Skype keeps giving me the same error over and over...

Good day everyone!
So I ran into this problem like a few months ago, and it is giving me the worse headache ever...
See... Everytime I log into Skype, it works fine for the first few times. After a couple of times that my skype has been restarted (When I go to work and have to shutdown my laptop) it logs in but doesn't send any messages and when I call someone it gets stuck (I can still press buttons but they don't give any actions) on the video call screen...
There is nothing I can do but kill the process, else this window of skype is in my screen the whole time.
When I (try) to login back into Skype, it says that my Skype has been already logged in...
I check my task manager and it says Skype.exe and when I try to kill the process it doesn't do anything...
This is really getting on my nerves... 
What I do to fix this?
I press the Windows key and R for Run, in the box I type in %appdata% and delete the whole skype folder in there...
It works, for the first couple of starts...
After 1 restart or 2, it does the same thing again...
Please help me since this is really getting on my nerves...

The error occurs when Skype is restricted from updating it's logs and associated files when running.  Something on your machine is more than likely interfering with Skype and disallowing it to write to your hard drive or temp files which it needs to do in order to function correctly and shutdown properly.  This may be due to an AntiVirus/AntiMalware/Security software package or your computer's inability to awake properly from a sleep state.  I would make sure that Skype is in the exception list of any type of Security software you are running.  It would also be wise to limit the applications you automatically run on startup as one of them could be the culprit as well.  You could also temporarily disable or modify your sleep settings on your computer to see if that's what triggers it.
It gives the same error in safe mode...
When I see the error, I am no longer able to write or delete any files in the %appdata%\Skype folder...
I've checked it and its because Skype is still running but doesn't respond to "Kill Task"

    Experimental advice ... but, plausibly, the preference files containing the parental control setting may be damaged. If so, removing the iTunes preference files may help.
    For the basic technique, see the "Remove iTunes preference files" section from the "User-specific troubleshooting" section of the following document:
    iTunes for Windows Vista or Windows 7: Troubleshooting unexpected quits, freezes, or launch issues
    To see those folders, you'll need to first set your PC to view hidden files and folders
    In your Start menu, open Computer.
    In your Organise menu, select Folder Options.
    In the View tab, make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is selected, and Hide extensions for known file types is unchecked.
    Click OK.
    Prior to doing the preference file rebuilds: Best to make a note of any custom preferences you have set up for your iTunes. (Rebuilding pref files returns preferences to their defaults ... so you'll likely have to set some of those custom preferences up again from scratch.) Also make a note of any third-party plugins/add-ons you have installed. You may have to reinstall those after the rebuilds.
    Things to watch out for during the rebuilds
    Rebuilding the preference files in the \Local\ location causes the iTunes license agreement to run. So you'll need to agree to that again.
    Rebuilding the preference files in the \Roaming\ location causes the iTunes Setup Assistant to run. When prompted to do so, do not add files to your iTunes library. (Otherwise you'll end up with a library full of duplicates.)

    If you keep getting a 'red' message it means that the HDD is faulty and will have to be replaced.  You will have to format the new HDD in Disk Utility>Erase and then install the OSX and your data from Time Machine.

    The App Store version sometimes gives problems. As you can't install 10.8.4 from the App Store, download and install the Combo edition > http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1659?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US This edition will work and will update OS X to the most recent version, in that case, 10.8.4

    OMG guys, i got it to work. Here's how:
    1. kill everything on your iphone 4, settings, contents...
    2. now uninstall itunes and install the latest one again
    3. now update

    You need to convert the VOB files in the TS-Folder of the DVD back to DV which iMovie is designed to handle. For that you need mpegStreamclip:

    My Blackberry 8520 has all of a sudden started downloading the same email addresses and facebook notifications, that I have already read, I tried deleting them totally and also deleted from my computer inbox, but it just downloaded the next lot in my inbox repeatedly instead.  Sometimes it says I have 50 unread messages, which is the same 7 or 8 messages over and over again, showing as unread. 
    I have rebooted device several times and don't know what else to do now, can anyone help please?

    Hi and welcome to the forums!
    Have you changed the settings for messages on your account on the providers website?
    (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.)
    If that's not it try the following:
    Go to options advanced options, Host Routing Tables, click to enter. DO NOT click on any listing.
    Press menu key, and select register now.
    You will get a verification message. Then go to email settings and send service books.
    I would suggest  logging into the carriers BIS site via PC if you can.
    You will get an email per account. Repeat the battery pull and see if the problem is
    resolved.

    There are 9 different versions of iPhoto and they run on seven different versions of the Operating System. The tricks and tips for dealing with issues vary from version to version and OS to OS. So before anyone can help, they need information to work with. Basic stuff:
    - What version of iPhoto.
    - What version of the Operating System.
    - Details. What were you doing when the problem arose?
    - Did it ever work properly?
    - Are there error messages?
    - What steps have you tried already to solve the issue.
    Anything else you can think of that might allow someone else to understand your issue.
    With this kind of information somebody can develop a starting point for troubleshooting the issue.
    Posts that consist of "iPhoto doesn't work. Help" or "iPhoto won't print" or "Suddenly I have no photos!!!!!!!!!!" mean that any helper is simply guessing. More information means you get better assistance. (And no, more exclamation marks do not get help faster or make your issue seem urgent. They just make it seem like you have a stuck key )

    I use Skype regularly for chat from desktop application (version 6.16.60.105) on Windows 7. 
    With one of my contacts though, it appears that we "lose" each other after each conversation. 
    In other words, her icon appears as a grey, crossed out sign, so I need to keep sending requests to add her as a contact. 
    Neither of us can understand why this is happening, and it seems to be only with one contact. Is there a known issue here?
