I have renewed my sype subscription but its not reflecting in my aacount. Please let me know if there is anything i need to do from my side.

I have a similar problem. I bought a skype subscription and received a confirmation email that it was delivered. When I sign into my account I can see the payment for three months. But the subscription bar on the left of the page reads "no subscriptions" and I can't male any calls to the US. When I dial a call from my iPhone it says "no skype credit". Where's the subscription? Why would I need skype credit if I've purchased a subscription? What's going on?

Your order history shows that you have purchased a Skype Number, which enables you to receive calls from phones. You can check the product name from your order history and email confirmation.
Skype handles incoming and outgoing calls separately, so if you wish to make outgoing calls to phone numbers then you need a subscription from: http://www.skype.com/en/rates/
You can contact customer service to get the product switched to a subscription. Follow steps here:

Subscription for Skype Credit not showing

Hello,
I subscribed to skype credit before and then after one of the patches awhile back it shows me that I have no subscription but when I go to skype options it says I have auto recharge enabled. However, it doesn't recharge automatically when it falls under the credit threshold it set up; I have to do it manually. I've tried disabling then re-enabling auto recharge but it still shows "No subscription" on my skype window. Also, my CC is up to date and works when I manually recharge it
Any advice on this?

Subscriptions and auto-recharge are different things. Auto-recharge tops up your Skype Credit balance, subscriptions are prepaid packages that renew monthly, quarterly or annually.

Skype credit not showing up in Skype app

i just bought skype credit
in my account it says i have £10.00
However in my skype app it shows credit as £0.00
When i go to make a call it hangs it up before connecting and tells me to buy credit.
i have been charged and the transaction has been "delivered" why cant i make any calls...

Please make sure you sign in to the Skype applicaiton with the same Skype name that your purchased the credits for. When checking the Skype name you used to sign in here on the community there is no order registered and the credit balance is "0" as well. Check the order confirmation email to verify which account you purchased the credit for.

Skype credit - NOT

I added $10 US to my credit 2 days ago. I received an email notification "we're happy to confirm your payment and we've updated your balance". I have logged into "my account" "Purchase History" which shows the $20US as "delivered". but when I log onto Skype, in the top left corner of the window there is just $0.08 listed as my credit, and when i try to make international phone calls the call is immediately cut off, and I get a message"you need to get skype credit to make this phone call"!!
Please fix this!

I can see at your account that the $10.00 credit purchase transaction has been completed but that the credit has not been applied. Try logging off from your account, waiting for 5 minutes and then logging on again to force the client to refresh. This usually works.

I recommend that you always run the latest Skype version: Windows & Mac

Skype Credit not upgraded 2 times?

Dear Helpers and all, I purchased a skype abbonement (The Netherlands) for landline and mobile.
120 minutes I had already one running but I went out of minutes and bought a new one (3,50 E) I did this TWICE! In other words I bought it twice! One yesterday and one today. And it still nog upgraded?
I already logged out and in. Restarted skype and my laptop. But I still can not make any phone calls.
The order is delivered and already bin paid. Now what?

Your account shows that you have used your full minutes allocation in your current billing cycle and your next minutes will be added to your account when your next billing cycle starts on
Renewing your monthly Subscription before your billing cycle ends has no effect on the date upon which your minutes allocation will be added to your account.
To continue calling until your next minutes allocation is applied to your account please purchase either a Subscription but with a different amount of minutes or Skype Credit.

Hi I don't know why you have not clear wa_final after appending to it_final, so I did bolow change, please check.
Here while looping it_faglflexa, all the time it_final gets appended.
If you won't clear wa_final then entries of previouse entry may get mixed up.
Please try below code.

Skype Credit not reflecting - Charges charged to Credit Card

I've applied for a yearly subscription and have received a message from Skype stating that the subscription has not been processed because the charge to the bank did not go through, although it is reflecting in the bank statement.

sometimes just a reservation on your bank account. something that gets cleared after x amount of time. you can always check your skype account at https://go.skype.com/myaccount to see whether the order went through or not.
furthemore, buying a subscription doesn’t add credit to your Skype Credit balance; a subscription provides you with calling minutes.

Skype credit not authorized

I selected the option for suscription for burundi at 16.99 however somehow i got charged an additional 7$ for skype credit which i did not agreed to. Could i have that charge of $7 reversed back to the credit card? Thank you

Skype credit not visible

I have Skype version 7.0.80.102 on my PC (Windows 7 Home Premium 6.1 Service Pack 1). Before installing this latest version of Skype, I was able to see my Skype credit on the home page and when I was making a call. Now it seems to have disappeared. How can I get it back again? Hello Why is my SkypeOut credit no longer shown with my name? I have two versions of Skype om my computer. The first, which came pre-installed with my new Asus Laptop and Windows 8.0 and now Windows 8.1. I do not know the version of the pre-loaded Skype as it lacks in functionality. It is definitely the worst version of Skype that has ever been designed and I have used Skype since (approx 2004) shortly after it was first created. I recently downloaded Skype 6.22.81.104 for Windows desktop and added it to my Asus laptop because of all the frustrating problems I have had with the pre-installed Skype. Although this version is better then the pre-installed version it is lacking of very good features that were on the earlier versions. On all previous versions of Skype (including W 8.1 pre-installed version), my SkypeOut credit was always displayed with my Skype name. With Skype 6.22.81.104 I must click on my profile to see my credit. Why? Why? Why can't I see it anymore with Skype 6.22.81.104? I have checked all the Skype set-up possibilities and can't find a solution. I also checked Skpye Help and Community and have not found an answer. How do I correct this? Please instruct the program designers to leave good ideas from past Skype version in any updates they do. Also please get rid of the big bulky/blocky Windows Skype version. Also stop it taking the full screen - allow us to reduce the Skype screen size. Thank you.

Credit not showing

I loaded $25 from a temporary debit card and it doesn't show in my account to me. It says I only have 66 cents. I e-mailed support and is being told it is in there. What do I need to do??I even cleaned the browser history in my computer.And loaded the latest iTunes download. Still doesn't show my $25 credit. The problem seems to be with iTunes...not my computer. Any ideas. Thank you

That's not possible to do.
The only way you add an amount to iTunes is to purchase an iTunes gift certificate or an iTunes card and redeem it.
You can add a debit/credit card to your iTunes account but it is only charged when you actually make a purchase.

Having MDT display the wizard in case of a error (red/salmon) is by design.
Better to figure out which steps are failing in your task sequence and/or marking the failing steps with "Continue on error" in the Task Sequence Editor. That will suppress errors that are really warnings.

I purchased US$10.00 in credit several weeks ago. I logged on tonight and my call history and credit balance do not display. I'm new to skype and probably doing something wrong, but I'd appreciate your help. Thank you.

I read in another post that all I needed to do was to make a phone call to update my balance information. I did that, my balance updated, as did my call history. All is well.

I few month age I purchased $10.00 credit. I showed up in my Skype account as a credit, the $10.00 plus whatever credit I have to my phone number. When I make calls on my Skype number it will it will debit my account balance until I approach the $10,00 amount and then autochaged without using the $10,00. How do I move the $10.00 to apply to my Skype number account?
