Skype credit not updated.

Skype Id (removed) parchased credit online recieved confirmation from my bank as well as skype but the amt not updated in my skype ID. Appreciate your early response.

I'm not sure if I have posted this in the correct section and I'm not sure if anybody is concerned with my issue. I've been looking for a customer service number such that I can talk to someone, but there's none available. My credit card has been charged, the email says order delivered, but balance is not updated. Anybody please point me to the right direction? Need to resolve this ASAP.

Skype credit - NOT

I added $10 US to my credit 2 days ago. I received an email notification "we're happy to confirm your payment and we've updated your balance". I have logged into "my account" "Purchase History" which shows the $20US as "delivered". but when I log onto Skype, in the top left corner of the window there is just $0.08 listed as my credit, and when i try to make international phone calls the call is immediately cut off, and I get a message"you need to get skype credit to make this phone call"!!
Please fix this!

Hello and welcome to the Skype Community.
I can see at your account that the $10.00 credit purchase transaction has been completed but that the credit has not been applied. Try logging off from your account, waiting for 5 minutes and then logging on again to force the client to refresh. This usually works.

I recommend that you always run the latest Skype version: Windows & Mac

Financial document - Letter of credit not updated

Hi ,
The financial document ( LC) open value is not updated in vx13n after the PGI and billing even though accounting document is generated in both the cases.
We have assigned the financial document at the item level in the sales order.
Aslo we have tried the cycle where i have assigned the LC in header details .
In both the cases its not getting updated .
Can you please guide how can it can be done .

updated settings in the credit limit check. Automatic credit check with routing updated in the config. now open values are updating in the fin.documents

A/R Credit note update error

I make one A/R Credit Note after that i want to attach same document with this A/R Credit note but system error is showing
Invalid value [A/R Credit Memo-reopen origin. order by return] [message 439-173]
Please suggest what is the reason.

Skype Credit not upgraded 2 times?

Dear Helpers and all, I purchased a skype abbonement (The Netherlands) for landline and mobile.
120 minutes I had already one running but I went out of minutes and bought a new one (3,50 E) I did this TWICE! In other words I bought it twice! One yesterday and one today. And it still nog upgraded?
I already logged out and in. Restarted skype and my laptop. But I still can not make any phone calls.
The order is delivered and already bin paid. Now what?

Your account shows that you have used your full minutes allocation in your current billing cycle and your next minutes will be added to your account when your next billing cycle starts on
Renewing your monthly Subscription before your billing cycle ends has no effect on the date upon which your minutes allocation will be added to your account.
To continue calling until your next minutes allocation is applied to your account please purchase either a Subscription but with a different amount of minutes or Skype Credit.

Skype Credit not reflecting - Charges charged to Credit Card

I've applied for a yearly subscription and have received a message from Skype stating that the subscription has not been processed because the charge to the bank did not go through, although it is reflecting in the bank statement.

sometimes just a reservation on your bank account. something that gets cleared after x amount of time. you can always check your skype account at https://go.skype.com/myaccount to see whether the order went through or not.
furthemore, buying a subscription doesn’t add credit to your Skype Credit balance; a subscription provides you with calling minutes.

Skype credit not authorized

I selected the option for suscription for burundi at 16.99 however somehow i got charged an additional 7$ for skype credit which i did not agreed to. Could i have that charge of $7 reversed back to the credit card? Thank you

Skype credit not visible

I have Skype version 7.0.80.102 on my PC (Windows 7 Home Premium 6.1 Service Pack 1). Before installing this latest version of Skype, I was able to see my Skype credit on the home page and when I was making a call. Now it seems to have disappeared. How can I get it back again? I have a similar problem. I bought a skype subscription and received a confirmation email that it was delivered. When I sign into my account I can see the payment for three months. But the subscription bar on the left of the page reads "no subscriptions" and I can't male any calls to the US. When I dial a call from my iPhone it says "no skype credit". Where's the subscription? Why would I need skype credit if I've purchased a subscription? What's going on?

Your order history shows that you have purchased a Skype Number, which enables you to receive calls from phones. You can check the product name from your order history and email confirmation.
Skype handles incoming and outgoing calls separately, so if you wish to make outgoing calls to phone numbers then you need a subscription from: http://www.skype.com/en/rates/

Subscription for Skype Credit not showing

I subscribed to skype credit before and then after one of the patches awhile back it shows me that I have no subscription but when I go to skype options it says I have auto recharge enabled. However, it doesn't recharge automatically when it falls under the credit threshold it set up; I have to do it manually. I've tried disabling then re-enabling auto recharge but it still shows "No subscription" on my skype window. Also, my CC is up to date and works when I manually recharge it
Any advice on this?

Subscriptions and auto-recharge are different things. Auto-recharge tops up your Skype Credit balance, subscriptions are prepaid packages that renew monthly, quarterly or annually.

Skype credit not showing up in Skype app

i just bought skype credit
in my account it says i have £10.00
However in my skype app it shows credit as £0.00
When i go to make a call it hangs it up before connecting and tells me to buy credit.
i have been charged and the transaction has been "delivered" why cant i make any calls...

Please make sure you sign in to the Skype applicaiton with the same Skype name that your purchased the credits for. When checking the Skype name you used to sign in here on the community there is no order registered and the credit balance is "0" as well. Check the order confirmation email to verify which account you purchased the credit for.

Account credit not updated

My monthly credit minutes run out and it should has been updated on the 03/03. Today is the 05/03 and I still not able to use it.

Hello everyone, Merry Xmas !
So, as you all know today is Xmas and because of that I have spent all my 520 minutes credit subscription by 22nd December 2012. My subscription is to call landline in Brazil from U.K , however on 24th I should be acredited with my new minutes allowance as Skype has already taken the yearly payment from my account on 22nd December ( same day my credits has finished), and the message I get displayed on my profile is that I need to buy more credits when I already have paid for my next year subscription which starts on 24 th December ( yesterday ) . Also it's says on my profile that my new credits is due to renew on 24th when it's already 25th and nothing has been changed and I'm still waiting ... Any help is much appreciated ! Thank you .

Skype credit not applied to my phone number account

I few month age I purchased $10.00 credit. I showed up in my Skype account as a credit, the $10.00 plus whatever credit I have to my phone number. When I make calls on my Skype number it will it will debit my account balance until I approach the $10,00 amount and then autochaged without using the $10,00. How do I move the $10.00 to apply to my Skype number account?
