Skype Log/No History Setting
If no history is selected on my skype privacy settings, will a skype log main.db file still exist on my PC or iPad? And if it does, will it contain any chat messages? THX
Thanks for responding ruwim! Do you know if any chat messages would be stored in the main.db file if no history was selected?

When I got into my 'History Setting' and click on 'Use custom settings for history' it doesn't apply. I click on the 'OK' tab and it appears to apply and then closes. When I go back into it, in order to see if it applied, it has reset back to the 'Never Remember History'. How do I fix it?
If "Never Remember History" is displayed then that means that you are in Private Browsing mode and that all other history settings have the default value.
If you intend to run Firefox in Private Browsing mode the that is OK.<br />
Otherwise you need to leave mode.
To see all History and Cookie settings, choose: Tools > Options > Privacy, choose the setting <b>Firefox will: Use custom settings for history</b>

How can I save the the body of content in my "History" setting?
I frequently reference the content of my "History" settings
to find websites which, for any number of reasons, I failed to bookmark.
I am about to utilize a registry cleaner software
application which I understand will delete all of
these settings.
Is there any way I can save these settings beforehand
so I will be able to reference them afterward?
I've tried saving this to Print command, as well as saving
them via "Copy and Paste", saving them as a file-but
the History setting doesn't seem to be configured for
any of these processes. Any information which you
can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
very much.For existing tracks, see:

For CDs you import in the future, change the Import settings in the iTunes -> General preferences.
As to what will be a good bit rate, that's going to be up to you and what quality you find acceptable, but many people find that 128 kbps AAC is the optimum balance between small file size and quality. -
"Itemised billing" of Skype Credit used for phone calls (Skype Credit Usage History)
It is very diffilult to obtain a summary of your Skype Credit usage history. I want to know how much each call cost. I found it on this website:https://secure.skype.com/account/usage I noted my Skype call credit was used in a very short period and I wanted to know which calls were responsible for this. It's almost impossible to find this information using the Skype Desktop Application. Calls marked "Special Services" were responsible for these costs. I wish Skype would be able to clearly mark calls which have expensive rates. I use a subscription with phone calls, but these "special service" calls are not anticipated and unexpectedly used all my Skype Credit. I am asking Skype to make it easy to get your Skype Credit Usage History, using the Skype application.
Hi, ColoradoGuy, and welcome to the Community,

SKYPE LOG-IN PROCESS is a PIECE OF CRAP!
Skype log-in is FULL of bugs, freezes and crashes - either in Win7 or Win8.1! You guys must fix this in a zip as you are loosing thousands of potential users! Most log-ins represent a headache! I will stop using this as soon as Teamviewer shapes up!
This is how an Apple tech once explained it to me "we don't have much choice with these drives because they have to fit into a very narrow and confined space and the vertical installation doesn't help either". The drives used in iMacs are the same/similar to the drives used in laptops because of the size restrictions. And they've always been very "finicky" about the media they "like" or "don't like". I've had an external burner for years and only use the internal when I absolutely have to.

Wiki Server Requires "All logged in users" set to R&W
I continue to try and resolve spurious issues and unpredictable behavior. Now, I'm trying to rebuild a group wiki page because I could not control any of the permissions on the existing page. The purpose of the wiki is only to provide a shared calendar among a small subset (call them managers) of the users in the workgroup.
In order to make it so that "managers" would be the only people who could read and write to this calendar, I tried to set the wiki permissions to support this:
managers read & write
all logged in users read only
all unathenticated users no access
I could not get this to work. The only way I can get it so one of the users in the manager group can create or edit events in the calendar is if I have "All logged in users" set to read and write, which to me defeats the purpose of groups.
Either something is still jacked up with my wiki permissions (I did migrate from SLS quite some time ago but have never felt everything was working really reliably) or I am misunderstanding how the wiki permmissions are supposed to work.
Can someone help me with this, please?Having the same problem. I'd be interested in know if you managed to resolved this?

