Skype credit is not accurate to the payment

Hello,
I have just purchased the Skype credit this morning for 400 minutes/Month calling to Thailand, instead of getting the exact available 400 minutes I attained only 101 minutes which means 299 minutes have been deducted unknowingly.
I paid several the same Skype credits in the past and I had never been checking it until last two months I suspected that my Skype credits were exhausted very fast and unreasonably. So, after I have paid the Skype credits this morning, I went to check it and the unexpected imposture of Skype service was disclosed as I have mentioned above.
For this, is there any authority or particular person who is responsible for this issue?
I really hope that the certain satisfactory action will be taken for my issue,  and my Skype credits will get restored as soon as possible.

    This is just a user - to - user support forum so no one can help you with payments.
    The Apple Store accepts different forms of payments in different countries. If you do not have the option to pay with a debit card then you must choose another form of payment.
    Try calling Apple at the phone number that appears in your Apple Online Store.

    Deleting sessionstore.js will cause App Tabs and Tab Groups and open and closed (undo) tabs to get lost and you will have to recreate them (make a note or bookmark them if possible).

    Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
    If the account you are using has already been created, you will have to add a payment method to verify the account. You can add the payment method and then remove it directly after it is added. If the account has not yet been created, please use the following article for instructions on how to create the account without a payment method.

    I am accepting (releasing) service entry sheet of some services. Entry was posted:
    Service Expense A/c.. Dr
    To SR / IR A/c...
    As per new service tax law, we can take credit at the time of accrual of services i.e. at the time of accepting service entry sheet. But the service tax posting is not done at the time of expense booking (see above entry). Service tax posting is done at the time of MIRO (invoice verification).
    Entry Requirement:

    Ser Tax Basic A/c... Dr   
    Ser Tax EC A/c... Dr   
    Ser Tax SHEC A/c... Dr

    It is because system uses the same funding source as you have used with your first order.

    I go to the US App store, click on the upgrade tab for Lion. It then shows me the price in UK Sterling. I complete payment detals, click continue and it tells me my credit card is not valid in the UK. Anyone know why it directs me to the UK site to purchase? When I logged in to itunes store with my existing apple ID it came up with my amex card number etc already inserted from previous apple transactions, but with the security number blank. I entered that and got the same 'This card is not valid in the UK...' message - even though its already registered and accepted elsewhere in the apple empire. First contact with itunes has only produced a standard reply which does not answer my question.

    I would call my credit card company and dispute the charge, and tell them why.
    I have still not gotten a response from Skype on my credit not being applied, and I used to work for them.  Not a good thing!

    I am trying to change my credit card details from my old AMEX card to my British Airways AMEX card. However when I enter the card details I receive and error message - saying "My Credit Card is not valid for a payment in the UK". I have ensured all my apple ID's are correct and revised my account info in ITUNES. I live in the UK - have always lived in the UK and my previous credit card was UK. I cannot understand why ITUNES won't accept my changes. I have contacted ITUNES. They removed my old credit card and after I entered my new card - it came up with the same error message.     We have done the FBZP configurations to use  F110 automatic payment run. However the house bank and account ID does not get picked automatically. We have to go line by line and reallocate. We have maintained the payment method, and house bank ranking order. Please let us know if there are any other changes that we need to make for the house bank to be be picked automatically ????

    Hi,
    Please try to maintain bank detail in vendor master and if bank details are not maintained while posting than APP will not pick the house bank and bank account.
    Now, you can add the bank detail in vendor master for future invoice posting, bank detail will be picked by APP in future runs. For current open item you need to use mass update for line items.

    Go to transaction SE38 and run program RFCHKU00. This will update the assignment field of the document with the check numbers.
