set up as a primary library you need to look in my tv shows.
When you say you have reinstalled everything, does that include itunes (if so how did you do that), does it include rebuilding your itunes library.

My guess is that the apps were not in the iTunes library on the computer on which you did the update. Apps )and ther items like music)are nt in the backu that iTunes makes as the first step of the backup.

TV, Movie, and Podcast Favorites Gone after Update?

Has anyone else noticed their "Favorites" gone after updating to the latest software? I did also unplug and do some traveling over the weekend so I'm not sure what exactly caused it but I had to add all my favorites again. I suspect the update did it. Did this happen to anyone else?

When loggin into my PC today i had a notice that my account had been breached and suspended.
After changing everything i noticed account has been used by somebody else.
Some questions i saw in a other topic:
Has your account been hacked? Looks like it
Are there any changes to it? Only my credit gone down.
Have you checked your call and transaction history at your Account Page?

Facebook and Twitter tap to post gone after updating to ios 7

Hey guys,
I noticed that the tap to post widget has gone from the notification center after updating to iOS 7. Anyone else noticed this? And if so, will it be available in the future?

You're not alone, I'm missing them too. It's a shame, I used the share widget to update my Facebook status more frequently than I used the Facebook app. I'm hoping it's just a burried setting somewhere that I'm missing.

All music gone after update

After updating yesterday I clicked on iTunes and all my music is gone. No playlist. This happened a few weeks ago while using the old version. I took the laptop into the Geeks and they were able to find my music on my backup drive. They said they could not help me today because of the new update. I don't understand why this keeps happening. I have had iTunes for a while now and never had a proble.

You know, I had the same exact problem. Updated my phone to 4.2 and left the house went to play music and it was all gone!!! I was so upset! Turned it off and on, Reset it, re-synced, and still the same problem. All the music showed up while synced but not with iPhone alone. Until!!! While it was synced I played a couple of the songs that appeared to be still in my iphone library. I then gave up thinking i would just have to restore to factory settings and just start over. but one last try and shock of all shocks my music reappeared! Dont know if it was just a fluke but I wanted to share the info in case there is something more to it. Good luck Iphone users! I hope you find some relief from your problems as I have

Skype Credit Do Not update

Dear Community,
I recently purchased a 25$ subscription and I received the order number and the money was withdrawn from my bank account.
However, when I log into my Skype client for Windows 7, the credit did not update and still showing the old value

Determined by your carrier...asked daily here. So, complain to your carrier, as there is no other way to fix this.

Hi all i am facing Login interface problem after updating skype to latest version - 6.18
I have seen the suggested solution to download the patch (index.html), i have downloaded it but where to place this file ? Someone said to put index.html in C:\ProgramData\Skype\App\login but when i go to C:\ProgramData\Skype\ i didn't found 'App' folder. What to do?

All my 3rd party plugins are gone after the new update from apple !! I am running lep and logic studio G5 dual 2.5 ppc 8 gigs of ram !!!! What happen ???? Can not get the AU manger to launch !!!!! Help dead in the water !!!!!!!

user/library/caches/com.apple.audiounits.cache
and
user*/library/caches/Logic/
Reboot, and try again...

Where did you find that option? I just logged on here on my computer and can't find where to reactivate, only how to buy it. Please help! I had about 10 usd on here. And as you ask later on, WHY did Skype take this away? I got an email saying that the automatic payment was cancelled which is fine, but don't take my money please.

Pictures gone after update to 925

Some of my pictures are completely gone after the latest update. They are not found from my pictures nor from onedrive even though all photos have been uploaded automatically. Is there any way to restore the photos?

Welcome to the forum!
Aside from the photos, are there any other files affected by this issue (like videos, music, apps, etc.)? Was it the Lumia Black SW update that has just been installed in the phone?
If you're able to sync the phone's files to a PC via Windows Phone app for desktop prior to this issue, you can just sync them back to your Lumia 925. You can also directly transfer the photos back to the phone via Windows Explorer.
Unless a backup via OneDrive or Windows Phone app for desktop is created, the deleted photos can no longer be restored. I suggest that you enable all Backup options under Settings to prevent data loss in the future.