Skype logged me out forcing me to update....WTF...
News flash to SKYPE not everyone wants or needs your new versions of SKYPE... mainly, because on multiple levels they seem to be crap, and I am NOT alone saying that. The layouts are worse, harder to understand, its harder to find things, and other users have had trouble with video calls etc. I like the older versions much better.
I was using Skype recently when all of the sudden, SKYPE LOGGED ME OUT....what the hell....and on the log in screen I new message in red print said Skype has logged you out because you are using an outdated version of Skype. Now I cant log in, its basically forcing me to update when I dont want to update. I like the older version of Skype because I dont like things that are crap, see above. Customers, you know that pay you Skype, should be able to have some say in things. Skype needs to stop being ----, how about that option? Very close to permenantly canceling my Skype account because of this silly -----, plenty of other internet phone options that are less like dictators.
Edited to conform with the Community GuidelinesI have just had the same experience whilst trying to converse with my wife in South Africa using --- SKYPE. I was disconnected, demanding I update to the latest version of SKYPE. This is typical Microsoft arrogance, "how ---- rude can you get". Microsoft are ----- to disconnect me during a call. SKYPE was actually a good product before being taken over by the Micro-----!!! Getting Skype banned in Australia as in UAE should now be priority. Reinstall access forthwith... Obviously the new version is to make more trillions profit for Microsoft and titilation for their NSA controllers.
Not upgrading and talking to Fairtrading about this... Class Action anyone...?

DB2 Transaction log Problem after set db manuell to Rollforward
Hello,
I have a problem when set the db2 manuell in rollforward mode. After I set the command db2rfpen ON E35 my database (E35) is in rollforward mode.
Now I can see with command "db2 rollforward db E35 query status" the Last committed transaction
but the timestamp of the Last committed transaction is 2106-02-07-06.28.15.000000 UTC
but we do not have year 2106!!
did someone have similar issue or a solution for my problem??
Is it possible to manuell update the table via SQL? But I dont know which table i should update..
Thanks in advanced.
RobinHi,
following output of db2 get snapshot for all databases because db2 get snapshot for database E35 does not work..

History setting not working.
When using the setting: "keep history for" - "no history", history is still saved...
So why is this happening? Conversations are still saved under "recent" tab.
Windows 7.
Latest version of skype installed (6.20.0.104)
No other device is using skype, just this computer.Doesn't work all the time. Same times i get the history back, same times i don't. I say it clears history 25% of times. I got this answer from Skype support. "No history" only works with different devices. If you always use skype in the same device you will keep the history. If you use different computers or a computer and a smartphone, then you will not see the history.

DML Error logging table in Set base mode
Hi all,
In ETL data errors can be handled thru error logging table. Like this example given in the document-
INSERT /*+ APPEND PARALLEL */
INTO sales SELECT product_id, customer_id, TRUNC(sales_date), 3,
promotion_id, quantity, amount
FROM sales_activity_direct
LOG ERRORS INTO sales_activity_errors('load_20040802')
REJECT LIMIT UNLIMITED
In this example bulk loading is possible even in the presence of errors. The data errors will go in table 'Sales_activity_errors'.
I want to generate this kind of coding in OWB in set base mode. For that i have to create a error logging table in target schema. How can I reference this table in a mapping? can it be done by shadow table? It's a very important feature in ETL for bulk loading. Is it available in OWB in set based mode?
Guyzz please check this out and help me..
Regards,
SumantaHi,
I am not sure if the DML error logging method is avaliable to be used in OWB 10g R2. You can use the data rule method. Create the data rules on the target table. Deploy it from OWB. Create your mappings and then execute them. Two insert statements will be generated. One for loading the target table for loading records where no rules are violated. The other for loading the <target table>_ERR for loading records where one or more error rules are violated.
Both these statements do a bulk loading. So your purpose will be solved.
Again you can use the splitter method that has already been mentioned.
Regards

The log file behavior does not follow the logging preferences I set
I set my log file parameters to capture a large amount of information.
Specifically, I wanted to capture log files as big as 1GB and keep them
for 3 sets of backups. The settings I used are as follows:
<P>
logfile.http.maxlogfilesize 1073741824
logfile.http.maxlogsize 4294967296
<P>
However, after setting these values, I can see only two log files, the file
for today and the file for yesterday.
