Skype credit not visible

I have Skype version 7.0.80.102 on my PC (Windows 7 Home Premium 6.1 Service Pack 1). Before installing this latest version of Skype, I was able to see my Skype credit on the home page and when I was making a call.  Now it seems to have disappeared.  How can I get it back again?  Thanks in advance for any help.

    I added $10 US to my credit 2 days ago.  I received an email notification "we're happy to confirm your payment and we've updated your balance".  I have logged into "my account" "Purchase History" which shows the $20US as "delivered".  but when I log onto Skype, in the top left corner of the window there is just $0.08 listed as my credit, and when i try to  make international phone calls the call is immediately cut off, and I get a message"you need to get skype credit to make this phone call"!!
    Please fix this!

    I can see at your account that the $10.00 credit purchase transaction has been completed but that the credit has not been applied. Try logging off from your account, waiting for 5 minutes and then logging on again to force the client to refresh. This usually works.

    I recommend that you always run the latest Skype version: Windows & Mac

    Dear Helpers and all,  I purchased a skype abbonement (The Netherlands) for landline and mobile. 
    120 minutes I had already one running but I went out of minutes and bought a new one (3,50 E) I did this TWICE! In other words I bought it twice! One yesterday and one today. And it still nog upgraded?
    I already logged out and in. Restarted skype and my laptop. But I still can not make any phone calls. 
    The order is delivered and already bin paid. Now what?

    Your account shows that you have used your full minutes allocation in your current billing cycle and your next minutes will be added to your account when your next billing cycle starts on
    Renewing your monthly Subscription before your billing cycle ends has no effect on the date upon which your minutes allocation will be added to your account.
    To continue calling until your next minutes allocation is applied to your account please purchase either a Subscription but with a different amount of minutes or Skype Credit.

  • Skype Credit not reflecting - Charges charged to Credit Card

    I've applied for a yearly subscription and have received a message from Skype stating that the subscription has not been processed because the charge to the bank did not go through, although it is reflecting in the bank statement.

    sometimes just a reservation on your bank account. something that gets cleared after x amount of time. you can always check your skype account at https://go.skype.com/myaccount to see whether the order went through or not. 
    furthemore, buying a subscription doesn’t add credit to your Skype Credit balance; a subscription provides you with calling minutes.

    I selected the option for suscription for burundi at 16.99 however somehow i got charged an additional 7$ for skype credit which i did not agreed to. Could i have that charge of $7 reversed back to the credit card? Thank you

    I have a similar problem. I bought a skype subscription and received a confirmation email that it was delivered. When I sign into my account I can see the payment for three months. But the subscription bar on the left of the page reads "no subscriptions" and I can't male any calls to the US. When I dial a call from my iPhone it says "no skype credit". Where's the subscription? Why would I need skype credit if I've purchased a subscription? What's going on?

    Your order history shows that you have purchased a Skype Number, which enables you to receive calls from phones. You can check the product name from your order history and email confirmation.
    Skype handles incoming and outgoing calls separately, so if you wish to make outgoing calls to phone numbers then you need a subscription from: http://www.skype.com/en/rates/

  • Subscription for Skype Credit not showing

    Hello,
    I subscribed to skype credit before and then after one of the patches awhile back it shows me that I have no subscription but when I go to skype options it says I have auto recharge enabled. However, it doesn't recharge automatically when it falls under the credit threshold it set up; I have to do it manually. I've tried disabling then re-enabling auto recharge but it still shows "No subscription" on my skype window. Also, my CC is up to date and works when I manually recharge it
    Any advice on this?

    Subscriptions and auto-recharge are different things. Auto-recharge tops up your Skype Credit balance, subscriptions are prepaid packages that renew monthly, quarterly or annually.

    in my account it says i have £10.00
    However in my skype app it shows credit as £0.00
    When i go to make a call it hangs it up before connecting and tells me to buy credit.

    Please make sure you sign in to the Skype applicaiton with the same Skype name that your purchased the credits for. When checking the Skype name you used to sign in here on the community there is no order registered and the credit balance is "0" as well. Check the order confirmation email to verify which account you purchased the credit for.

    Skype Id (removed) parchased credit online recieved confirmation from my bank as well as skype but the amt not updated in my skype ID. Appreciate your early response.

    I'm not sure if I have posted this in the correct section and I'm not sure if anybody is concerned with my issue. I've been looking for a customer service number such that I can talk to someone, but there's none available. My credit card has been charged, the email says order delivered, but balance is not updated. Anybody please point me to the right direction? Need to resolve this ASAP.

    I few month age I purchased $10.00 credit.  I showed up in my Skype account as a credit, the $10.00 plus whatever credit I have to my phone number.  When I make calls on my Skype number it will it will debit my account balance until I approach the $10,00 amount and then autochaged without using the $10,00.  How do I move the $10.00 to apply to my Skype number account?

    To create an Apple ID without a credit card, there is a specific series of steps that have to be processed in order to allow the payment to be set as none on creation of the account.

    If the specific steps have not been processed, a credit or debit card will be required to complete the setup the account.

    Hello Gurus,
    I have configured Automatic Credit Control In IMG.
    I have checked all the necessary spets required for the avtivation of Automatic Credit Control.
    But I am facing in problem and will appreciate all your help for this problem.
    In Customer master> Sales area data> Billing Document--> delivery and payment terms. Within delivery and payment terms the feild for credit control area is not visible.
    I have checked in spro>financial accounting> Ac rec & Ac payable>customer account>master data>preparation for creating customer master> define account groups with screen laypouts (customers).
    Within Define account groups with screen laypouts (customers)>account group 001(soldtoparty)details>field status>sales data>billing-->Hedging and credit contr. area I have tried it with optional as well as reuired entry and still the credit control field is not visible in customer master.
    Pls provide me the steps as well as solutions for the problem.
