I opened my account years ago in China. I want to buy some skype credit. I have changed my country to U.S. and currency to USD; however, it still keeps on bringing me to its Chinese website and require me to pay in RMB. Please help with this. Thanks!
I have a great suggestion: stop giving them money. I've had the same problem as you, where they seem to lock my account for no reason every month and then I have to spend a lot of time and effort getting it back. They've had to issue two refunds to me and in BOTH instances they even screwed that up FORCING me to dispute the charge with my bank...
... and when I do that? "Oh, we lock your account any time a charge is disputed". This last time I got an email saying they had verified a chargeback and my account was fine... less than a month later, two days ago, it was locked again. Still waiting on them.
This is, by far, the worst company I have ever dealth with. They are just horrible in every single way. When you pay a couple hundred bucks for a fairly simple service, supposedly for a year's subscription, and then you have to constantly fight to keep using it? No. That's not going to work. This is the last time they get any of my money, that's for sure.

If you updated your existing account then try logging out of it on the iPad by tapping on the id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on the iPad. If you created a new account then any content that you purchased/downloaded via the old account will remain tied to that old account, and only that old account can download updates to its apps.

Trying to redeem a free download for a song from KLove. When I get into my acct & try to redeem it, it just keeps bringing up the "sign-in" box. When I click the button on KLove's webpage to redeem it takes me to that page but does the same thing
Get the redeem code from the KLove page:

...and enter it into the Redeem Code box in the iTunes Store.
You will have to sign in to your iTunes account.

My iPad mini, iOS 8.2 continuously keeps bringing up the message sign into iCloud. However, the account it wants me to sign in to is not mine but my mums, and when i try to delete it it will not let me.

Make sure that you haven't saved Uppercase and Lowercase versions of that name and password.
Remove saved Password(s):

Websites may be using autocomplete=off to prevent Firefox from saving the name and password.<br />
You can remove autocomplete=off with a bookmarklet to make Firefox save the name and password.

Skype keeps giving me the same error over and over...

So I ran into this problem like a few months ago, and it is giving me the worse headache ever...
See... Everytime I log into Skype, it works fine for the first few times. After a couple of times that my skype has been restarted (When I go to work and have to shutdown my laptop) it logs in but doesn't send any messages and when I call someone it gets stuck (I can still press buttons but they don't give any actions) on the video call screen...
There is nothing I can do but kill the process, else this window of skype is in my screen the whole time.
When I (try) to login back into Skype, it says that my Skype has been already logged in...
I check my task manager and it says Skype.exe and when I try to kill the process it doesn't do anything...
This is really getting on my nerves...
What I do to fix this?
I press the Windows key and R for Run, in the box I type in %appdata% and delete the whole skype folder in there...
It works, for the first couple of starts...
After 1 restart or 2, it does the same thing again...
Please help me since this is really getting on my nerves...

I've personally never run into this problem myself. The only time I've known it to occur on a continual basis is due to some 3rd party software. Sometimes triggered by normal operations, other times triggered by sleep modes.
The error occurs when Skype is restricted from updating it's logs and associated files when running. Something on your machine is more than likely interfering with Skype and disallowing it to write to your hard drive or temp files which it needs to do in order to function correctly and shutdown properly. This may be due to an AntiVirus/AntiMalware/Security software package or your computer's inability to awake properly from a sleep state. I would make sure that Skype is in the exception list of any type of Security software you are running. It would also be wise to limit the applications you automatically run on startup as one of them could be the culprit as well. You could also temporarily disable or modify your sleep settings on your computer to see if that's what triggers it.
It gives the same error in safe mode...
When I see the error, I am no longer able to write or delete any files in the %appdata%\Skype folder...
I've checked it and its because Skype is still running but doesn't respond to "Kill Task" -
I had to reset my computer because of a virus i had. When i re installed itunes my music was gone. I went to plug in my Iphone 5 and know my phone does not recognize the computer. I also have hit the trust button on my iphone but have to continue trusting the computer each time it gets plugged in. Still the phone wont connect to itunes at all to view what is on the phone. How do i fix this connection problem?

Software update keeps bring up the same update every restart: iMac EFI Firmware 1.7
After I update "iMac EFI Firmware 1.7" and then restart and run update the system is asking me to update the same software again. I have run the update via software update, via the terminal and also by downloading the update manually and then installing and restarting.
The computer runs very slow even with plain word documents.
I cannot reinstall from the disks that came with the computer because I get the yellow trriangle with the exclamation mark and the error message "this disk cannot be used to start up your computer."Hello

Hello: I have a hosting reseller website at http://www.canyonsprings.ca that works great in chrome, explorer, but display a error on the front page, when I use firefox.
This error was corrected by the developers of the template. Why does firefox keep bringing up the wrong site.
I have uninstalled firefox completely off my computer, followed the troubleshooting steps I found on the forums and this not correct the problem.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

If it happens again the make sure that you aren't suppressing website colors.
Make sure that you allow pages to choose their colors and that you haven't enabled High Contrast in the Accessibility settings.

Please bring back the Modern Skype App for x86 devices
The desktop Application is unusable on small tablets, due to its fiddly controls, missing features and extremely high demand of system resources (RAM, CPU, etc.). It's sad to see Microsoft once again neglecting its creations (like you did with Zune). Especially, when theres no logical reason for it (RT users can still use the app, you're just blocking us out - it's the same codebase!). People, let them hear your voice. I know, many others share my point of view, but they won't change anything if they don't see any complaints!
